17、the consortium.三、征集說明 III. Solicitation description 1、本次征集活動設置 8個入圍名額，征集人將從報名的設計機構(gòu)中遴選出8家設計機構(gòu)參與本次方案征集。1. This Solicitation has eight finalists, which will be selected by the solicitor from all applicants. 2、通過遴選的8家設計機構(gòu)按照征集人發(fā)出的征集文件進行獨角獸島項目建設總體設計概念方案編制工作， 8家入圍設計機構(gòu)在提交了符合征集文件要求的成果文件后，每家將獲得20萬元（美元）的設計補償費。

18、本次方案征集設置優(yōu)秀成果獎四名，征集人將獲得優(yōu)秀成果獎的設計方案報政府相關主管部門，經(jīng)政府相關主管部門最終確定的設計方案為本次征集的中選方案。中選方案的設計機構(gòu)將承擔本項目總體設計概念方案深化服務及為期兩年的總體設計咨詢服務，征集人將與其簽訂咨詢服務合同，總體設計概念方案深化服務及為期兩年的總體設計咨詢服務總服務費為200萬元（美元），其他3家獲得優(yōu)秀成果獎但未中選的設計機構(gòu)將分別獲得20萬元（美元）的獎勵金。本條中所涉及征集人支出的補償費、獎勵金、服務費金額均為稅前（含稅）金額，并按美元或等值人民幣進行支付。2.
