Meanwhile, should Party A request, Party B shall arrange corresp onding professional lawyer to provide

7、ft, review and amend any kind of legal docume nts.B、根據(jù)甲方的經(jīng)濟(jì)、商務(wù)談判，為甲方完善 各類常用格式合同；Improve and perfect any kind of com monsta ndard form of con tract on the basis of Party A' secono mic and commercial n egotiatio n.c、為甲方事務(wù)出具法律意見書、律師函、律師聲明等 文件；Provide Party A with legal advisory paper, lawyer '

13、事務(wù)開支Shall make payment of legal adviser fee as scheduled and in exact amount, and bear the legal expe nses in curred by Party A.第六條：法律顧問費(fèi)用Article 6Legal con sulta nt fees1、甲乙雙方同意，就本次甲方聘請乙方作為常年法 律顧問，甲方應(yīng)當(dāng)向乙方支付的顧問費(fèi)用為每年人民幣 壹萬肆仟元(RMB14,000)。In this Agreeme nt, Party A agrees to assig n Party B as its Ion

22、spute settleme nt and suppleme ntary agreeme ntle 10甲乙雙方在執(zhí)行本合同書過程中產(chǎn)生爭議時(shí)，雙方應(yīng) 當(dāng)友好協(xié)商，協(xié)商不成時(shí)任何一方均可以向中山市有管轄 權(quán)的法院提起訴訟解決。Any disputes arising during the execution of the agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation by both parties.
