5、ological measure1.1 尾水管安裝Draft tube installation尾水管里襯是水輪機最下部的埋設(shè)部件。尾水管預(yù)埋件的安裝工作,要密切配合土建施工進度進行安裝。安裝前應(yīng)先檢查預(yù)留基坑底部高程,一般要求與設(shè)計值誤差不超過+5-15mm。同時檢查尾水管里襯的幾何尺寸,并進行校正,然后根據(jù)上管口的圓度來確定里襯的中心位置。同時按圖紙要求,在里襯上管口標(biāo)定X、Y軸線的位置,然后將尾水管里襯按X、Y標(biāo)志吊入機坑,進行調(diào)整。其管口直徑,上管口中心及方位、高程達(dá)到設(shè)計要求后,進行加固工作,最后交土建澆砼。Draft tube liner is the embedded compo
6、nent at the lowest part of the turbine. The installation of the draft tube embedded part should closely accord with civil construction schedule. Before installation, check the height of the reserved foundation pit bottom, and the design value error should be not more than +5-15mm. Check the physical
7、 dimension of the draft tube liner, adjust at the same time. Then determine the center position of the liner according to the upper pipe orifice roundness. As the requirement of the drawing, sign the X,Y axial line position on the liner upper pipe orifice, then lift the draft tube liner into the pit
8、 as X,Y sign, adjust as need. Reinforce after pipe orifice diameter, upper pipe orifice center and position, height meet the design requirement. Then civil engineering places the concrete. 1.2 座環(huán)、蝸殼安裝The installation of the stay ring and spiral casing蝸殼為分瓣結(jié)構(gòu),在工地現(xiàn)場完成各節(jié)的拼裝與焊接。先進行座環(huán)安裝,后進行蝸殼掛裝、焊接。The sp
9、iral casing is split structure, assemble and weld on site. Install the stay ring first, then hang and weld the spiral casing. 座環(huán)、蝸殼安裝前應(yīng)進行清掃檢查,各部分尺寸均應(yīng)符合設(shè)計及規(guī)范要求,特別是過流面,不應(yīng)有錯牙。在座環(huán)支墩墊板上較均布的放上三對楔子板或千斤頂,其高程應(yīng)使座環(huán)放上后,座環(huán)上法蘭平面的高程基本與設(shè)計值相符。Clean and check the stay ring and spiral casing before installation. All d
10、imensions should follow the design and specification requirement, especially the flow surface, unevenness should not exist. Uniformly distribute 3 pairs of wedge plates or jacks on stay ring buttress base plate, and the height of the stay ring upper flange plane should accord with the design value a
11、fter put on the stay ring. 安裝時,如現(xiàn)場起吊設(shè)備能滿足座環(huán)一次吊裝就位的則可將座環(huán)直接吊到預(yù)先放在混凝土支墩上的楔子板或千斤頂上,拉好控制座環(huán)中心、標(biāo)高的測量基準(zhǔn)線,根據(jù)基準(zhǔn)中心線,按環(huán)形部件的特點,進行中心調(diào)整、水平以及圓度的測定調(diào)整。During installation, if the site lifting device is able to lift the stay ring into position in one time, lift the stay ring on the wedge plate or jack prepared on the
12、concrete buttress, tie well the control stay ring center, height measurement datum line, as the datum center line and ring part features to adjust the center, level and roundness.座環(huán)是整臺水輪發(fā)電機組的基準(zhǔn),對座環(huán)的中心、高程、水平的安裝質(zhì)量要求高,誤差小,尤其是座環(huán)的水平誤差,務(wù)必嚴(yán)格控制。全面調(diào)整座環(huán),各控制尺寸經(jīng)質(zhì)檢部門和監(jiān)理工程師檢查符合設(shè)計及規(guī)范要求并簽證后立即加固,電焊固定時應(yīng)對稱進行,以防變形和位移,調(diào)
13、整工具也要點焊加固,在加固過程中,用框架水平儀和千分表配合進行監(jiān)視。安裝基礎(chǔ)環(huán)與尾水管里襯上管口之間的湊合節(jié),該湊合節(jié)暫不與尾水管焊接,接縫修好焊接破口后在其外面點焊一圈寬50mm左右的薄鋼板圍帶。Stay ring is the benchmark of the whole hydro-generator, so the installation quality requirement of the stay ring center, height and level should be high, especially the stay ring level error should be
