1、;.生化處理池拆除專項(xiàng)施工方案1. 工程概況1.1、*項(xiàng)目工程施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生化池拆除基坑鋼板樁支護(hù)擬定采用H型鋼進(jìn)行支護(hù)。1.2、巖土工程技術(shù)條件：本場(chǎng)地地質(zhì)情況詳見(jiàn)地質(zhì)工程勘察報(bào)告。1.3、施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)條件：施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)緊鄰東面原有住宅小區(qū)道路和正在樁基施工的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，所以地表面開(kāi)挖卸載滿足施工條件即可，以便于施工機(jī)械進(jìn)入施工區(qū)域施工。2. 設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)以及工程量2.1、本工程樁設(shè)計(jì)為H型鋼作為支護(hù)鋼板樁，具體參數(shù)和數(shù)量如下：H500*300*13*18型鋼，57根，樁長(zhǎng)12米。2.1、基坑采用自流井降水，基坑開(kāi)挖前三天應(yīng)控制在進(jìn)行抽水，水位在開(kāi)挖面下0.5米，坑內(nèi)采用明溝排水。3. 編制依據(jù)3.1、生化池拆除

3、規(guī)程及類似工程取得的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。4. 目標(biāo)及要求 本次工程計(jì)劃總施工計(jì)劃在25天內(nèi)完成，其中打樁施工1天，拔樁1天，自流井施工2天，土方開(kāi)挖4天，土方回填2天，生化池混凝土鑿除以及垃圾清理在15天內(nèi)完成。生化池拆除質(zhì)量要求滿足鉆孔灌注樁施工要求，對(duì)于安全要求達(dá)到零傷亡事故。5. 設(shè)備選型及施工工藝設(shè)計(jì)5.1、根據(jù)本場(chǎng)地工程地質(zhì)條件及樁基工程設(shè)計(jì)情況，結(jié)合本次施工工藝及有關(guān)情況擬采用鋼板樁打樁機(jī)一臺(tái)，吊車一臺(tái)。5.2施工工藝流程設(shè)計(jì)場(chǎng)地平整軸線定位樁基就位起吊鋼板樁樁身對(duì)準(zhǔn)軸線壓樁校正樁身垂直度控制樁頂標(biāo)高沉樁至設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高準(zhǔn)備施工下一根樁重復(fù)以上步驟6. 施工準(zhǔn)備6.1、認(rèn)真熟悉圖紙，如圖中超出規(guī)范或與

4、常規(guī)做法不一致的問(wèn)題積極與相關(guān)部門溝通，達(dá)成一致意見(jiàn)，對(duì)于需要在開(kāi)工前向監(jiān)理部門報(bào)審的資料，提前準(zhǔn)備。6.2、施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)備，對(duì)于進(jìn)場(chǎng)的設(shè)備認(rèn)真進(jìn)行安裝調(diào)試，做好機(jī)械設(shè)備、材料進(jìn)場(chǎng)報(bào)驗(yàn)工作。6.3、施工前，由測(cè)量員依據(jù)甲方提供的有效圖紙，以及按照現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生化池具體位置進(jìn)行基坑支護(hù)鋼板樁的放線、定位。7. 打樁工藝a、 吊樁及樁就位，吊樁時(shí)按安全技術(shù)規(guī)程操作，吊臂下嚴(yán)禁站人，同時(shí)吊裝鉸鏈上的穿銷要穿插穩(wěn)妥牢固，防止樁從鉸鏈中脫落。樁機(jī)就位，再將樁吊起后樁底部對(duì)準(zhǔn)樁位白灰線軸線標(biāo)記，將樁插入樁位，插樁后調(diào)整樁機(jī)液壓懸臂角度使樁身保持垂直。b、 打樁打入初期，采用低速打入，以防遇地面障礙物造成鋼板樁傾斜和

5、偏移，遇硬土層，適當(dāng)加大打樁力，穿過(guò)硬土層后降低打樁力。在此過(guò)程中隨時(shí)注意垂直度的變化。c、 打樁至設(shè)計(jì)要求打樁期間隨時(shí)注意樁身垂直度，當(dāng)樁頂位置高出淺基槽底面約0.5米左右時(shí)，即可停止打樁。此高度做為鋼板樁剛性支護(hù)制作施工的預(yù)留高度。7.4、施工順序 施工開(kāi)始時(shí)，選擇基坑的一個(gè)角點(diǎn)做為施工開(kāi)始點(diǎn)，而后按順時(shí)針或逆時(shí)針?lè)较蜓匕谆逸S線標(biāo)記逐一打入鋼板樁，樁與樁之間要注意相互間距。7.5、施工方式 施工過(guò)程中，鋼板樁按設(shè)計(jì)要求采用橫向方式進(jìn)行施工，以保證鋼板樁支護(hù)有足夠的剛度，施工方式詳見(jiàn)支護(hù)圖紙。7.6、基坑降、排水設(shè)計(jì)本基坑采用自流深井降水方法，坑內(nèi)及坑周共設(shè)置5個(gè)，水平間距1820m，深度1

