The programs to be initiated through this MOU willbe based on a spiritof cooperation,reciprocity,and of mutualbenefit to both parties.1.Both institutionsagree to pursue academic collaborationinvarious areas of education, research and extension.2.Bothinstitu

3、tionswillmake good-faithandenthusiasticefforttopromote program collaboration,exchange of faculty,scholars and students, as well as educational research andextensionmaterialsappropriatetotheareasofcollaboration.3. Students exchange program will include(1) Non-degree ProgramShort-term exchange program

4、 will be conducted and the hostinstitutionhasnoresponsibilitytoawarddegreetoexchange students.The program targets at undergraduates or postgraduates ofboth institutions.However, such terms as to fieldof study,duration,and number of exchange studentswillbe specifiedin detailed agreements.。2。(2) Degre

5、e ProgramBoth institutionswilldevelop a long-termexchange programleading to dual degree of both institutions.Undergraduates and post graduatesof both institutionsareeligible for applying.Detailed terms regarding tuition waive, field of study,duration and number of exchange student will be specifiedi

6、n detailed agreement.4.Specificdetails of exchanges noted above will be negotiatedbetween theinstitutionsandspecificagreementwillbesigned subject to the approval of each institution.5.This MOUonly expressesthe intentionofcooperation.Ithasno legal effect on both parties.6.This MOU will remain in effe

7、ct for five years from the dateof signing,and is renewable thereafterfor five-yeartermssubject to mutual consent. 8、。3。_Date:Date:LOGO云南財經(jīng)大學(xué)* 大學(xué)Yunnan University of Finance and Economics*University校際合作交流備忘錄（樣本）。4。為提升兩校的教育水平， 云南財經(jīng)大學(xué)與 * 大學(xué)決定在共同感興趣的專業(yè)領(lǐng)域開展合作交流。 兩校將本著共同合作、 互惠互利的精神開展本備忘錄涉及的合作項目。1. 兩校同意在教學(xué)、科研和其它相關(guān)領(lǐng)域開展各種類型的學(xué)術(shù)合作項目。2. 兩校將真誠努力推動項目合作，教師職員和學(xué)生的交流，以及學(xué)術(shù)科研和合作項目的資料共享。3. 兩校的學(xué)生交換、交流項目包括：（ 1）非學(xué)位項目非學(xué)位項目的主辦方無需為派出院校的學(xué)生頒發(fā)學(xué)位。本項目針對兩校的本科生和研究生， 學(xué)生交換的細(xì)節(jié)， 如：學(xué)科、學(xué)費(fèi)、學(xué)生交換數(shù)量等將由兩校簽訂的其他協(xié)議細(xì)化。（2）學(xué)位項目兩校將發(fā)展長期的學(xué)生交換項目，參加本項目的學(xué)生將獲得雙方的學(xué)位。兩校的本科和研究生都可申請該項目。5。本項目的細(xì)節(jié)，如：學(xué)科、學(xué)費(fèi)、學(xué)生交換數(shù)量等將由兩校簽訂的其他協(xié)議細(xì)化。4. 上述事項由雙方協(xié)商后， 另以書面簽署， 并列為本備忘錄之附則。5. 本備忘錄僅表達(dá)合作意向，對簽署雙方不具有任何法律約束力