14、 strictly controlled. Adjust the stay ring, the control size should be checked by the Quality Control Department and supervising engineer. After certificating, reinforce at once. Symmetrically fix it by electric welding to prevent the deformation and movement. Adjustment tool should be also spot-wel
15、ding to reinforce, during the reinforcement, monitor with the frame type level and dial indicator. The expansion joint between the installation foundation ring and draft tube liner upper pipe opening does not weld with the draft tube temporarily. After repairing the joint and welding the cleavage, s
16、pot weld around a sheet steel shroud ring about 50mm. 座環(huán)安裝固定后,按設(shè)計圖紙及工藝要求進行蝸殼掛裝并進行焊接,首先吊裝蝸殼進口段定位節(jié),調(diào)整其中心、高程以及與座環(huán)上下環(huán)板的位置,最遠(yuǎn)點半徑等應(yīng)合格,并焊接固定。然后依次吊裝其它各節(jié),其斷面中心高程及各部分間隙應(yīng)合格。最后吊裝湊合節(jié),調(diào)整間隙合格后固定。然后對蝸殼進行總體檢查應(yīng)符合有關(guān)的技術(shù)文件要求,并符合水輪發(fā)電機組安裝技術(shù)規(guī)范GB8564的規(guī)定。After the fixation of the stay ring installation, carry out the spiral

Hang spiral casing inlet orientation section, adjust the center, height and the position of the stay ring upper and lower ring plate, the furthest point radius should be qualified, and weld to fix. Then hang the sections in turn, the
18、 section center height and gaps in all parts should be qualified. At last, hang expansion joint, adjust the gap and fix. Check the spiral casing, which should follow related technical document requirement, and the requirement of GB8564 in Turbine and generator installation technical specifications.
19、蝸殼與座環(huán)的焊接嚴(yán)格按制造廠家有關(guān)“焊接工藝”要求進行,首先焊接蝸殼組合環(huán)縫,然后再進行蝸殼上下環(huán)板的焊接。蝸殼與座環(huán)環(huán)板焊接時應(yīng)上下同時對稱分段退步焊接,并在水準(zhǔn)儀的監(jiān)視下測量座環(huán)的水平,如有超出,應(yīng)調(diào)整焊接的順序,使座環(huán)在焊接過程中始終處于受控狀態(tài)。焊接完經(jīng)超聲波探傷合格后由質(zhì)檢人員和監(jiān)理工程師檢查簽證后交土建單位回填二期砼和澆座環(huán)支墩砼。The weld of the spiral casing and stay ring should follow the manufacturer welding technology. Weld the spiral casing joint fir

During welding the spiral casing and stay ring ring plate, adopt the symmetrical segmentation setback welding with upper and lower parts welded at the same time. Measure the level of the stay ring with the monitor of the level device, if ne
21、cessary, adjust the sequence of the welding, to control the whole stay ring welding process. After welding and passing the ultrasonic flaw detection, checked and certificated by quality inspection personnel and supervision engineer, civil engineering would start the stage 2 concrete and stay ring pi
22、er concrete placing. 待澆筑座環(huán)砼養(yǎng)護好之后焊接湊合節(jié)與尾水管之間的接縫。After maintenance of the stay ring concrete, weld the joint line between the expansion joint and draft tube.土建在澆座環(huán)蝸殼二期砼時,要求土建單位嚴(yán)格按施工措施規(guī)定控制砼澆搗速度,做到對稱均勻下料,分層進行澆搗。During civil engineer placing stay ring stage 2 concrete, control the placing speed as constr
