1、- 1 - 1 描述pt2272 是遙控解碼器，和pt2262 相匹配，采用cmos 工藝制成。 pt2272最多可有12 位三態(tài)地址，提供531441(3的 12 次方 ) 個地址，由此大大減少了地址碼沖突的可能性，提高了抗非法代碼掃描的能力。同時pt2272對應(yīng)不同的應(yīng)用可有不同的選擇：多種數(shù)據(jù)輸出管腳組，鎖存輸出或瞬態(tài)輸出型。2 特征? cmos 工藝? 低功耗? 非常高的抗噪聲能力? 最多 12 位三態(tài)地址引腳? 最多 6 位數(shù)據(jù)引腳? 寬范圍工作電壓：vcc=415v ? 單電阻振蕩器? 鎖存或瞬態(tài)輸出型? dip 和 sop二種封裝3 應(yīng)用? 汽車安全系統(tǒng)? 房門控制器? 遙控風(fēng)扇

4、 管腳輸入的波形解碼。波形被解碼成包含地址、數(shù)據(jù)和同步位的代碼字。解碼后的地址部分與地址輸入管腳設(shè)定的地址進(jìn)行比較，如果連續(xù)二次地址比較結(jié)果符合，pt2272 將（ 1）數(shù)據(jù)部分從數(shù)據(jù)管腳輸出， （2）vt管腳輸出高電平，表示pt2262進(jìn)行了一次有效接收。7.1 rf 操作7.1.1 代碼位代碼位是編碼波形的基本成分，分為ad(地址 / 數(shù)據(jù) ) 位和 sync( 同步 ) 位兩種。7.1.2 地址/數(shù)據(jù) (ad)位波形一個ad 位能被設(shè)置為“0” 、 “ 1”或“ f ” ，分別對應(yīng)“低電平”、 “高電平”和“懸空”狀態(tài)，一位波形由 2 個脈沖周期組成，每個脈沖周期持續(xù)時間為16 個 os

5、c （主頻）周期。參見下圖：此處：=振蕩器時鐘周期位“ f ”僅對地址位有效。如果數(shù)據(jù)位被設(shè)置成“f ” ，會被當(dāng)作成“1” 。7.1.3 同步(sync.) 位波形同步位波形是寬度為1/8位（ 4 個主頻周期） 、持續(xù)時間為4 位（ 128 個主頻周期）的正脈沖。參見下- 5 - 圖：注意： 1bit=32 7.1.4 代碼字一組代碼位稱為代碼字，一個代碼字由12 個 ad位，跟一個同步位組成。12 個 ad位由對應(yīng)的a0a5、a6/d5a11/d0 管腳的輸入狀態(tài)決定。當(dāng)pt2272 的 a0a5、a6/d5a11/d0 管腳中的某些被作為數(shù)據(jù)使用時，地址位將相應(yīng)減少。參見下圖：pt227

7、d3 d2 d1 d0 sync one complete code word 7.1.5 單電阻振蕩器pt2272 具有內(nèi)置振蕩器電路，只要在osc1和 osc2管腳之間外接一個電阻，就可構(gòu)成一個精密的振蕩器。為了使pt2272能夠?qū)邮盏牟ㄐ握_解碼，pt2272 振蕩器的頻率必須是pt2262 的 2.5 8 倍。 it is a good practice to center the pt2272 oscillator frequency in this window to gain best window margin at both sides. pt2262和 pt2272典型的

9、“0” 、 “1”或“ f ” 。波形如下圖所示：注意： =2 個時鐘周期7.2.2 代碼字代碼字由與rf代碼字相同格式的代碼位構(gòu)成。7.2.3 代碼幀同樣，代碼幀由代碼字構(gòu)成，格式與rf工作方式一樣。7.2.4 振蕩器pt2262-ir是專門為紅外遙控應(yīng)用而設(shè)計的，并且輸出波形載頻為38khz。to get the 38khz carrier frequency at the data output,振蕩器的頻率必須是76khz。故推薦在pt2262-ir 的 osc1 和 osc2腳間接一個 1m?的電阻。 moreover, for a matching decoder frequenc

11、pt2272 的鎖存或非鎖存數(shù)據(jù)輸出型是根據(jù)pt2272 版本而定。鎖存型(pt2272-lx) 將保持本次有效接收的數(shù)據(jù)到下次收到不同數(shù)據(jù)為止。非鎖存型(pt2272-mx) 在有效接收后數(shù)據(jù)管腳輸出僅保持二個代碼字的時間，之后便恢復(fù)低電平。如下圖所示：t = 2個代碼字寬度8 操作流程圖8.1 無數(shù)據(jù)輸出引腳的解碼1. 上電后， pt2272進(jìn)入等待模式。2. 開始搜尋信號。如果沒有信號可以接收，則依然進(jìn)入等待模式。否則將把收到的地址位和自身地址引腳配置進(jìn)行比較。3. 當(dāng)且僅當(dāng)二個連續(xù)有效傳輸?shù)牡刂肺欢计ヅ鋾rvt 輸出高電平。否則vt 依然處于低電平并進(jìn)入等待模式。4. 這時，再次檢測地址

12、位的匹配性。二個連續(xù)的不匹配地址位將使vt 拉低并進(jìn)入等待模式。否則繼續(xù)檢測地址位。- 8 - 8.2 有數(shù)據(jù)輸出引腳的解碼1. 當(dāng)電源上電后，pt2272進(jìn)入等待模式。2. 開始搜尋信號。如果沒有信號可以接收，則依然進(jìn)入等待模式。否則將把收到的地址位和自身地址引腳配置進(jìn)行比較. 3. 在一幀內(nèi)無論何時地址位和地址引腳匹配，數(shù)據(jù)就會被保存到內(nèi)存。也就是說當(dāng)ic 檢測到兩個連續(xù)一致的數(shù)據(jù)有相同的地址位時，數(shù)據(jù)就會輸出vt 也會有效（拉高） 。當(dāng)二個連續(xù)不匹配地址出現(xiàn)時vt 變無效（拉低）。對于非鎖存型，數(shù)據(jù)輸出被重置，而鎖存型的數(shù)據(jù)輸出保持不變。- 9 - 9 極限參數(shù)參數(shù)符號范圍單位供給電壓v
