1、赴臺交流生學習方案書 赴臺交流方案書 非常沖動在剛剛邁進期待已久的某大學不久便得知母校有赴臺交流這一工程，為了在研究生期間更好地學習和自我提升，我非?？鞓纺軌蛴行业玫侥感Ｌ峁┑母芭_交流時機，和其他學生一起交流討論。 “雄關漫道真如鐵，而今邁步從頭越”，我已然開始了我的研究生學習階段，而這一階段對學習科研能力的要求也要更上一個臺階，更需要踏實嚴謹?shù)闹螌W態(tài)度，也更需要勤勉自覺的意志品質。此次的交流學習正是一次機遇，望學生能赴臺成功，我將盡我最大的努力充分利用身邊的學習資源，提升自我，完善自我，相信這也將成為我學習生涯中一段珍貴的財富。以下是我擬定的學習方案： 一、課程方案 學生所學的專業(yè)是法律（法

2、學）專業(yè)，而臺灣地區(qū)的法律有很多方面是值得大陸學習和研究的地方，且在許多方面都具有與大陸不同的特色，因此，此次的學習交流階段，在自己已掌握的專業(yè)知識的根底上，并充分考慮xx大學法律與政府研究所課程中的特色課程工程與自己的專業(yè)興趣，學生擬選擇以下課程作為自己交流學習階段的課程任務，具體包括法律與公共倫理專題、法律社會學專題、社會科學方法論、管制治理專題等課程，選擇這幾項課程作為學習任務的原因如下 1、法律社會學專題。法律社會學在大陸地區(qū)的法學教育中很少提及，但在臺灣的法學教育制度中已較為成熟，而且對法律社會學的學習有 助于我們從社會整體觀念出發(fā)，認識法律的社會根底和社會作用，從而更好地利用法律的

3、控制作用解決社會問題，故貴校的該門課程是非常值得我去認真學習的，相信也將會對我今后的法學學習起到較大的積極作用。 2、法律與公共倫理專題及管制治理專題。首先，公共倫理是學生在以往的法學學習過程中很少接觸的問題，而貴校法律與政府研究所對于與政府相關的法律方面的研究建樹頗高，故學生認為該課程也是交流過程中很值得學習的一項課程。 3、社會科學方法論。社會科學方法論注重客觀性與邏輯性研究，是法學學生們必須掌握的知識，相信對該課程的學習會對我認識法學知識，思考法律問題提供頗大的幫助。 二、其他教學資源 1、圖書館資源 xx大學藏書眾多，如能成功赴臺交流，圖書館也將是一筆豐富的資源，最大限度閱讀法學大家的

4、經(jīng)典著作，論文，尤其是大陸地區(qū)鮮有的一些文獻資料也將是一項重大的學習任務。再者，法學是一門社會學科，它的學習過程必定需要學習者博覽群書，因此，在學習之余我也將閱讀一些專業(yè)知識以外的書籍，相信這些知識無疑是一名法律工作者所應該了解與掌握的。 2、講座 通過查閱得知貴校與許多學校均建立了合作交流關系，因此也常有著名法學學者前來進行學術交流，故多聽各類法學大家以及其他名 家的講座也將是我學習方案的一局部。從中找到自己感興趣的課題，帶著問題意識，去發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，提出問題，解決問題，升華問題。博學之，審問之，慎思之，明辨之，篤行之。 “路漫漫其修遠兮，吾將上下而求索”，不需要豪邁萬狀的誓言，也不需要驚天動地

6、的學習方案。我將盡自己最大的努力充分利用身邊的學習資源，抓住各種鍛煉時機。以下就是我的具體方案： 1. 課程學習 在已掌握的知識的根底上，考慮到我的學習能力和興趣，我方案選擇如下課程： -經(jīng)濟學原理(ii) 這門課程將會讓我理解根底的經(jīng)濟學原理，讓我知道各種各樣的經(jīng)濟學分類，幫助我用經(jīng)濟學的思考角度來解釋經(jīng)濟現(xiàn)象，讓我具備在就業(yè)時必不可少的商業(yè)和管理知識。 -商業(yè)銀行學 這門課程主要介紹如何將先進的經(jīng)濟學和金融學理論應用在商業(yè)貨幣市場和銀行業(yè)。我將會掌握許多與貨幣和銀行相關的理論技巧和專業(yè)知識。 -文化經(jīng)濟學 文化經(jīng)濟學這門學科將著重思考文化（藝術）產品的生產，流通和消費等問題。隨著越來越多的

7、文化產品的產生，這個領域非常值得我去學習。 -計量經(jīng)濟學 計量經(jīng)濟學將數(shù)學理論、統(tǒng)計學方法和應用越來越普遍的計算機科學應用到經(jīng)濟數(shù)據(jù)的分析中。作為經(jīng)濟學的一門分支，它幫助我們將經(jīng)驗型的分析轉變成經(jīng)濟學的理論知識。我已經(jīng)學習過許多的數(shù)學課程，包括高等代數(shù)、概率論，數(shù)學分析和微分方程等課程，我相信我可以將這門學科學好。 -經(jīng)濟全球化 經(jīng)濟全球化是指伴隨著持續(xù)快速增長的商品、效勞、技術和資本的運動，全世界各個國家的經(jīng)濟相互之間越來越依賴的開展狀況。作為一名交換生，我的方案之一就是學習如何在全球的視角下看到經(jīng)濟現(xiàn)象。 -行為決策學 決策學研究價值定義、不確定性和在給定決策時與之相關的其他因素，它的合理

9、演講展示 -參加學術研討會 -參加團隊合作 3. 科研&其他學術工程 具備研究課題的能力對于一個大學學生來說是必備的。目前，我已大致了解如何去搜索文獻資料、如何去寫一篇形式標準的論文、如何去分析大量的數(shù)據(jù)。因此，在臺灣交換時我將會繼續(xù)進行我的研究工程。首先，我將會向我的同學們請教，參加他們的科研活動。與此同時，我將會花費許多時間到圖書館閱讀大量的圖書。聽取講座也將會是一個非常好的時機，讓我找到自己感興趣的課題，還可以擴大我的眼界。之后，我方案主要依靠自己的能力開展一些研究。當我遇到難題的時候，我將會盡自己最大的努力處理它們。如果我的任課老師在做一些工程，如果有時機，我非常希望能夠提供一

10、些幫助。 4. 多彩課外活動 學術是一個非常重要的局部，然而，對于全面開展的教育來說，在常規(guī)的學術課程外還有一個多姿多彩的局部，那就是課外活動。課外活動除了給我們樂趣，讓我們與同伴們交流合作，還可以提高我們的時間管理、壓力管理能力，提高總效率。在bnu讀書時，我就非常喜歡打排球。每逢周末，我都會和幾個好朋友相約一起去球場練習。此外，參加課外活動還可以增強我們的學術和生活技巧，包括紀律、目標設定、團隊合作、責任和義務?？傊?，課堂外學習到的這些東西，比方在玩排球、下棋的過程中，可以幫助我應對未來工作中的挑戰(zhàn)。 5. 建立深厚友誼 由于一些歷史因素，臺灣與大陸之間的交流并不是很充分。我將會了解他們是