23、uction measures, uniformly placing and pouring by layers.1.3 水輪機機坑里村的安裝The installation of the turbine pit liner安裝時,在機坑外先調(diào)整好里襯的橢圓度,符合規(guī)范要求后,在里襯內(nèi)部進行加固,然后吊入機坑,按座環(huán)上管口至里襯法蘭的距離,來調(diào)整其中心位置,符合要求后,將機坑里襯焊接固定在座環(huán)上。During the installation, adjust the ovality of the liner outside the pit, after meeting the requirem

As the distance from stay ring upper pipe opening to liner flange to adjust the center position, after meeting the requirement, weld and fix the pit liner on the stay ring. 1.4 機坑檢查交接,座環(huán)的中心、水平精密測定記錄Pit check and handover, make measurement r
25、ecord of the stay ring center, level accuracy水輪機部件在安裝前與土建施工單位進行機坑檢查交接:土建工程臨時設(shè)施是否全部撤出;安裝工作面是否整潔。檢查已埋部件是否符合規(guī)定要求,基礎(chǔ)混凝土澆搗是否產(chǎn)生變形。對不符合要求的經(jīng)處理合格后,開始機組的安裝。Pit check and handover with civil engineering construction department before the installation of the turbine parts: whether all the civil engineering temp

27、 order to ensure the accuracy of the hydro-generator installation benchmark, precisely measure and make record for the stay ring center and level.1.5 導(dǎo)水機構(gòu)的預(yù)裝The pre-assembly of the distributor導(dǎo)水機構(gòu)要進行預(yù)裝,導(dǎo)葉預(yù)裝數(shù)量應(yīng)在總數(shù)50%以上。預(yù)裝前對座環(huán)上平面高程、水平鏜口圓度復(fù)測:并通過調(diào)整頂蓋和底環(huán)的中心,使導(dǎo)葉上、下各軸瓦同心,預(yù)裝導(dǎo)葉端部、立面的間隙要符合規(guī)范和設(shè)計要求且導(dǎo)葉轉(zhuǎn)動靈活。頂蓋吊出前
28、及時作好標(biāo)記。Pre-assemble the distributor. The guide vane pre-assembly quantity should be morn than 50% of the total qty. Before the preassembly, recheck the stay ring upper plane height, horizontal boring roundness. Adjust the center of the head cap and the bottom ring to achieve the concentricity of the
29、 guide vane upper and lower bearing pads. The preassembly of the guide vane end, vertical gap should follow the requirement of the specification and design, and the rotation of the guide vanes should be flexible. Make mark before lifting the head cap.1.6 接力器里襯安裝 Servomotor liner installation接力器安裝前應(yīng)分
30、解、清洗、檢查,裝配后活塞移動應(yīng)平穩(wěn)、靈活,各配合間隙、活塞行程應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求。接力器安裝應(yīng)做嚴(yán)密性耐壓試驗,試驗壓力為6MP,時間為30分鐘無滲透漏現(xiàn)象,根據(jù)設(shè)計高程與角度安裝接力器。安裝接力器水平偏差不大于0.1mm/m,接力器壓緊行程值應(yīng)符合設(shè)計和規(guī)范要求的規(guī)定,兩個活塞實際行程的相互偏差不應(yīng)大于1mm。Disassemble, clean and check servomotor before installing. 31、 stroke should meet the design requirement. Precise pressure withstanding test should be carried out for the servomotor installation, the test pressure is 6MP,lasting for 30min with no leak. According to the design height and angle to install the servomotor. Installation servomotor horizontal error
32、should be not more than 0.1mm/m,servomotor pressure stroke value should follow the requirement of the design and specification. The mutual deviation of two pistons real travel should be not more than 1mm.1.7 主軸與轉(zhuǎn)輪的連接及安裝 The connection and installation of the main shaft and runner在主軸與轉(zhuǎn)輪連接前,先對主軸、轉(zhuǎn)輪、連接
