6、 hopper1150#3KW11-3 設(shè)備處理流程equipment processing procedures帶標(biāo)簽PET瓶體由輸送機輸送進(jìn)入脫標(biāo)機，該設(shè)備利用高速旋轉(zhuǎn)刀片將瓶體標(biāo)簽剝離，剝離標(biāo)簽后的瓶體進(jìn)入平面輸送帶，利用人工挑選出未分離標(biāo)簽的瓶體重新處理，完全剝離標(biāo)簽后的瓶體則由爬坡輸送帶輸送進(jìn)入粉碎機，粉碎后的瓶體物料呈片狀，簡稱瓶片。瓶片通過螺旋抽料機輸送進(jìn)入漂洗水槽，瓶片通過水槽初步清洗后由螺旋抽料機輸送進(jìn)入高溫鍋，瓶片在高溫鍋內(nèi)高溫蒸煮，使瓶片表面的殘留膠水或其它難溶難降解的物質(zhì)與瓶片脫離。瓶片再由螺旋抽料機輸送進(jìn)入摩擦洗料機，該設(shè)備高速旋轉(zhuǎn)，瓶片互相摩擦作用，使其表面粘附的雜

7、質(zhì)與其分離（雜質(zhì)由設(shè)備底部排水排污斗收集）。摩擦清洗后瓶片依次進(jìn)入兩臺串聯(lián)漂洗水槽充分清洗，最后進(jìn)入立式脫水機，高速離心作用使瓶片脫水，再由風(fēng)機吹送進(jìn)入儲料斗。The PET bottles with labels are conveyed into the label remover by conveyors. This equipment remove the labels from the bottles by using high-speed rotating blades. The bottles without the labels will be conveyed to the

8、conveyor belt, while some of bottles with labels will be selected by hand. All of the bottles without the labels will be conveyed from the conveyor belt to the crusher. All the bottles are cut into pieces, which are called bottles flakes. The bottle flakes will be conveyed to the rinsing sink by Spi

9、ral conveyor. After washed by the rinsing washer, the bottle flakes will be sent into the Hot boiler by Spiral conveyor. The bottle flakes are steamed in the hot boiler, which remove the glue remnants and hardly degradable and slightly soluble materials from the bottle flakes. Then the bottle flakes

10、 are sent from the Spiral conveyor to the friction washer. It is an equipment that is rotating at a high speed, which leads to the mutual friction among the bottle flakes. As a result, the adhesive substance can be totally removed from the the bottle flakes, (the waste will be collected by the Sewag

11、e bucket). Later, the bottle flakes will be sent to 2 rinsing sinks in series one by one for washing, and finally sent to the vertical dehydrator, the high-speed centrifugation will dehydrate the bottle flakes which will be sent to the storage hopper by the blower.二：流水線相關(guān)設(shè)備詳細(xì)說明 Elaborate instruction

23、r swing of the equipment should be assured.B. 接通設(shè)備電源電路。注意電源電壓規(guī)格，保護(hù)開關(guān)規(guī)格，以及其他保護(hù)裝置是否連接正確。 B. Switch on the equipment. Pay attention to the voltage specification, and protect the specification of the switch, and notice whether other protectors are correctly connected.C. 查看軸承中潤滑黃油是否足量，若量不足請加注。 C. Check w

24、hether the lubricating grease of the bearing is sufficient in quantity. If it is not, please fuel up.2.設(shè)備調(diào)試 Equipment debugging A. 檢查設(shè)備各部分有無異常（緊固件是否緊固，帶面有無裂紋無異物，皮帶張緊程度）。軸承潤滑黃油是否足量。減速機加注工業(yè)潤滑油（建議牌號：中國大陸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB N-460;國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：Vu-460）A. Check if there is something wrong with the equipment (whether the fastener

25、 is fastened, whether there is crack or foreign matters on the surface of the belt, and check the tension degree of the belt) . And check whether the lubricating grease is sufficient or not. The reducer should be oiled with industrial lubricant. (the recommended brand is GB N-460 According to Chines

26、e standard, and Vu-460 according to international standard.).B. 設(shè)備各部分查看確認(rèn)正常后，點動電源開關(guān)確認(rèn)電機的正反轉(zhuǎn)：如反轉(zhuǎn)，則需交換引入電源線與電機接線端的任意兩相。After the confirmation of every component of the equipment, plug in the equipment and check the positive-negative rotating of the motor. If it rotates inversely, you should

27、exchange the power wire and the two phases of motor terminals.C. 設(shè)備空載連續(xù)運行，觀察設(shè)備運行狀態(tài)。確認(rèn)設(shè)備有無異常：是否有較大頻率振動，是否存在異常響動，電機工作是否穩(wěn)定。當(dāng)有任何異常請立即切斷電源檢修。C. The equipment keeps operating with no-load, you must observe the operating conditions. You must check whether the equipment is normal, whether there is vibration

28、 of higher frequency, abnormal sound, and the stability of operating motor. If you find anything abnormal, you must cut off the power and repair it immediately. D. 設(shè)備負(fù)載運轉(zhuǎn)（保證空載運行無異常后）。啟動電源，待設(shè)備運行穩(wěn)定后（先空轉(zhuǎn)2-3分鐘）。向進(jìn)料斗投注物料，投料時應(yīng)該保持物料輸入量穩(wěn)定均勻，盡量避免雜物進(jìn)入。觀察設(shè)備運行狀態(tài)是否正常. The equipment is operated with full loa

B. 開機后空載運行2-3分鐘，觀察設(shè)備運行狀態(tài)有無異常，投加物料要均勻穩(wěn)定，禁止物料中雜夾有金屬等其他硬質(zhì)異物，以免割傷皮帶。（實時查看減速機潤滑油油量及油溫）The equipment k

34、no remaining materials are on the belt. 2.安全注意事項：security tips：A. 運行過程中，嚴(yán)禁攀爬和跨越輸送帶，嚴(yán)禁用手觸碰皮帶及其它運行機構(gòu)。 A. When its working, Dont climb and cross the conveyor, or touch the belt and other components with your hand.B . 出現(xiàn)任何異常，請立即切斷電源。任何異常檢修應(yīng)參照故障及排除方法進(jìn)行。若有重大故障請致電廠家。B.
