39、行市政、公路工程施工材料機(jī)具設(shè)備等定額和相關(guān)規(guī)范、規(guī)程及標(biāo)準(zhǔn); (16)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)臨時(shí)用電安全技術(shù)規(guī)范(jg46-2005); (17)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范(gb50204-2002)。2工程概況2.1工程簡(jiǎn)介本項(xiàng)目位于成都市天府新區(qū)的中心位置,是區(qū)域的生態(tài)核心,而天府新區(qū)創(chuàng)新科技城即以興隆湖為中心布局建設(shè)。本次設(shè)計(jì)為興隆湖周邊的市政道路,設(shè)計(jì)區(qū)東臨成自瀘高速、梓洲大道、南臨蜀新大街、西臨天府大道南延線、北臨蜀蓉大道,本次初步設(shè)計(jì)共計(jì)5條市政道路(含兩處立交)。我一分部是4條道路含一處立交匝道(平面型式見下圖)。本次設(shè)計(jì)為廣西路(k0+000k0+769.203)、海南路(k0+000

40、-k0+725.103)、興隆湖14號(hào)路與天府路立交(東西向k0+145.615-k0+751.318,長(zhǎng)度約605.703m,南北向k11+311.180-k11+548.180,長(zhǎng)度約237m)和??诼罚╧0+028.171-k0+238.183,長(zhǎng)度約208.183m),4條道路全長(zhǎng)約2545.192米。其中除興隆湖14號(hào)道路路基寬度為40米,匝道路基寬度為12.25米,其他3條道路路基寬度為28米,挖填控制寬度:最寬約為 米,最窄約為 米 ,全線共13個(gè)平面交叉路口,互通立交一座。道路等級(jí)為城市次干道和支線。主要建設(shè)內(nèi)容包括紅線內(nèi)道路工程、涵洞和管網(wǎng)工程。紅線總寬度 m,兩側(cè)人行道寬度

41、各3.5米,車行道寬度為21米;其中除興隆湖14號(hào)道路人行道寬度:主線為6.25米,匝道為2.0米,主車道寬為15.5米。 本方案僅是4條市政次干路/支線路基工程施工方案。2.2主要技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(1)道路等級(jí):城市道路次干路(海南路、興隆湖十四號(hào)路、廣西路)、城市道路支路(??诼放R湖路)(2)計(jì)算行車速度:40km/h;30km/h(支路);(3)路面類型:瀝青混凝土路面;(4)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)軸載:bzz-100;(5)道路設(shè)計(jì)年限:中等交通(海南路、興隆湖十四號(hào)路、廣西路)、輕交通(海口路(臨湖路)路面結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)年限:15年(主干路、次干路)、10年(支路)。(6)路面結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)年限:15年、10年(瀝青路面

42、);(7)抗震設(shè)防烈度:7度;(8)道路交通等級(jí):中等交通和輕交通。(9)車道數(shù):根據(jù)城市道路工程設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范(cjj37-2012),經(jīng)計(jì)算,一條機(jī)動(dòng)車道的基本通行能力和設(shè)計(jì)通行能力如下表:道路名稱道路等級(jí)車道數(shù)單向通行能力(pcu/h)海南路次干路41358廣西路次干路41358興隆湖十四號(hào)路次干路61549??诼罚ㄅR湖路)支路27342.3工程地質(zhì)及水文氣象條件2.3.1工程地質(zhì)1、根據(jù)收集到的區(qū)域地質(zhì)構(gòu)造資料,擬建場(chǎng)地處于成都坳陷盆地南部,西距南北走向的龍門山褶皺帶約70km,東距北東走向的龍泉山褶皺帶約18km。成都坳陷盆地呈北東35度方向展布,受喜山運(yùn)動(dòng)的地質(zhì)內(nèi)力作用,龍門山和龍泉山褶

