青島國際商務(wù)樓基坑加深部位降水施工方案

1、基坑加深部位降水施工方案一、 工程概況青島銀盛泰國際商務(wù)樓位于城陽區(qū)中心位置，北鄰正陽路，西鄰山城路。工程建筑面積6.5萬平方米，地下兩層，分別為地下車庫和設(shè)備用房，地上十三層，其中一、二層為商業(yè)網(wǎng)點，三十三層為商務(wù)酒店。工程0.00相當于絕對標高12.8m，場地自然地坪標高為11.8m，主樓基底標高為4.0m，裙房基底標高為4.6m?；?xùn)|西長度為130m，南北寬為86m，挖土深度為7.5m，根據(jù)基坑開挖后實際情況，工程地下水位標高為7.0m。基坑支護采用配筋攪拌水泥樁擋土墻坡面掛網(wǎng)噴射砼面護坡，護坡面設(shè)四道預(yù)應(yīng)力拉錨桿作加勁肋。本工程2006年7月初開始挖土，現(xiàn)土方機械工程公司軸以東已挖至

2、7.5米，發(fā)現(xiàn)該部分地基土有地下水滲透出土表層。工程/處塔吊基坑，開挖至10.1米處，即出現(xiàn)坑底流沙現(xiàn)象，無法繼續(xù)施工。經(jīng)現(xiàn)場觀察，塔吊基坑部位第一層粘土底標高為9.3米，其下為粗砂層，而該處塔吊基礎(chǔ)基底標高為10.2米，該處水源主要為第一層粗砂層中含水（在止水幃幕有效情況下），同時在東南角已挖至基底標高（至粗砂層），也出現(xiàn)類似泛水現(xiàn)象，不過該處水呈漫滲現(xiàn)象。其余未挖至粗砂層水主要為原地基勘探期間鉆探孔內(nèi)涌水，同時也不排除有由基坑止水帷幕底部滲透進基坑現(xiàn)象。根據(jù)施工要求，需人工降低地下水位至8.8m以下0.5米處,局部如電梯井、集水坑部位需降水至坑底板墊層下0.5米（11.4米），以保證基坑土

3、方開挖和地下室施工質(zhì)量。根據(jù)工程地質(zhì)勘查報告，本工程場地地層結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，以全新素填土、粉質(zhì)粘土、粗砂為主，埋深較淺，因受沖洪積影響，地層橫向稍有起伏。根據(jù)巖土工程勘察資料，場地地層自上而下依次為：1、素填土：厚度0.54.0m，層底標高為7.811.4m。2、粉質(zhì)粘土：厚度1.87.3m, 層底標高為3.87.8m。3、粗砂：厚度1.26.5m, 層底標高為1.86.6m。4、粉質(zhì)粘土：厚度0.24.6m, 層底標高為0.56.0m。5、粉質(zhì)粘土：厚度1.96.0m, 層底標高為3.445.9m。6、粗砂：厚度1m, 層底標高為4.73.3m。土層中地下水位埋深45 m，即位于第二層粉質(zhì)粘土層及

4、第三層粗砂層，地下水類型為孔隙潛水和微承壓水。二、施工方案綜合上述情況，本工程采用堵水、排水、降水三個措施來降低工程基坑水位。堵水：主要堵住原地質(zhì)勘查勘探孔內(nèi)涌水。由甲方協(xié)同地質(zhì)勘探單位，查出勘探孔具體位置，我司配合清理出孔眼。由護坡單位向勘探孔內(nèi)灌注壓力砼，噴灌砼時。膠皮管伸至勘探孔孔底，循次逐步退出，從而堵死該孔。具體施工需和現(xiàn)場勘查實際情況結(jié)合，凡已挖至粗砂層部位，對該部位勘探孔不采用堵水施工。排水：在基坑底設(shè)置排水盲溝，排除基坑地表水。盲溝縱橫間距4m設(shè)置，盲溝寬300mm、深300mm?？v橫盲溝相連，和基坑外側(cè)排水溝（外側(cè)排水溝截面為500mm寬，比內(nèi)側(cè)盲溝深300mm）相通。該部位

