2、的先進(jìn)技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上,以人機(jī)智能化控制程序,并結(jié)合各油田現(xiàn)場的特殊環(huán)境而研制開發(fā)設(shè)計的??娠@示油車運(yùn)行的位置高度,提供上防碰預(yù)警信號,還增加了大鉤運(yùn)行速度、時間顯示等功能,來保證大鉤在設(shè)定的區(qū)域內(nèi)安全運(yùn)行。功能及特點l 實時顯示大鉤相對于鉆臺面的高度,同時用模擬高度直觀的顯示大鉤所處的位置。l 當(dāng)大鉤達(dá)到設(shè)定的預(yù)警高度時,進(jìn)行聲光報警,當(dāng)達(dá)到設(shè)定的防碰高度的時候,在聲光報警的同時,還提供剎車控制信號。l 采用大尺寸的LCD顯示屏,顯示運(yùn)行的高度值。采用中英文兩種語言顯示,友好的人機(jī)界面,可使用戶根據(jù)屏上的提示,快速操作和正確使用儀表。l 除了顯示高度外,還提供了時間顯示和鉤速顯示,為司鉆提供便利。

4、直徑、滑輪組數(shù),計算出滾筒每層平均纏繩圈數(shù)。通過輸入的操作參數(shù):初始層數(shù)和初始層圈數(shù),以及由傳感器得到滾筒的角位移計算出滾筒旋轉(zhuǎn)當(dāng)前纏繩直徑下大鉤的運(yùn)行行程。初始狀態(tài),微電腦控制器要求輸入大鉤在鉆臺面高度下滾筒軸上的鋼絲繩層和圈數(shù),傳感器采集滾筒角位移信號,輸入中央控制器的微電腦芯片,經(jīng)過計算后,得到大鉤的運(yùn)行高度,并在柱狀液晶與字符液晶屏中顯示即時的模擬與數(shù)字的大鉤高度,且與事先已設(shè)定上防碰高度比較,當(dāng)?shù)竭_(dá)報警線時開始報警,到達(dá)上防碰位置時給電-氣控制閥發(fā)出接通信號,電-氣控制閥導(dǎo)通控制防碰機(jī)構(gòu)動作,實現(xiàn)防碰安全操作。操作說明1.開機(jī)連接好傳感器電纜和電源電纜,按“電源”鍵,打開, 如下圖:
5、看到上面的畫面時,按上鍵或著下鍵,選擇需要的語言。2.正常工作界面語言選擇完后,就進(jìn)入了正常的工作界面,如下圖:正常的工作界面上,有數(shù)字高度、模擬高度、鉤速、時間和操作提示顯示。在非防碰狀態(tài)下,按“設(shè)定”鍵,可進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)菜單,按“向上”鍵,可使高度值歸零,按“向下”鍵,刷新屏幕。3.參數(shù)設(shè)定 在正常工作界面中,要想設(shè)定參數(shù),按“設(shè)定”鍵可以進(jìn)入?yún)?shù)菜單界面,如圖1: 圖1根據(jù)屏幕下方的操作提示,可選擇要設(shè)定的參數(shù)項。3-1系統(tǒng)參數(shù)說明要想設(shè)定,系統(tǒng)參數(shù),移動光標(biāo),到此項上,然后按“設(shè)定”鍵,即可進(jìn)入,如下圖:上面的畫面,就是系統(tǒng)參數(shù)設(shè)定界面,用戶根據(jù)需要,按照屏幕下方的操作提示,可修改相應(yīng)的參數(shù)
6、項。3-2初始設(shè)定說明 要想設(shè)定初始設(shè)定,返回到圖1畫面,然后移動光標(biāo)到此項上,然后按“設(shè)定”鍵,即可進(jìn)入,如下圖:上面的畫面,就是初始設(shè)定設(shè)定界面,用戶根據(jù)需要,按照屏幕下方的操作提示,可修改相應(yīng)的參數(shù)項。下面對幾個參數(shù)說明一下: 層-指的是鋼絲繩纏到滾筒上的層數(shù) 圈-指的是鋼絲繩沒有纏滿滾筒上的層的圈數(shù) 高度設(shè)定-可將大鉤的高度,強(qiáng)制為從此高度值起測量 信號導(dǎo)向-在初次裝上儀表,當(dāng)大鉤的運(yùn)行方向,和高度值的變化向反時,可通過此項來修正 每圈脈沖-指的是傳感器轉(zhuǎn)一圈時,輸出的脈沖,方便于,以后維修時,配用其他脈沖數(shù)的傳感器3-3防碰設(shè)定說明要想設(shè)定防碰設(shè)定,返回到圖1畫面,然后移動光標(biāo)到此項
7、上,然后按“設(shè)定”鍵,即可進(jìn)入,如下圖:上面的畫面,就是防碰設(shè)定設(shè)定界面,用戶根據(jù)需要,按照屏幕下方的操作提示,可修改相應(yīng)的參數(shù)項。下面對幾個參數(shù)說明一下: 上防碰高度-用來設(shè)定剎車的高度 報警距離-上防碰之前的一段預(yù)警距離 下放提示-用來提示大鉤的下放高度3-4系統(tǒng)自檢說明要想設(shè)定系統(tǒng)自檢,返回到圖1畫面,然后移動光標(biāo)到此項上,然后按“設(shè)定”鍵,即可進(jìn)入,如下圖:上面的畫面,就是系統(tǒng)自檢設(shè)定界面,用戶根據(jù)需要,按照屏幕下方的操作提示,可進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的操作。3-5時鐘設(shè)定說明要想設(shè)定時鐘設(shè)定,返回到圖1畫面,然后移動光標(biāo)到此項上,然后按“設(shè)定”鍵,即可進(jìn)入,如下圖:上面的畫面,就是時鐘設(shè)定設(shè)定界面
8、,用戶根據(jù)需要,按照屏幕下方的操作提示,可進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的操作。安裝說明傳感器的安裝拆掉滾筒軸軸頭離合器的風(fēng)葫蘆,將傳感器可靠的連接在滾筒軸端部(或水葫蘆的軸端)。將離合器的風(fēng)葫蘆上在傳感器上,連接后應(yīng)檢查連接是否可靠,保證與滾筒軸同心。傳感器殼體上為7針信號插座,將傳感器連接電纜的7孔插頭插入并旋緊。另一端接在司鉆房的傳感器輸入7針信號插座上,或儀表上。中央控制器的安裝中央控制器為嵌入式安裝結(jié)構(gòu),在司鉆臺面板上按照結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸開孔,并將中央控制器可靠的固定在司鉆臺面板上。將電源線的4孔插頭插入中央控制器后的4針插座內(nèi)并旋緊,電源線的另一頭可靠的與房體內(nèi)的電源相聯(lián)接。電-氣控制閥的安裝按照氣路連接關(guān)系連
