1、RD公司中JIT-VMI存貨管理模式探究隨著市場經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展，企業(yè)管理水平的不斷提高，如何快速對市場需求作出及時反應，并有效降低企業(yè)存貨成本，是當下企業(yè)面臨的主要難題。在此背景下產(chǎn)生了多種存貨管理模式，最主要的存貨管理模式包括：經(jīng)濟訂貨批量法（EOQ）、物料需求計劃（MRP）、準時化采購（JIT）、供應商管理庫存（VMI），其中，應用較為廣泛的是準時化采購（JIT）和供應商管理庫存（VMI），但是這兩種模式仍然存在不足：JIT 的小批量采購會增加供應商的運輸次數(shù)和成本，對供應商來說是困難的事情；VMI 是建立在企業(yè)與供應商相互信任、誠信并且實力強大的基礎上的，一旦供應商實力不足或缺失誠信，都

2、會使企業(yè)遭受很大的損失。為了彌補準時化采購（JIT）和供應商管理庫存（VMI）存在的不足，本文提出將 JIT與 VMI 兩種存貨管理模式相結合，形成新的 JIT-VMI 存貨管理模式，來實現(xiàn)降低企業(yè)存貨水平、提高企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率的目的。為了成功實施 JIT-VMI 存貨管理模式，與供應商建立良好的合作關系，針對不同區(qū)域的供應商，采取不同的供貨策略，并通過引入第三方物流的方式實現(xiàn)降低供應商的存貨水平。為展現(xiàn) JIT-VMI 模式的應用價值，從 2013 年開始，在 RD 公司內部實施 JIT-VMI 模式，自模式實施以來，取得了良好的成效，存貨成本下降，占用的資金越來越少，企業(yè)的獲利能力越來越強，效