43、皺帶相對(duì)上升,成都坳陷盆地內(nèi)堆積了厚度不等的第四系沖積地層,與下伏白堊系地層呈不整合接觸,形成目前的沖積平原地貌。東洪路(現(xiàn)代新居?xùn)|風(fēng)渠段)市政道路工程項(xiàng)目位于成都沖積平原的東南部,該區(qū)域地質(zhì)構(gòu)造穩(wěn)定,未發(fā)現(xiàn)新構(gòu)造活動(dòng)形跡,屬相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的地塊。本次勘察揭露深度范圍內(nèi),地層主要由第四系全新統(tǒng)人工填土層(q4ml)、第四系全新統(tǒng)坡洪積層(q4dl+pl)、第四系中更新統(tǒng)冰水沉積層(q3fgl)組成,下伏白堊系中統(tǒng)灌口組(k2g)基巖。各層特征由上向下描述如下:(1)第四系全新統(tǒng)人工填土層(q4ml)-1素填土(q4ml):褐色、黃色、紫紅色,松散,稍濕;主要為粘性土,表層含少量植物根莖,部分地段含少

44、量卵石,層厚0.502.70m。-2素填土(q4ml):褐色、黃色,松散,稍濕;主要為粘性土及附近工地開挖出的砂巖、泥巖,屬新近回填,層厚0.609.20m。(2)第四系全新統(tǒng)坡洪積層(q4dl+pl)-1粉質(zhì)粘土(q4 dl+pl):褐黃褐紅色,可塑硬塑,呈土柱狀,切面比較光滑,可手搓成0.52mm的土條,易折斷,無搖振反應(yīng),有光澤,干強(qiáng)度高,韌性高,網(wǎng)狀裂隙較發(fā)育,層厚0.607.50m。 (3)第四系上更新統(tǒng)冰水沉積層(q3fgl)-1含卵石粉質(zhì)粘土(q3fgl):紫紅色,密實(shí),硬塑,卵石含量10%,卵石成份以巖漿巖為主,少量為變質(zhì)巖和沉積巖。卵石呈圓形亞圓形,磨圓度較好,粒徑25cm,

45、層厚0.907.30m。-2含卵石粉質(zhì)粘土(q3fgl):黃色,密實(shí),卵石含量45%,卵石成份以巖漿巖為主,少量為變質(zhì)巖和沉積巖。卵石呈圓形亞圓形,磨圓度較好,粒徑28cm,個(gè)別可達(dá)1015cm,層厚1.607.20m。(4)白堊系中統(tǒng)灌口組(k2g): 泥巖:棕紅紫紅色,主要由粘土礦物組成,遇水易軟化,薄層巨厚層構(gòu)造,分布連續(xù),本次勘察揭露情況可知,隨著埋藏深度的增加,泥巖由全風(fēng)化至中風(fēng)化過渡。場(chǎng)地內(nèi)基巖頂板埋深起伏大,整個(gè)場(chǎng)地內(nèi)均有分布。在鉆探深度范圍內(nèi),根據(jù)其風(fēng)化程度,將其劃分為全風(fēng)化、強(qiáng)風(fēng)化、中等風(fēng)化3個(gè)亞層:全風(fēng)化泥巖-1:紫紅色,其礦物成分為粘土質(zhì)礦物,巖石組織結(jié)構(gòu)基本破壞,巖芯呈

46、土狀,沖擊可鉆進(jìn),層厚0.602.60m。強(qiáng)風(fēng)化泥巖-2:紫紅色暗紅色,主要礦物成分為粘土礦物,散體碎裂結(jié)構(gòu),結(jié)構(gòu)面不清晰,風(fēng)化裂隙發(fā)育,巖體破碎,鉆孔巖芯呈碎塊狀,用手易捏碎,干鉆可進(jìn),層厚0.903.50m。中等風(fēng)化泥巖-3:紫紅色,主要礦物成分為粘土礦物,泥質(zhì)膠結(jié),巨厚層構(gòu)造,節(jié)理裂隙不發(fā)育,結(jié)構(gòu)面較清晰,巖芯多呈長(zhǎng)柱狀或短柱狀,少量碎塊狀。巖石為極軟巖,巖體完整程度為較完整,巖體基本質(zhì)量等級(jí)為v級(jí),本次勘察未揭穿該層。-2強(qiáng)風(fēng)化砂巖(k2g):黃色灰色,其礦物成分為砂質(zhì)礦物,風(fēng)化裂隙發(fā)育,塊狀構(gòu)造,整體結(jié)構(gòu),鈣質(zhì)膠結(jié),膠結(jié)程度較差。錘擊易碎,干鉆可鉆進(jìn),巖芯風(fēng)化呈短柱狀,較破碎。揭露于

