1、.華 中 科 技 大 學 畢 業(yè) 設 計 論 文（上冊）華中科技大學土木工程2004級畢業(yè)設計綜合樓計 算 書（上冊）摘 要本次設計的是綜合樓。該工程的建筑面積約為，共8層，局部9層，一層商場層高為4.5m，二八層為辦公用房，層高。結構形式為鋼筋混凝土框架結構；抗震要求為7度設防；二類一組場地，基礎采用樁基礎形式。本次設計包括了建筑設計和結構設計，在建筑設計部分中，首先進行了建筑方案設計，接著是建筑平面、立面、剖面和大樣圖等施工圖設計，共完成建筑施工圖張。在結構設計部分中，首先進行了結構選型和結構布置、樓蓋設計、屋蓋設計，其次是選取了一榀橫向框架進行手工計算，包括荷載統(tǒng)計和內力計算以及構件的配

2、筋計算，共完成結構施工圖張。在進行荷載計算時，針對不同的荷載特點采用不同的計算方法，恒載和活載采用分層法，風載采用反彎點法，地震荷載采用值法，對所學知識進行了系統(tǒng)全面的復習。在進行結構設計的同時，還進行了“PKPM”電算，并與手算結構進行對比，以達到分析計算結果的目的。關鍵詞： 綜合樓 建筑設計 結構計算 施工圖設計 Abstractmy graduation design is “complex building”. The total area of the building is about 8000 square meters with eight floors. It is 4.5m

Firstly, I choose one of the scheme which I made , secon

4、dly, I design the architectural façade design、graphic design、section design and building fabric detailing . finally, I finish twelve piece of architectural working drawing. In the process of structural design , firstly, I determine the structural form and collocation and the structural design o

Secondly ,I choose to calculate the axes frame by hand , including the calculation of loads, the calculation of interior forces and the cross section design of the components, finally I finish nineteen pieces of structural working drawing.In the process of calculating the interior force of t

6、he cross section ,I apply different method to different load, using stratifying method for dead load and live load ,using inflection point method for wind load and D-value method for earthquake load.In the process of the gradual design, I use the computer program called“PKPM” to analysis my work, co
