The unit uses ambient air for temperature regulation so it must have access to amb

16、ient. The internal temperature of the enclosure is cooled via effective utilization of the ambient air. An air/air counter flow type plate heat exchanger is used to transfer the heat. Two backward centrKTugal fans, one for the internal circuit and one for the external circuit provide the air circula

17、tion.熱交換器通常用在對密封區(qū)域的降溫，HX系列的熱交換器是專為機柜而設計的產品。熱交換器因需要環(huán)境溫度進行調節(jié)，因此需要有一個通道與外界相通。密閉的內部空氣通過環(huán)境空氣而實現(xiàn)冷卻。內、外循環(huán)的軸流風扇使空氣產生對流，通過中間的換熱裝置實現(xiàn)熱量的傳遞。The heat exchanger module is designed in such a way that the speed of the both internal and external circuit fans are controlled according to temperature, based on the pre-

18、set pattern.熱交換器的內、外風扇的風速是由溫度控制的，是基于一個已調整好的模式而設計的。7 Functionality Introduction 功能介紹a) Power Supply 電源供電The unit should be feed with 220VAC power source. 熱交換器需220V交流供電。 b) Cabinet inside temperature Curve 風扇轉速Vs.機柜內部溫度曲線丹騰痕跡太明顯，換圖。我增加發(fā)給過你的資料中有我用autocad畫的圖。The internal fan start up at low temperatures

19、 (< = Tlow i) with speed (R i low). Fan accelerates to (R i high) when temperature rise to (Thigh i) then it runs continuously till (Tfull i). The fan speed will jump to (Ri full) when temperature higher than (Tfull i) and stop regulation. 內循環(huán)風扇在低溫(< = Tlow i)下低速(R i low)啟動。當溫度升高到(Thigh i)風扇轉速

20、提高到(R i high)然后持續(xù)運轉。當溫度升到(Tfull i)以上時，風扇全速(Ri full)運轉。The external fan start to running in (Re low) at (Tlow e), and speed up to (R e high)with increasing temperature until (T high e). Then the fan goes up to (Re full) until temperature exceeding (Tfull e). When temperature goes down, the external f

21、an will be stop at (Tstop e).外循環(huán)風扇在低溫下(Tlow e)以低速(Re low)運行，隨著溫度升高到(T high e)轉速增加到(R e high)。當溫度超過(Tfull e)時，風扇增至全速。當溫度下降至(Tstop e)時，外風扇停止運行。Both internal and external fans speed are monitored via the tacho output from the fans. This tacho signal is also used to generate a fan failure signal KT devi

22、ation is more than -20%.風扇轉速是通過風扇的調速裝置來調節(jié)的，當轉速偏差-20%以上時，這個調速裝置會產生一個風扇失效信號。c) Heater Vs. Cabinet inside temperature Curve 加熱器Vs.機柜內部溫度曲線Start-up behavior: after switch-on the fan speed accelerate continuously up to (Re low), then the speed is regulated down to specified ramp. Duration of start-up loo

23、p: 10 - 15 sec.啟動：接通電源使風扇持續(xù)加速到(R i low)，而后轉速降到預定的數值。持續(xù)時間：10 15秒Heater begins to work when cabinet temperature is less than (Ton h); heater stops working when cabinet temperature is more than (Toff h). Refer to above sketch. 當機柜內的溫度小于(Ton H)時，加熱器開始工作;當機柜內的溫度高于(ToffH)時，加熱器停止工作。請參考以上圖。d) Humidity contr

24、ol 濕度控制Humidity control values can be preset, when humidity reach to the preset value and the cabinet inside temperature less than 25 , heater open, when after humidity value in after less than setting or the cabinet inside temperature more than 35 , heater closed after 15S.濕度控制值可以自行設定，當濕度達到設定值且柜內溫度

25、小于25后，加熱器開啟，當濕度值小于設定值后或者柜內溫度大于35，加熱器在15S后關閉。e) HEX Start-up behavior 熱交換器上電自檢順序 After unit switch-on the external fan speed will accelerate continuously up to (Re low), then stop running, this will take about 15s, after that, internal fan will accelerate continuously up to (Ri low), then stop runnin

26、g, this will take about another 15s. The controller will test whether unit get fan, temperature sensor failure. It will initiate alarming once any of them got problem. During testing process, the green LED will light in 3Hz speed, after self-testing finished , it will keep lighting. Red alarming LED

27、 will be on KT alarming signal generated. Once self testing finished, then the unit will turn to normal operation. Note: Self testing process will be conducted once self testing button been pressed on front control panel.熱交換器一旦上電，外風機將啟動運行自檢，然后停止，預計持續(xù) 15 秒；之后是內風機啟動自檢，然后停止，預計持續(xù) 15秒；通過自檢過程，控制單元判斷是否有風扇、

39、mended to perform preventive maintenance on the unit twice a year (depends on the location of the site and the nearby surroundings) and the following should be done:建議熱交換器的預防維護一年兩次（取決于當地的地理位置和周圍的環(huán)境），需完成以下幾點：a) Listen to the fans while in operation. The sound should be constant and with very little f

40、luctuation otherwise the fans are out of balance and should be replaced. 風扇運行時聽風扇的聲音。聲音應該連續(xù)且有輕微的波動，否則風扇就失去平衡需要更換。b) Switch all the circuit breakers related to the climate unit off.關閉與熱交換器連接的所有線路。c) Remove the internal and external fan.拆除內、外風扇。d) Clean the blades of both fans using a brush, compresse

41、d air and a vacuum cleaner.用毛刷、壓縮空氣和真空吸塵器清潔風扇的葉片。e) Clean the heat transfer core using a small brush, compressed air and a vacuum cleaner, the air pressure should less than 0.5bar. 使用小型毛刷、壓縮空氣和真空吸塵器清潔換熱芯片，壓縮空氣的壓力需小于0.5bar.f) Mount the fans back again.將兩個風扇裝好。g) Switch the unit ON/OFF/ON again. This

44、 same type) 一個新的風扇（確保相同的型號） 1: Unscrew the M4 bolts placed on the panel, then remove the panel subassembly; 去掉蓋板上的螺釘，將內風扇組件拆除； 2: Unscrew the M4 bolts placed on the circuit board planel and unplug the internal fan connector； 去掉控制板蓋板上的螺釘,斷開連接端子； 3: Disassemble the fan from the subassembly; 將風扇從風扇組件上拆

45、除； 4: Mount the new fan by following step 1,2,3 and 4 in reverse order. 按照1-4 的相反步驟安裝新的風扇。10.2 How to replace the external fan 如何替換外風扇Before you start make sure that you have the following available:在更換之前請確保您有以下工具和設備： ü A cross screwdriver (M4)； 一把十字頭螺絲起子（M4）；ü A new fan (insure the same t