6、2m。深井管采用300PVC管，沿管長(zhǎng)方向設(shè)105050圓孔，外包二層60目尼龍網(wǎng)布，用18#鐵絲100螺旋形纏繞，深井孔徑800，管外一周填級(jí)配礫石摻中粗砂過(guò)濾層。7.7、基坑開(kāi)挖鋼板樁施工完畢后，方可進(jìn)行基坑開(kāi)挖施工，開(kāi)挖施工過(guò)程中按設(shè)計(jì)要求分A、B段分段施工，隨著開(kāi)挖深度的加大，要隨時(shí)對(duì)支護(hù)鋼板樁的位移變化進(jìn)行觀察，若發(fā)現(xiàn)鋼板樁入土部分的下端，有明顯位移出現(xiàn)，需要在下端增設(shè)支撐。以保證基坑支護(hù)的整體穩(wěn)定性。開(kāi)挖過(guò)程中，開(kāi)挖出的土方要隨開(kāi)隨運(yùn)，基坑周圍5米以內(nèi)禁止堆土。7.8、生化池的拆除生化池拆除用風(fēng)槍或鎬頭機(jī)鑿除，拆除時(shí)按設(shè)計(jì)要求分段拆除，拆除后及時(shí)清除垃圾、回填土方，再進(jìn)行下一段的拆

7、除工作，在拆除施工過(guò)程中，土方回填完畢后，方可拆除支撐系統(tǒng)。7.9、鋼板樁拔除 土方回填壓實(shí)后，方可進(jìn)行鋼板樁的拔出工作。拔樁時(shí)，需有專人監(jiān)護(hù)，以保障施工人員的安全。鋼板樁拔出后用黃砂或粉質(zhì)沙土回填鋼板樁孔，拔出的鋼板樁要及時(shí)運(yùn)出施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。8.投入主要施工人員及設(shè)備序號(hào)工種人數(shù)序號(hào)機(jī)種數(shù)量1樁機(jī)操作工41鋼板樁打樁機(jī)12輔助工82運(yùn)輸車輛43施工管理人員23鎬頭機(jī)和挖機(jī)1+19、質(zhì)量控制點(diǎn)的設(shè)置與控制9.1、進(jìn)場(chǎng)的設(shè)備及材料必須滿足施工要求和設(shè)計(jì)要求，設(shè)備運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)必須保證安全可靠。9.2、樁位控制施工前對(duì)樁位軸線進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)校正，施工中要按照軸線和施工順序進(jìn)行打樁施工，樁與樁之間的間距。9.3、標(biāo)高控

8、制對(duì)標(biāo)高進(jìn)行控制時(shí)，采用目測(cè)方式，保證送樁深度滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求，樁頂標(biāo)高要滿足支撐系統(tǒng)制作安裝的需要。9.6、垂直度控制樁體垂直度，可采用線墜和目測(cè)的方法進(jìn)行控制。樁身垂直度允許偏差控制在樁長(zhǎng)的0.5%以內(nèi)。9.7、樁的儲(chǔ)備與運(yùn)輸控制鋼板樁堆放場(chǎng)地應(yīng)平整，放置樁機(jī)工作半經(jīng)內(nèi)，盡可能減少二次搬運(yùn)。10.施工安全10.1安全生產(chǎn)體系項(xiàng)目部安全生產(chǎn)體系項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理：安全員：操作人員：機(jī)長(zhǎng)：班組長(zhǎng)：10.2安全生產(chǎn)措施a、建設(shè)并貫徹執(zhí)行安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)任制，做到項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理、安全員、作業(yè)隊(duì)長(zhǎng)、班組長(zhǎng)、操作工人的安全責(zé)任明確。b、建立并貫徹執(zhí)行安全教育制度，做到公司、項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部、班組三級(jí)教育。c、建立并貫徹執(zhí)行安全檢查制

9、度，對(duì)查出的安全隱患做到“五定”，即定整改責(zé)任人、定整改措施、定整改完成時(shí)間、定整改完成人、定整改驗(yàn)證人。d、建立并貫徹執(zhí)行書(shū)面安全技術(shù)交底制度，安全技術(shù)交底應(yīng)具體明確、正對(duì)性強(qiáng)、縱向交到班組全體人員。安全技術(shù)交底應(yīng)包括施工作業(yè)特點(diǎn)和危險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)；針對(duì)危險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)的具體預(yù)防措施；應(yīng)注意的安全事項(xiàng)；相應(yīng)的安全操作規(guī)程和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；發(fā)生事故后應(yīng)及時(shí)采取的避難和急救措施。E、項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部主要人員如項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理、安全員、質(zhì)檢員等持證上崗。F特殊工種作業(yè)人員如：起重工、樁基操作工等，必須持有特種作業(yè)操作證，并嚴(yán)格按規(guī)定定期進(jìn)行復(fù)查，在操作工程中嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行安全操作規(guī)程的要求。G、施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全設(shè)施齊全，并符合國(guó)家和地方有關(guān)規(guī)定。H、

10、施工機(jī)械必須經(jīng)安全生產(chǎn)檢查合格后方可使用，設(shè)備使用嚴(yán)格按規(guī)程進(jìn)行操作，使用中定期進(jìn)行維護(hù)保養(yǎng)，保證不帶病運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。I、材料的運(yùn)輸及存放應(yīng)做到安全、有序M、施工過(guò)程中嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行安全生產(chǎn)紀(jì)律，進(jìn)入現(xiàn)場(chǎng)必須帶好安全帽，吊樁區(qū)域非操作人員嚴(yán)禁入內(nèi)，吊樁機(jī)械設(shè)備必須完好。11、施工工期保證措施針對(duì)生化池施工過(guò)程中可能存在的工程實(shí)際進(jìn)度達(dá)不到計(jì)劃進(jìn)度，我項(xiàng)目部根據(jù)實(shí)際情況安排相應(yīng)的設(shè)備進(jìn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行施工，以保證工程能夠如期完成。g an employment tribunal claimEmployment tribunals sort out disagreements between employers and