47、廣州路個(gè)別鉆孔,層厚1.20-7.50m。-3中等風(fēng)化砂巖(k2g):黃色灰色,其礦物成分為砂質(zhì)礦物,風(fēng)化裂隙較發(fā)育,塊狀構(gòu)造,整體結(jié)構(gòu),鈣質(zhì)膠結(jié),膠結(jié)程度中等。錘擊不易擊碎,巖芯鉆可鉆進(jìn)。巖芯采取率平均約90%。巖石堅(jiān)硬程度為軟巖,巖體較完整,巖石基本質(zhì)量等級(jí)為級(jí)。2、 地勘點(diǎn)布設(shè)情況:本次勘察根據(jù)市政工程勘察規(guī)范(cjj 56-2012)的規(guī)定及中冶賽迪設(shè)計(jì)院提出的勘察技術(shù)要求布設(shè)。(1)??诼饭膊荚O(shè)鉆孔12點(diǎn),勘探點(diǎn)編號(hào)hk1hk12。該路段均為填方路基,勘探點(diǎn)沿道路走向間距50m,按中線和邊線交錯(cuò)布置。(2)海南路共布設(shè)鉆孔21點(diǎn),勘探點(diǎn)編號(hào)hn1hn21??碧近c(diǎn)沿道路走向間距50m,

48、按中線和邊線交錯(cuò)布置。(3)興隆湖14號(hào)路共布設(shè)鉆孔20點(diǎn),勘探點(diǎn)編號(hào)14zk114zk20。勘探點(diǎn)沿道路走向間距50m,按中線和邊線交錯(cuò)布置。(4)廣西路共布設(shè)鉆孔26點(diǎn),勘探點(diǎn)編號(hào)gx11gx26。勘探點(diǎn)沿道路走向間距50m,按中線和邊線交錯(cuò)布置。2.3.2水文本項(xiàng)目圍繞興隆湖而建,規(guī)劃要求,興隆湖常水位標(biāo)高為464m。經(jīng)勘察本路段地表水主要為老舊魚塘積水及農(nóng)田排水灌溉渠水。路段地下水主要為賦存于低洼地段白堊系上統(tǒng)夾關(guān)組砂質(zhì)泥巖中的風(fēng)化裂隙水,其主要補(bǔ)給來源為大氣降水。風(fēng)化裂隙為主要含水層,其水量受匯水情況及裂隙發(fā)育程度的影響一般較小,流通性較差。場(chǎng)地內(nèi)地下水因含水介質(zhì)的差異和賦水空間的不

49、同,可分為松散土層孔隙水和基巖裂隙水,主要接受大氣降水及地表水的補(bǔ)給,基巖裂隙水還接受松散土層孔隙水的補(bǔ)給。1松散土層孔隙水:區(qū)內(nèi)填土層結(jié)構(gòu)松散,空隙大,滲透性較好,有利于地下水的徑流、補(bǔ)給和賦存,而粉質(zhì)粘土、全風(fēng)化基巖,空隙小,滲透性微弱,不利于地下水的運(yùn)移,起到相對(duì)隔水的作用。2基巖裂隙水:場(chǎng)地基巖裂隙水主要賦存于基巖的淺部風(fēng)化裂隙之中?;鶐r裂隙水含水層賦水性較差,具不均一性,其強(qiáng)風(fēng)化帶及斷裂帶巖層導(dǎo)水性、徑流、排泄條件相對(duì)較好。根據(jù)區(qū)域水文地質(zhì)資料,成都地區(qū)平水期46月,豐水期79月,其余月份為枯水期。2.3.3地下水和土腐蝕性本次勘察在場(chǎng)地內(nèi)的水溝、魚塘中取得的3件地表水試樣,擬建場(chǎng)地

