1、形容詞、副詞和數(shù)詞一、形容詞的作用1、作定語育接說明事物的性質(zhì)或特征，修飾名詞。是單個(gè)詞，放在名詞前；是短語，放 在名詞后。女口： mr smith, of thespeech, started to read a novel.a. tired; boring b. tiring; bored c tired; bored d tiring; boring形容詞作后置定語的情況（1）表語形容詞 afraid, alone, awake, asleep, alive, alike, ashamed, aware, well, sorry, unable, worth, sure.（2）形容詞修飾

2、不定代詞 something, anything, nothing.（3）其他情況present（在場的）,available（可用的）,left（剩余的）2、作表語與聯(lián)系動(dòng)詞 be, become, get, grow, feel, go, appear, look, keep, smell, sound, stay, taste, turn, remain 等連用。3、作賓補(bǔ)。如：i find the film interesting and instructive.4、作狀語，表示伴隨狀況、原因、結(jié)果等。女口： she lay in bed, awake.二、副詞的作用1 >作狀語
