Construction Time, delay and Postpone合同工期、工期延誤、工期順延：(1) Buyer shall issue a Notice to Seller about the construct!on one week prior the date of the construction start.甲方捉前-周通知乙方施工時(shí)間。(2) Construction period

8、 will be 15 days from the date of issuanee of the order to commenee the construct!on from Buyer.自甲方發(fā)出開工令之日算起，工程工期15天。(3) Construction period may be postponed as Buyer agreed after he certified that the delay not caused by Seller.非乙方原因造成匸期延謀，須經(jīng)甲方確認(rèn)后工期順延。(4) The start time of the construction shall be

9、 subject to the order to commence by Buyer. Seller shall un condition ally follow the overall project schedule of Buyer. Buyer shall be en titled to evaluate and adjust Sellers construction plan.開工時(shí)間以甲方開工令為準(zhǔn)。乙方應(yīng)無條件服從甲方的整體進(jìn)度計(jì)劃，甲方有權(quán)對(duì)乙方制定的匸期安排進(jìn)行審 核、調(diào)整。(5) Liquidated Damage: If seller fails to complete

10、the construction on time as stipulated in the Contract, Seller agrees to pay a penalty at the rate of 1% of the Total Value per day of delay. 13、tract Value will be paid by T/T after one year normal operation of the facility and the Warranty Period expired. A剩下的10%作為質(zhì)保金，設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行1年后付淸。(4) In case of the site construction in Iran, Buyer will be responsible for visa, round-trip fares and traveling expense, food and accommodation, and 30 US Dollar

14、 daily subsidies for each of Sellers construction personnel on Iran Site. All of the cost will be paid by T/T within 10 working days after the construction completed and Buyer received related bills provided by Seller and accepted these bills.若需乙方前往伊朗項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工，甲方負(fù)責(zé)乙方施工人員的簽證、往返車旅費(fèi)、食宿，并補(bǔ)助乙方每人30 金 /天。以上費(fèi)用

Contract pr

Settlement of Disputes:爭(zhēng)議解決All disputes in conn ecti on with this Con tract or the execution thereof shall be settled by frie ndly negotiati on.
