33、-16= = 由上述計算可見:發(fā)生在試件的橫截面上,其值=發(fā)生在=45°斜面上,其值=三、軸向拉(壓)桿的強(qiáng)度計算1、 極限應(yīng)力,安全系數(shù)、容許應(yīng)力(1)極限應(yīng)力何謂極限應(yīng)力?極限應(yīng)力是指材料的強(qiáng)度遭到破壞時的應(yīng)力。所謂破壞是指材料出現(xiàn)了工程不能容許的特殊的變形現(xiàn)象。極限應(yīng)力的測定極限應(yīng)力是通過材料的力學(xué)性能試驗來測定的。塑性材料的極限應(yīng)力 °=5脆性材料的極限應(yīng)力 °=b(2)安全系數(shù)何謂安全系數(shù)?對各種材料的極限應(yīng)力再打一個折扣,這個折扣通常用一個大于1的系數(shù)來表達(dá),這個系數(shù)稱為安全系數(shù)。用n表示安全系數(shù)。確定安全系數(shù)時應(yīng)考慮的因素:i)荷載估計的準(zhǔn)確性ii)

34、簡化過程和計算方法的精確性;iii)材料的均勻性(砼澆筑);IV)構(gòu)件的重要性;v)靜載與動載的效應(yīng)、磨損、腐蝕等因素。安全系數(shù)的大致范圍:1.41.8:23(3)容許應(yīng)力何謂容許應(yīng)力?將用試驗測定的極限應(yīng)力0作適當(dāng)降低,規(guī)定出桿件能安全工作的最大應(yīng)力作為設(shè)計的依據(jù)。這種應(yīng)力稱為材料的容許應(yīng)力。容許應(yīng)力的確定:= (n1 (5-4對于塑性材料:=對于脆性材料:=2、 強(qiáng)度條件(1)何謂強(qiáng)度條件?受載構(gòu)件安全與危險兩種狀態(tài)的轉(zhuǎn)化條件稱為強(qiáng)度條件。(2)軸向拉(壓)時的強(qiáng)度條件 (5-5)(3)強(qiáng)度條件的意義安全與經(jīng)濟(jì)的統(tǒng)一3、 強(qiáng)度計算的三類問題(1)強(qiáng)度校核:(2)截面設(shè)計:(3)確定容許載荷:例題2-5 鋼木構(gòu)架如圖2-16所示。BC桿為鋼制圓桿,AB桿為木桿。若 FP=10kN,木桿AB的橫截面面積 AAB=10000mm,容許應(yīng)力=7MPa;鋼桿BC的橫截面積為ABC=600mm,容許應(yīng)力=160MPa校核各桿的強(qiáng)度;求容許荷載根據(jù)容許荷載,計算鋼 BC所需的直徑。(a) (b圖2-16解:校核兩桿強(qiáng)度 為校核兩桿強(qiáng)度,必須先知道兩桿的應(yīng)力,然后根據(jù)強(qiáng)度條件進(jìn)行驗算。而要計算桿內(nèi)應(yīng)力,須求出兩桿的內(nèi)力。由節(jié)點B的受力圖(圖2-16,b),列出靜力平衡條件: FNBC·cos60°-FP=0得 FNBC=2FP=20kN(