33、螺栓、螺母進行徹底清掃干凈。連接螺栓與螺母的絲扣部分,用細(xì)油石、什錦挫進行修磨,并涂以二硫化鉬進行預(yù)裝配。Before the connection of the main shaft and runner, clean the main shaft, runner, connection bolt, nut. The thread part of the connection bolt and nut should be grinded by fine oil stone, needled file, then pre-assemble by coating molybdenium disu
34、lfide. 先將轉(zhuǎn)輪吊入在穩(wěn)固的平臺上,并調(diào)好水平,在對稱方向穿上兩只銷釘螺栓作為導(dǎo)向。然后將主軸平穩(wěn)吊起并調(diào)好水平,用細(xì)白布、酒精等徹底清掃主軸和轉(zhuǎn)輪的法蘭面,按螺孔編號的對應(yīng)方向,主軸徐徐落在轉(zhuǎn)輪上。按編號穿入所有的連接螺栓。按設(shè)計要求打緊螺栓并測量其伸長值。Lift the runner on the stable stand, and adjust to be horizontal, thread two pit blots on the symmetrical direction as guide. Thread into all the connection bolts as number. As design requirement, hit tightly the bolts and measure the elongation

And adjust the turbine shaft head level in the range of 0.5mm, then lift into the pit slowly.1.8 水輪機總裝程序 Turbine general assembly program經(jīng)過預(yù)裝、試驗合格的水輪機各部件,按總裝程序底環(huán)、導(dǎo)水機構(gòu)、轉(zhuǎn)輪、頂蓋等部件逐一吊入機坑,都應(yīng)

39、lation should be made record. 1.9 水輪機其它部件的安裝 The installation of the turbine other parts調(diào)速控制環(huán)的位置確定是按導(dǎo)葉全關(guān)的位置進行。為避免單向承受荷載過大而產(chǎn)生燒瓦,水導(dǎo)軸承的間隙的調(diào)整將考慮到盤車時的水輪機軸線擺度。主軸密封應(yīng)按有規(guī)范關(guān)要求進行安裝、試驗。The position of the speed regulation control ring is determined by the guide vane all close position. Install and test the main shaft seal as related specification.2 水輪發(fā)電機安裝工藝措施 Hydro-generator installation process 2.1 發(fā)電機預(yù)埋件安裝 Generator embedd
41、ed parts installation根據(jù)發(fā)電機的實際結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸,以座環(huán)面作為高程基準(zhǔn)面,對下風(fēng)罩的基礎(chǔ)件、下機架及定子基礎(chǔ)墊板等進行預(yù)埋,要控制預(yù)埋件的水平、高程、中心滿足規(guī)范要求。According to the generator real structure size, and consider the stay ring surface as elevation datum plane, embed the fan cover foundational piece, lower bracket and stator foundation base plate, and the le
42、vel, height and center of the embedded parts should be controlled to meet the requirement.2.2 轉(zhuǎn)子裝配及安裝 Rotor assembly and installation磁極掛裝:掛裝磁極前,測量磁軛圓度。各半徑與平均半徑之差不應(yīng)大于0.36mm,檢查磁軛平直度并作適當(dāng)?shù)男弈?。磁極開箱后,進行全面的清掃。逐個檢查磁極的絕緣電阻,其值不應(yīng)低于5M,否則應(yīng)予以處理。對每一個磁極進行交流耐壓試驗和交流阻抗測試,試驗通過后方可掛裝磁極。按照制造廠編號掛裝磁極。根據(jù)第1#與第20#磁極掛裝位置要與轉(zhuǎn)于引線的位
43、置相對應(yīng)。在磁極掛裝時,應(yīng)合理選擇調(diào)整墊片,一方面可使磁極線圈與磁軛接觸良好,另一方面可調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)子圓度。以轉(zhuǎn)子中心體下法蘭面的實際高程并參考定子鐵芯的實際高程定出磁極鐵芯高度。應(yīng)保證機組總裝后轉(zhuǎn)子磁極鐵芯中心平均高程比定子鐵芯中心線平均高程低1.53mm;同時,各磁極中心線掛裝高程與平均高程之差不應(yīng)大于±lmm。插入磁極鍵并用大錘打緊。按圖紙要求焊好鴿尾擋塊。檢查轉(zhuǎn)子圓度,各半徑與平均半徑之差不應(yīng)大于0.36mm。測量單個磁極線圈的交流阻抗值,其相互間不應(yīng)有顯著差別。試驗所加電壓不應(yīng)大于額定勵磁電壓。Magnetic pole hanging: before hanging the m
44、agnetic pile, measure the rim roundness. The difference between each radius and the average radius should be not more than 0.36mm. Scrape the rim flatness if necessary. After opening the rim box, clean completely. Check the insulation resistance of the magnetic pole one by one, the value should be n