5、排水溝要求基坑支護單位需加強護坡處理?；幽稀⒈奔皷|、西周邊設(shè)置1000集水井，集水井間距不大于30m，集水井比設(shè)計基底底500mm，安排專人24小時不間斷抽水?；A(chǔ)墊層施工前用大粒徑石子填充盲溝。降水：1）、在工程基坑集水坑、電梯井等加深部位采用埋設(shè)射流式井點排水系統(tǒng)，降低基坑中央的水頭。該系統(tǒng)的特點是能快速均衡疏干操作層以下的地下水，保證基坑干燥以便于施工。2）、于電梯井、集水坑坑底設(shè)置700集水井，該集水井低于底板墊層800mm，中間設(shè)帶濾水眼鋼套管。作為輔助降水和觀察地下水位情況井眼（具體如附圖）。三、施工工藝：在工程塔吊基坑、電梯井坑、集水坑四周設(shè)置井點管，井點管間距1000mm，井

6、點管長度為6000mm，井點管底不低于同部位井坑底1500mm。同時井點降水部位周圈挖出300mm深溝槽，用6分尼龍管埋入，尼龍管表面如井點管布置濾眼和井點總干管連接，溝槽部位回填黃砂作濾水層，其上用砼覆蓋封閉。井點管、尼龍管及總干管埋設(shè)于墊層底，澆筑砼埋入。下井點管：基底開挖至設(shè)計標高，即根據(jù)圖紙設(shè)計放出塔吊基坑、電梯井坑、集水坑位置線，在距坑邊500mm四周下井點管。下井點管時由基坑支護單位協(xié)助，用鉆孔機械成孔，然后下井點管，下管深度為井點管貫穿整個下臥粗砂含水層，同時井點管底部低于同部位基底1500mm。用壓力水沖洗孔后埋入井點管并用黃砂填充井管周圍至距地面0.5米處，上部用粘土封死以防

7、漏氣，隨后用膠連管將井管與主管連接。待全部井管下完后，安裝通電試抽，按出水先大后小，先渾后清后，降水即可進行。降水期間注意觀察設(shè)于集水坑、電梯井坑底的集水井水位，保證地下水位低于500mm左右，如水位過低，則停止該部位井點抽水工作，防止因大量地下水被抽除后，對基底土層和基坑支護產(chǎn)生不良影響。四、排水 由于降水過程須24小時不間斷抽水，方能有最佳效果，為保證降水，現(xiàn)場需配置一臺發(fā)電機以供停電時使用。五、施工組織安排 基坑降水現(xiàn)場需配備以下設(shè)備 集水總管400米 真空泵 4臺 井點管（6米）500根離心泵 1臺 膠帶管200根6分尼龍管 400米50、100膠帶管200根 潛水泵 14臺 電閘箱、

8、電纜線各若干六、安全措施及文明施工 為保證施工，現(xiàn)場安排工程負責人1名 ，技術(shù)負責人1名，并制定以下安全措施。 1建立安全生產(chǎn)責任制，建立嚴格的獎懲制度。2嚴格按照安全用電規(guī)范操作，嚴禁違章操作，無證上崗。3上班必須戴安全帽，值班人員必須戴袖章，以便出現(xiàn)問題及時解決。4嚴格值班，值班人員值班期間，應(yīng)作好值班記錄，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時處理。七、驗算復(fù)核擬定井點管采用dn50長度為6mpvc管，其中濾管長600mm，連接管為dn50膠皮管，集水總管為dn100鋼管，集水總管埋設(shè)于墊層下。井點管周邊埋設(shè)6分尼龍濾水管（排除地表水）。以塔吊基坑為例進行驗算：塔吊基坑比原基底標高底1.5m，基坑尺寸為6.856

9、.85米2。1、基坑假想半徑：r（c+b）/4 cb6.85m 查表可知 1.18r4.04m2、基坑涌水量計算q1.366k(h2-h2c)/(lg(r+ r)-lgr)h為潛水含水層厚度 h3m hc1m r為單孔影響半徑r10swk1/2sw0.5mk 粗砂滲透系數(shù) k45m/dr100.55.48 27.4mq552m3/d因本工程井點管設(shè)于粗砂層，滲透系數(shù)k45m/d，較大，故可不考慮單井出水量。本工程集水坑、電梯井、塔吊基坑合計8個，采用二臺qjd60水射泵，分別置于塔吊對應(yīng)南側(cè)，即能滿足8367.92943.2 m3/d（實際電梯井坑、集水坑基坑尺寸小于塔吊基坑尺寸）。符合降水要
