1、小學(xué)英語教學(xué)與質(zhì)量評估評價建議一、小學(xué)英語評價是英語課程的重要組成部分,科學(xué)的評價體系是實現(xiàn)課程目標(biāo)的重要保障,對教學(xué)起到積極的導(dǎo)向作用,期末終結(jié)性評價的成績采用等級制,分優(yōu)、良、合格、待合格四個等次,評價結(jié)果不排隊,不公開,最終達到促進學(xué)生發(fā)展的目的。二、小學(xué)英語質(zhì)量評價要盡可能做到評價主體的多元化,評價形式和內(nèi)容的多樣化,評價目標(biāo)的多維化。評價應(yīng)關(guān)注學(xué)生綜合語言運用能力的發(fā)展以及學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)過程中的情感態(tài)度、價值觀念,學(xué)習(xí)策略等方面的發(fā)展和變化,既關(guān)注過程,又關(guān)注結(jié)果,要堅持以考查語言運用能力為主的命題指導(dǎo)思想。目標(biāo)內(nèi)容三年級上冊一、語言技能1.聽做:(1)能根據(jù)聽到的“四會”詞句識別或指認

2、本冊水果、動物、數(shù)詞、食物、文具、交通工具、玩具等方面的圖片或?qū)嵨?。?)能初步聽懂課堂簡短的指令并作出相應(yīng)的反應(yīng)。(3)能初步根據(jù)聽到的指令做事情,如指圖片、涂顏色、畫圖、做動作等。(4)能在圖片和動作的提示下聽懂本冊教材中的6個趣味小故事。2.說唱:(1)能初步根據(jù)錄音模仿說話。(2)能相互用hello! how are you? good morning!等問候語相互致以簡單的問候。(3)能初步交流簡單的個人信息,如my name is. whats your name? 等。(4)能學(xué)唱本冊教材中的3首兒童歌曲(how are you?abc歌、數(shù)字歌)。(5)能根據(jù)圖文說出單詞。3.

3、玩演:(1)能在教師的指導(dǎo)下用英語做游戲并在游戲中進行簡單的交際,如:hello! how are you?good morning .good afternoon. good evening. whats your name? 等。(2)能做簡單的角色扮演。4.讀寫:(1)能看圖識別本冊有關(guān)水果、動物、數(shù)詞、食物、文具、交通工具、玩具等方面的單詞。(2)能在指認物體的前提下認讀本冊所學(xué)詞語。(3)能在圖片幫助下讀懂本冊的6個趣味小故事。(4)能正確書寫26個字母和本冊單詞。5.視聽:能初步看懂語言簡單的英語動畫片,課堂視聽時間不少于5小時(平均每周20-25分鐘)。二、語言知識。1.語音:(

4、1)正確讀出26個字母。(2)初步體會字母在單詞中的發(fā)音。2.詞匯:(1)知道單詞是由字母構(gòu)成的。(2)學(xué)習(xí)本冊話題范圍內(nèi)的四會單詞和習(xí)慣用語,并能初步運用部分單詞表達本冊相關(guān)話題。3.語法:在具體的語境中了解名詞有單復(fù)數(shù),并初步了解其變化形式。4.功能:初步理解和運用有關(guān)問候、介紹、告別、情感等功能的語言表達形式。5.話題:初步理解和運用有關(guān)個人情況、顏色、動物、節(jié)假日等話題的語言表達形式。附:四會單詞:apple, boy, cat, dog, egg, fish, girl, hair, ice-cream, juice, key, lion, milk, night, orange,