50、環(huán)境類別按ii類,根據(jù)公路工程地質(zhì)勘察規(guī)范(jtg c20 2011)附錄k“水和土的腐蝕性評(píng)價(jià)”k.0.2條,相關(guān)地表水和場(chǎng)地土腐蝕性評(píng)價(jià)如下:1、 按環(huán)境類型水土對(duì)混凝土具微腐蝕性(環(huán)境類別按ii類);2、 按地層滲透性水對(duì)混凝土具微腐蝕性(地層滲透性為b);3、 該地下水及土(僅以ph值)對(duì)鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)中鋼筋具微腐蝕性。2.3.4氣象場(chǎng)地所處成都地區(qū)屬亞熱帶季風(fēng)型氣候,其主要特點(diǎn)是:四季分明、氣候溫和、雨量充沛、夏無酷暑、冬少冰雪。主導(dǎo)風(fēng)向?yàn)閚ne向,常年平均風(fēng)速為1.2m/s,年平均風(fēng)壓140pa,最大風(fēng)壓約250pa,年平均降雨量為9001000mm,七、八月份雨量集中,易形成暴雨

51、。根據(jù)成都?xì)庀笈_(tái)觀測(cè)資料,成都地區(qū)的氣象指標(biāo)如下:1)氣溫:多年平均氣溫16.2,極端最高氣溫38.3,極端最低氣溫-5.9。2)降水量:多年平均降水量為947.00mm。最大日降水量為195.2mm。3)蒸發(fā)量:多年平均蒸發(fā)量1020.5mm。 4)相對(duì)濕度:多年平均為82。 5)日照時(shí)間:多年平均為1228.3小時(shí)。6)風(fēng)向與風(fēng)速:主導(dǎo)風(fēng)向?yàn)閚ne向,多年平均風(fēng)速為1.35ms。7)最大風(fēng)速為14.8ms(ne向),極大風(fēng)速為27.4ms(1961年6月21日)。2.4工程特點(diǎn)(1)路床挖填方量大,最大挖深為10m,最深填方為9.0m。(2)挖方段為土質(zhì)路基時(shí),必須對(duì)路基設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高下80cm

52、范圍內(nèi)用級(jí)配砂礫石換填處理。(3)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)內(nèi)有鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)道路,道路較窄,不利于施工車輛進(jìn)出,但本工程路基土質(zhì)承載力較好,路基土方挖填完工后,可做為施工及社會(huì)車輛便道,同時(shí)做好路基與鄉(xiāng)村便道的順接。(4)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)內(nèi)有大量藕塘、魚塘,是屬于常年積水的洼地,排水困難,路基處理困難。(5)工期緊,筑路材料多為泥巖、又逢雨季施工,有的地段為魚塘等軟基處治,故對(duì)天氣的要求特別高。工后沉降對(duì)路基質(zhì)量的要求高、難度大,應(yīng)在一定的填土高度后實(shí)施沖擊碾壓或強(qiáng)夯,來提高路基強(qiáng)度,減少沉降量。3施工布置3.1施工生產(chǎn)、生活營地布置根據(jù)本工程的施工特點(diǎn)、圍湖施工,其范圍寬及施工中間距離拉得長(zhǎng),我分部計(jì)劃在施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)相對(duì)集中地海

