1、小學(xué)英語教學(xué)與質(zhì)量評估評價建議一、小學(xué)英語評價是英語課程的重要組成部分，科學(xué)的評價體系是實現(xiàn)課程目標(biāo)的重要保障，對教學(xué)起到積極的導(dǎo)向作用，期末終結(jié)性評價的成績采用等級制，分優(yōu)、良、合格、待合格四個等次，評價結(jié)果不排隊，不公開，最終達到促進學(xué)生發(fā)展的目的。二、小學(xué)英語質(zhì)量評價要盡可能做到評價主體的多元化，評價形式和內(nèi)容的多樣化，評價目標(biāo)的多維化。評價應(yīng)關(guān)注學(xué)生綜合語言運用能力的發(fā)展以及學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)過程中的情感態(tài)度、價值觀念，學(xué)習(xí)策略等方面的發(fā)展和變化，既關(guān)注過程，又關(guān)注結(jié)果，要堅持以考查語言運用能力為主的命題指導(dǎo)思想。目標(biāo)內(nèi)容三年級上冊一、語言技能1.聽做：（1）能根據(jù)聽到的“四會”詞句識別或指認
