6、、 質(zhì)檢員產(chǎn)值業(yè)務提成 業(yè)績獎金=接車臺數(shù)(以簽字的質(zhì)檢單為準) 2 質(zhì)量返修處罰(因質(zhì)量返場每臺車處罰一百) (月度考核成績100)5、 機電、鈑金返修率考核班組返修率不得大于3%,返修率在3%-5%的,按當月班組考核后總體提成的95%發(fā)放;返修率大于5%的,按當月班組考核后總體提成的90%發(fā)放;返修率超過10%的,除按當月班組考核后總體提成的90%發(fā)放外,視具體返修情況給予班組相關責任人額外處罰;情節(jié)嚴重,造成客戶投訴的或造成重大影響和損失的,將追究相關班組人員責任。三、 索賠員業(yè)務提成部分1、索賠專員 小組業(yè)績獎金=索賠總額 x 提成系數(shù)1%x部門凈利潤完成率(月度考核成績100)崗位

7、系 數(shù) 索賠員 0.7 索賠助理 0.3 四、 其他各項提成與調(diào)整1、精品提成按精品利潤的20%發(fā)放給銷售人員2、新車準備(pdi)補助提成:每臺車車提成6元,考核檢查完畢的車輛故障率,檢查完畢的車輛每出現(xiàn)一次故障(漏檢部分)給予20元處罰;3、救援補助提成:售后部每日安排救援值班人員,每人每天補助10元,如當晚需外出救援,外出救援者另補助10元。救援行程在150公里以上的加補20元,150公里以內(nèi)的加補10元。 每月底將救援單行政部備案核算。 4、舊件、節(jié)省件回收獎勵補助:廢舊物品回收: 公司售后廢舊物品由備件部處置及歸整,對備件部進行考核,廢舊物品收入的10%作為備件部的獎勵,由備件經(jīng)理報