53、南路和廣西路設(shè)置1個(gè)施工生產(chǎn)生活營地(具體位置在煎茶鎮(zhèn)青松村1社搬遷后空置民房,樁號(hào)約為k0+120左側(cè)),利用原來修建2棟2層民房,為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)班組人員提供工作、生活場(chǎng)所,使用面積為900m2。一分部駐地設(shè)在煎茶鎮(zhèn)柳溪路一段71號(hào),租用的當(dāng)?shù)卮迕衩穹?棟,設(shè)置的項(xiàng)目辦公室、管理人員營地,面積約600m2。兩處營地面積共約1500m2,完全能滿足本項(xiàng)目施工人員生產(chǎn)和生活需要。3.2施工用電及用水(1)施工供水本工程供水計(jì)劃采用以下方式:由于施工范圍周邊有鹿溪河通過,加上成都平原地下水豐富,工程施工用水可就近打井直接抽取或抽取鹿溪河水,滿足施工用水需要;施工用水輸水管道布置避開建筑物施工區(qū),靠近交通道

54、路,并適應(yīng)地形條件、縮短線路、減少工程量,配水干管采用枝狀布置。生活用水,項(xiàng)目駐地是采用的自來水,班組駐地利用原來民房所打的水井抽水。個(gè)別地段既無城市供水管網(wǎng),附近又無水源的,采用灑水車供水或擇地修建蓄水池保證施工用水。各營地的出入口均設(shè)置車輛沖洗設(shè)備(4人輪流值班全天24小時(shí))。(2)施工供電由于興隆湖周邊道路均為土石方工程,施工用電基本不用(管網(wǎng)井池全部采用指定的預(yù)制產(chǎn)品),用電較分散,用電負(fù)荷小,只有在興隆湖14號(hào)路匝道施工用混凝土擋墻澆筑,因此施工用電考慮采用30kw的移動(dòng)式柴油發(fā)電機(jī)供電,在根據(jù)各條路施工情況配置12臺(tái)發(fā)電機(jī),就可滿足施工的需要。3.3道路保通3.3.1 道路改道保通

55、的必要性根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙,經(jīng)過對(duì)周邊道路沿線進(jìn)行考察:海口路和興隆湖14號(hào)路由天府路和紅星路干線通過,局部利用現(xiàn)環(huán)湖道路的施工通道;廣西路和海南路有在建的貨運(yùn)大道和煎茶鎮(zhèn)譚家溝村村道公路可以進(jìn)入,這兩條路周邊還有原有修建并且硬化的從興隆鎮(zhèn)至煎茶鎮(zhèn)鎮(zhèn)的鄉(xiāng)村砼道路通過,并且已經(jīng)形成路網(wǎng)。據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查這些道路大部分當(dāng)?shù)卮迕襁€在使用,但是要通過大型機(jī)具及載貨車輛,來滿足工程需要,必須先打通這兩條路的縱向便道,才能晚餐土石方棄方工作。3.3.2 改道保通道路設(shè)計(jì)改道保通道路利用原有砼村道進(jìn)行拓寬,這樣可以節(jié)約造價(jià)。經(jīng)過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)量和踏勘,修筑一條長(zhǎng) m,路面寬7m,路基寬8m的縱向干線+橫向連接線便道,結(jié)構(gòu)型式級(jí)

56、配碎石道路,道路采用80cm厚砂礫石填筑。為了保證線型和路面高程控制,路基以下填方段采用土方分層填筑并碾壓密實(shí)填筑至路基底高程,挖方段,開挖至路基地面高程后,壓實(shí)基礎(chǔ)面,然后進(jìn)行路基級(jí)配砂礫石層填筑。保通道路斷面見下圖:改路工程數(shù)量見下表:改路工程數(shù)量表開挖土方m土方填方m級(jí)配砂礫石m3.3.3 圍擋及指示標(biāo)志在疏解道路施工之前,先在外側(cè)按照市政工程要求沿線采用尺寸2.2m*3m的圍擋全線打圍,將施工區(qū)和外界隔離,圍擋基礎(chǔ)采用人工開挖0.3*0.3*0.3的坑,圍擋固定后澆筑c20砼,圍擋背后采用40角鋼每隔5m做一道支撐。并在道口兩側(cè)采用金屬材質(zhì)設(shè)置警示標(biāo)志牌和指示標(biāo)示牌,道口兩側(cè)設(shè)置警示燈和防撞桶,標(biāo)志牌基礎(chǔ)采用人工開挖0.5*0
