9、 of drawings afforded by customer.2.3 絕緣電阻 在常溫狀態(tài)下用DC500V兆歐表測試電機繞組與機殼間絕緣電阻，應(yīng)大于50 M，在熱穩(wěn)定或溫升試驗后，應(yīng)大于10 M。Insulation resistanceThe insulation resistance between the coil and housing shall be over 50 M measured with DC 500V megohmmeter in the normal ambient condition,and over 10 M measured with DC 500V me

10、gohmmeter after heating stady state or the temperature rise test.2.4 絕緣介電強度 繞組與殼體間加交流電壓1800V，1 s無閃絡(luò)、擊穿、飛弧現(xiàn)象。 Dielectric strength There is no breakdown or flashover when adding AC1800V for 1s between the coil and housing.2.5 牽入轉(zhuǎn)矩 在電機輸出軸上套一直徑為80mm的鋁質(zhì)力矩盤（自重100g），力矩盤上加掛砝碼，其力矩按1.10條的規(guī)定執(zhí)行，在任意三個位置均能正反向啟動為合

12、在正常較穩(wěn)定的試驗氣候條件下，放置到穩(wěn)定溫度（不少于2h），測量此時的室溫t1及繞組直流電阻R1，然后加額定電壓、頻率空載運行至電機溫度恒定（不少于2h），測量此時電機的繞組R2和時的室溫t2，溫升按下式計算，應(yīng)符合1.13條的規(guī)定。 R2- R1 = （235+ t1）+（t1- t2） R1其中； ：電機的溫升，K； R2：繞組通電達到穩(wěn)定溫度時的直流電阻，； R1：繞組不通電時達到熱穩(wěn)定時的直流電阻，； t1：測量繞組直流電阻R1時的室溫，； t2：測量繞組直流電阻R2時的室溫，. 13、st condition for at least two hours till it gets stable temperature,inspect the room temperature t1 and the coil DC resistance R1,then inspect the same coil resistance R2 and room temperature t2 when the motor works in no load at the rated voltage and frequency till the temperature is stable. 15、ectrifying the motor, ; t1:Room temperature when inspecting the DC resistance R1, ; t2: Room temperature when inspecting the DC resistance R2, .2.7噪音 電機噪音包括電機的運轉(zhuǎn)狀況評定和用儀器按GB10069.1-88旋轉(zhuǎn)電機噪聲測定方法及限值，噪聲工程測定方法的測試出的數(shù)值（該值應(yīng)符合1.14條的規(guī)定）。 電機運轉(zhuǎn)狀況評定指用耳朵貼近電機機殼底部離開一指厚距離，電機輸出軸水平放置，通電空載運行。電機運轉(zhuǎn)應(yīng)平穩(wěn)，無停滯現(xiàn)象，聲音均勻和諧，不夾雜音。N

The evaluation of the operation state refered to listening to the motor in a distance of a finger from the under

17、side of the housing, it works with load when electrifying with the output shaft hoorizoontally, the motor rotates stably with no block and noise.2.8 引出線強度引出線與殼體間加20N，10S的拉力，應(yīng)無引出線松動、脫落、絕緣層破壞、電機無法正常運轉(zhuǎn)等現(xiàn)象。Lead wire strengthAdding 20N pulling force between the lead wire and housing. 18、nd dropping lead wire,destroyed insulation, abnomally operating. 2.9 輸出軸拉脫力將電機的六輪固定，對輸出軸逐漸施加40N的軸向拉力，歷時10S，應(yīng)滿足1.14的要求。Pull force of output shaftFixed the sixth gear of motor,output-shaft must withstand 40N put out force for 10S,shall satisfy requirement in 1.14.2.10耐久試驗電機在額定頻率、額定電壓，負載為牽入轉(zhuǎn)矩規(guī)定值的45%下能連

19、續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)7500h以上，試驗后在電機繞組與外殼之間加DC500V電壓，在常溫狀態(tài)下，絕緣電阻應(yīng)不低于50 M；在濕熱試驗后，絕緣電阻應(yīng)不低于10 M且電機的泄漏電流不大于0.25mA。Endurance test The motor shall work continuously for 7500h at rated frequency,voltage,and a load 45% of pull in torque regulated.After the test,adding DC 500V voltage between the coil and housing, the insulati
