This procedure outl ines the gen eral requireme nts for man agi ng the PPE and provides site wide standard on PPE related system. All areas and all DSPC staff

Procedure程序3.1 Hazards Assessme nts危害評定3.1.1 Each area shall con duct a workplace hazards assessme nt every year, the docume nt shall be approved by Pla nt Man ager and kept in file. Assessme nts or reviews must be applied to all work areas.

5、 It shall address following items 每一區(qū)域每年要對工作場所的危害進行評定，文檔要經(jīng)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理的批準并 存檔。評定或復審要適用于所有工作區(qū)域。應有以下幾點。 Area/sect ion n ame區(qū)域/部門名字 What kind of pote ntial hazards will have in the area區(qū)域內(nèi)哪種潛在危害Whether PPE is required, and if so what kind of PPE is required for each job or each employee. If the assessme nt con