45、ot lower than 5M. Do the AC withstand voltage test and AC impedance test for each magnetic pole, after qualified, start hanging the magnetic pole. As the manufacturer's serial number to hang the magnetic pole. The hanging position of the 1# and the 20# magnetic pole should be corresponding with
46、the rotor lead wire. During magnetic pole hanging, reasonably choose and adjust the spacer, in order to make the magnetic pole coil contact well with the rim, and also it would adjust the rotor roundness. Determine the magnetic pole iron core height by referring to the rotor center body lower flange
47、 face real height and the real height of the stator iron core. After the general assembly, the average height of the magnetic pole iron core should be lower 1.53mm than that of the stator iron core center line average height. At the same time, the difference between the magnetic pole center line han
48、ging height and average height should be not more than ±lmm. Insert the magnetic pile key and hit to tighten with hammer. Weld well the dove tail baffle plate. Check the rotor roundness, the difference between each radius and the average radius should be not more than 0.36m. check the alternati
49、ng current impedance of single magnetic pole coil, marked difference should not occur. The test voltage should be not more than that of rated excitation voltage.按圖紙要求連接極間連線、阻尼環(huán)連接片和轉(zhuǎn)子引線相應(yīng)之徑向方向的兩磁極的連接件均先不相聯(lián)。所有螺栓螺母均應(yīng)固定牢靠。極間連接片接頭螺栓把合處以0.05mm塞尺檢查,塞入深度不應(yīng)超過5mm。測量轉(zhuǎn)子繞組絕緣電阻,其值不應(yīng)超過0.5M,否則應(yīng)進行干燥處理。Connect the in

Measure the rotor winding insulation resistance, the value should be not than 0.5M,or dry treatment.轉(zhuǎn)子繞組通電干燥前,應(yīng)徹底清掃轉(zhuǎn)子磁極及轉(zhuǎn)子。在轉(zhuǎn)子繞組中通電流,以不超過額定勵磁電流的直流電流為準(zhǔn),在對轉(zhuǎn)子繞組進行干燥時,線圈表面溫度不應(yīng)超過85,溫度上升率不超過5/h。當(dāng)線圈溫度穩(wěn)定6h左右后,即可降溫停止干燥。當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)子繞組溫度降至40以下時,對繞組進行交流耐壓試驗。測量轉(zhuǎn)子繞組直流電阻值,以便今后作比較。電氣試驗通過后,按圖
52、紙要求搭焊磁極鍵并將多余部分割去。Before rotor winding energizing dry, clean the rotor magnetic pole and rotor. 54、tance value, for comparison in future. After the qualified of the electrical test, lap weld the magnetic pole as drawn and get rid off the rest part. (2)轉(zhuǎn)子安裝:轉(zhuǎn)子吊裝是機組安裝的重要環(huán)節(jié),轉(zhuǎn)子吊裝應(yīng)制訂安全技術(shù)措施,成立專門機構(gòu),負(fù)責(zé)統(tǒng)一指揮。本電站轉(zhuǎn)子吊裝是由廠內(nèi)50/10t橋式起重機完成的。Rotor installation: rotor lifting is the important part in the unit insta

The rotor lifting in this power station is done by 50/10t bridge crane. 在安裝間進行試吊,當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)子起吊到離地約l00200時,先升降一至兩次,檢查橋式起重機構(gòu)運行情況是否良好,然后起升至一定高度,使轉(zhuǎn)子處于垂直狀態(tài),檢查轉(zhuǎn)子垂直度,合格后,轉(zhuǎn)子吊至機坑上空,先與定子初步對正,徐徐落下,當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)子將要進入定子時,再仔
56、細(xì)找正,為避免轉(zhuǎn)子和定子相碰,需用8根木板條(約3040mm寬,比磁極稍長,厚度為空氣間隙的一半)均勻分布在定子、轉(zhuǎn)子間隙內(nèi),每根木板條由一人提著,靠近磁極中部上下活動。在轉(zhuǎn)子下落過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)木條卡住,說明在該方向間隙過小,立即告訴現(xiàn)場指揮,向相反方向移動轉(zhuǎn)子。中心調(diào)控幾次后,轉(zhuǎn)子即可順利下降,待其即將落在千斤項上時,要特別注意防止大軸相碰。Trial hoisting in erection bay.
