3、的主入口位置,必須設雙道玻璃門。第一和第二道門不能同時打開,并達到節(jié)能防寒的效果:Provide airlock room with double doors at following region:a.溫和地區(qū)(日平均溫度低于 5oC的天數(shù)有0至90天)a. 19、置于安全及易操 作處The manual cold/warm control and valve control shall be easy to use and installed at a safe place14CMO Computer Room電腦機房物業(yè)管理電腦機房設機械排風系統(tǒng)加獨立式分體空調(diào),該 空調(diào)連接到發(fā)電機。當停電發(fā)電機開動時,空調(diào)必須自動起 動。The air-conditioning design intent of the server room in CMO is to use MV cum split unit system and connected to th

The split unit must be able to auto start during emergency mode14aTenant Areas交房時應具備的條件1.當管道從商鋪租賃線中間穿越時,在空間高度允許的條件 下,控制區(qū)域(租賃線以內(nèi)w 1.0m區(qū)域)必須預留550mm高 度作為防盜卷簾安裝的高度。1.Services install across at center of lease line shall not below4.35m. It is to cater for the installation of tenant

21、s' security roller shutter (550mm height)2.如果設計標高在不允許的條件下,所有機電設施空調(diào)風機 設備安裝建議/要求如下:2f the above is not achievable, following methods (Option 1) is preferable:a.空調(diào)機回風口在店鋪外,離租賃線區(qū)域至少300mma. Return grille is outside of tenant areas by 300mmb.管道與空調(diào)通風設施最宜在30%L1面設計區(qū)域,不會影 響防盜卷簾的安裝見建筑交樓標準,示意圖(一);b. Referen

22、ce to Sketch 1, services shall install within <30% of tenant shop front3.當無法滿足以上的條件下或符合空調(diào)系統(tǒng)第 7條相關要 求,空調(diào)設備應設置在商鋪內(nèi),設備安裝見示意圖(二);3. If the above is not achievable, following methods (Option2) is preferable, see sketch 24.店鋪內(nèi)噴淋、煙感、出風口等設施應統(tǒng)一標高并與公共吊 頂齊平,標高施工誤差應減小到最低3mm/2m4. Sprinklers head, smoke detect

No exposed services at common corridor shall within300mm of tenant shop front7.風機盤管的溫控器,應設置在商鋪內(nèi)距離租賃線 1.0m1.5m處在天花下, 距天花標高下返150mm位置處, 吊裝式空調(diào)機組的溫控器應設置在設備的面板上,立柜式空 調(diào)機組的溫控器設置在機房內(nèi),由商場統(tǒng)一控制:7. Air-conditioning sensor shall install under ceiling level by 150mm, around 1m to 1.5m from lease line. Temperatu

25、re controller for FCU and AHU, shall install at equipment. On-off controls shall be centralized at every floor or in fireman control room.15FIRE PROTECTIONSYSTEM消防系統(tǒng)Spri nklers System噴淋系統(tǒng)根據(jù)商鋪布置,商鋪墻斷形式及平面圖,公共區(qū)域、走廊、 洗手間以及每個新租賃單位有吊頂部位,按照消防規(guī)范要求 設噴淋器吊頂夾層高800mm并有易燃物的吊頂內(nèi)應設噴淋 (除洗手間外)Based on the layout of t

26、he shop units and tenancy walls, provide 2nd layer of sprinkler point for all common area, corridor, toilets, and tenants with false ceiling in compliance with code of practice. For false ceiling above 800mm and consists of combustible material, concealed sprinklers shall also be provided (except to

27、ilets)在消防局同意下,在竣工驗收前商鋪內(nèi)均按假設沒有吊頂考 慮設置下噴噴頭,噴頭標高根據(jù)臨近公共區(qū)域吊頂標高一 致。Upon mutual agreement with Fire Department, sprinklers within tenant units shall install downwards.
