2、Chart of Procedures2. Scope and ApplicationThis procedure is written for Philips LCD Cells & Modules Shenzhen Factory, which is called Philips in the follow ing texts of this docume nt. This procedure stated the gen eral en vir onmen tal concerns to all Philips subc on tractors.3. IntroductionAs a c

3、ustomer, Philips shall determine the general environmental concerns for its subco ntractors. The aim of the concerns shall be en able Philips subco ntractors to in itiate their continual improveme nt and preve ntio n of polluti on and to formulate processes for mutual com muni cati on betwee n Phili

4、ps and its subc on tractors.The en vir onmen tal concerns are reflected by the follow ing three poin ts;I) Philips shall ack no wledge the up-to-date Philips En vir onmen tal Policy to subc on tractors.II) Philips shall en courage subc on tractors to con duct and review the ide ntificati on andevalu

5、ati on of en vir onmen tal aspects and impacts in their factories on a half yearly basis and make it presentable to Philips.III) Philips shall con duct an annual survey on subc on tractor en vir onmen tal performa nee.As part of the resp on sibility and procedure is take n up by subc on tractors, Ch

ResponsibilitiesSubcontracting DepartmentAct as a bridge of com muni cati on betwee n subc on tractors and Philips in all aspect

8、 of en vir onmen tal protectio n issues.EMS OfficerReceive and review the IEEAI reports from subc on tractors; Con duct survey of subc on tractor en vir onmen tal protectio n performa nee.SubcontractorsUnderstand the Philips environmental Policy; Initiate the IEEAI for its factory; Reply the survey

9、to Philips EMS officer.6. Procedure6.1 EMS officer shall issue an copy of up-to-date Philips En vir onmen tal Policy to allsubc on tractors. Subc on tractors shall also formally sig n on receipt of the Policy and the receipt shall be kept by EMS officer.6.2 Subc on tractors shall con duct and review

10、 their IEEAI on a half yearly basis and keep Philips EMS officer in formed for any cha nges. The form refers IEEAI procedure QKW-666-EMS0006, form 1.6.3 Philips EMS officer shall con duct an annual survey of subc on tractor en vir onmen tal performa nee.6.4 In case a corrective action on the aspect
