1、結(jié)匯勞務(wù)費(fèi)合同樣本【篇一：自營出口結(jié)匯協(xié)議書】甲方 :乙方 :xxx 進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易有限公司根據(jù)中華人民共和國經(jīng)濟(jì)合同法及其它有關(guān)法律 ,甲、乙雙方本著互惠互利的原則 ,經(jīng)友好協(xié)商達(dá)成如下協(xié)議 :一、經(jīng)營范圍及品種 ,經(jīng)國家出口政策充許的范圍內(nèi)經(jīng)營 ,主要經(jīng)營服裝、電子貨物 ,每月出口金額約 50 100 萬美金。甲方必須以自產(chǎn)自銷名義出口。二、雙方責(zé)任與義務(wù):a、甲方責(zé)任與義務(wù):1、負(fù)責(zé)辦理貨物出口過過程需要的手續(xù) (核銷單、外銷合同、委托書、裝箱單、發(fā)票等 )。2、貨物出口后 ,甲方收到乙方提供的增值稅發(fā)票(進(jìn)項(xiàng)抵扣發(fā)票 )及從香港中資銀行開出美金即期本票到甲方當(dāng)?shù)劂y行進(jìn)行結(jié)匯 ,結(jié)匯比例為

2、1 美元 :9.15 元人民幣 ,當(dāng)天必須一次性結(jié)清。3、操作此業(yè)務(wù)甲方必須派出公司一員陪同以及監(jiān)督。b 、乙方的責(zé)任與義務(wù):1、負(fù)責(zé)聯(lián)系外商 ,組織貨源 ,運(yùn)輸?shù)裙ぷ?,確定外銷合同 ,及購合同的全部內(nèi)容 ,并承擔(dān)全部責(zé)任。2、負(fù)責(zé)售后服務(wù)問題:如出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量、數(shù)量等問題承擔(dān)一切責(zé)任。3、負(fù)責(zé)支付貨物出口過程所需的一切費(fèi)用 (包括 :商檢、報(bào)關(guān)、結(jié)匯手續(xù)等費(fèi)用 )。4、乙方提供的外商客戶、組織的貨源必須真實(shí)可靠、提供的增值稅發(fā)票 ,須確保稅務(wù)部門的正常復(fù)函。如有虛假 ,負(fù)責(zé)承擔(dān)一切后果 ,并賠償有關(guān)損失。三、甲乙雙方必須按協(xié)議操作 ,如一方違背協(xié)議行事 ,弄虛作假 ,負(fù)責(zé)對方一切經(jīng)濟(jì)損失 ,承擔(dān)

9、er party within 15 days after its occurrence.discrepancy and claim ： in case any discrepancy on quality/quantity/weight of the goods is found by the buyers after the goods arrive at the port of destination, claim which should be loaded with the sellers within 15 days after the goods arrive at the po

10、rt of destination, otherwise the sellers will not undertake the responsibility. however, the sellers shall not be held responsible either for compensation of losses due to natural cause (s) or for that (those) within the responsibility of the ship owners or underwriters. in the event either the sell

11、ers fail to effect the shipment or the buyers fail to establish the relevant l/c within the respective time limits as set forth in the above, or the l/c does not correspond with the contract terms and the buyers fail to amend it in time, the complaining party shall have the right to cancel this cont

12、ract and to claim on the party at fault for compensation of direct losses, if any, sustained there from, unless in cases where force majeure is applicable.arbitration ： all disputes arising from the execution of this agreement shall be settled through friendly consultations. in case no settlement ca
