接插件端子實(shí)驗(yàn)方法

2、ulation resistance在端子排上施加DC500V電壓1分鐘時(shí)，絕緣電阻應(yīng)在100M以上。When DC 500V is applied on the terminal block for a minute, insulation resistance should be above 100 M電氣強(qiáng)度Electrical intensity在端子排上施加頻率為50HZ交流試驗(yàn)電壓2500V/min（額定電壓為300V）：3000V/min（額定電壓為600V），應(yīng)無(wú)擊穿或閃絡(luò)現(xiàn)象。Apply AC test voltage of 2500V 50Hz on the termina

3、l block (rated vp;tage 300V)for 1 min. and then 3000V (rated voltage 600V) for 1min., there should be no puncture or flashover phenomenon.溫升 Temperature rise用與夾緊件相應(yīng)的最大橫截面積的新軟線或硬線進(jìn)行連接，通以試驗(yàn)電流，在受試連接器件已經(jīng)達(dá)到熱平衡狀態(tài)后，其溫升不應(yīng)超過(guò)45K。Connect with new flexible wire or rigid line with cross section in correspon

Elec-trify test current and when connecting parts to be tested have been up to balance of heat, its temperature rise shouldnt exceed 45K耐熱 Heat resistance端子排應(yīng)在溫度為110±3的恒溫箱內(nèi)，48小時(shí)后取出，在常溫下放置1小時(shí)后其絕緣電阻和電氣強(qiáng)度應(yīng)符合要求。Terminal block should be put in the calorstat at nornal te

5、mperature of 110±3. And then take it out after 48 minutes. When it's put at normal temperature for an hour, its insulation resistance and electrical intensity should be up to the request.耐濕 Moisture-proof將端子排放在40±3，濕度95%RH以上的恒溫中，168小時(shí)后取出，抹掉沾著的水珠后，其絕緣電阻電氣強(qiáng)度應(yīng)符合要求。Put the terminal in

6、 the calorstat at temperature of 40±3 with moisture above 95% RH. And then take it out after 168hours, remove the condensations, its insulation resistance and electrical intensity should be up to the request.落下強(qiáng)度 Fallen intensity端子排從75CM的高度跌落在3mm厚，平滑堅(jiān)硬的鋼板表面上，（鋼板下面用約10mm厚的硬木襯墊），樣品跌落5次后無(wú)開(kāi)裂、破

7、碎現(xiàn)象。（氨基材料例外）The terminal block falls from the height of 75cm to smooth and firm steel plate surface with thickness of 3mm (the bottom of the steel plate is padded with hardwood with thickness of 10 mm).There is no splitting and broken phenomenon on the sample after it has fallen for five times (exce

At least it should not catch fire; the pine board should not scorch.螺紋緊固力距 Thread fastening torque用0.5-4.0mm2導(dǎo)線連接，以1.5N.m（15kgf.cm）的扭矩緊固5次（每次用新導(dǎo)線）無(wú)異常，電線無(wú)深度痕跡或沒(méi)有產(chǎn)生凹口、切口。Connected with conducting wires of 0.5-4.0mm2, no abnormity occurs af

There should be no notch, split or deep mark on the wire.耐沖擊電壓 Surge voltage對(duì)試品施加10KV沖擊電壓（脈沖前沿1.2s±30%、脈沖寬度50s±30%）正負(fù)各5次（每1次間隔時(shí)間為10s），試驗(yàn)時(shí)應(yīng)無(wú)擊穿或閃絡(luò)現(xiàn)象。Apply surge volage of 10KV on test

11、sample (pulse front edge is 1.2s±30, pulse width is 50s±30%)for both plus and minus five times and each interval is 10 seconds, no puncture or flashover should occur during testing.耐老化 Resistance to aging將端子排放在加熱箱內(nèi)，溫度為70±2的條件下存放168h，應(yīng)無(wú)裂痕、發(fā)粘變膩現(xiàn)象。Put the terminal block into heating
