1、河北大學輕工學院QINGGONG COLLEGE, HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY外文資料翻譯設計題目:年產(chǎn) 200 萬噸 1780 熱軋帶鋼車間設計學生姓名:號: 200815190110學專業(yè)班級:08 軋鋼 1 班學部:材料化工部指導教師:2012 年 05 月 2 日摘 要摘要板帶鋼是鋼鐵筑業(yè)。寬帶鋼在我國的主要品種之一,廣泛應用于工業(yè),農(nóng)業(yè),交通和建中的發(fā)展中需求量很大。世界各國近年來都在注重研制和使用連鑄連軋等新技術和新設備來生產(chǎn)板帶鋼。熱軋帶鋼是重要的鋼材品種,對整個鋼鐵工業(yè)的技術進步和效益有著重要影響。發(fā)達熱軋帶鋼產(chǎn)量約占熱軋鋼材的 50%以上,并在國際市場競爭
2、中居于領先地位。我國鋼鐵工業(yè)近年來產(chǎn)量增長較快,但高附加值的數(shù)量和質(zhì)量較低。我國一般熱軋帶鋼厚度下限是 1.8mm,但實際上只生產(chǎn)很少厚度小于 2.0mm 的熱軋帶鋼,即使窄帶鋼,厚度一般也大于 2.5mm。因此,相當一部分希望使用厚度小于 2mm 帶鋼作原料的用戶,只得使用冷軋帶鋼。如果能開發(fā)薄規(guī)格的熱軋帶鋼,則可代替相當一部分的冷軋帶鋼使用,能使生產(chǎn)成本大為降低。板帶材生產(chǎn)技術水平不僅是冶金工業(yè)生產(chǎn)發(fā)展水平的重要標志,也反映了一工業(yè)與科學技術發(fā)展的水平。建設現(xiàn)代化的熱軋寬帶鋼軋機要滿足現(xiàn)代工個業(yè)對熱軋板帶品種質(zhì)量的要求。本設計將本著多品種,多規(guī)格的原則設計生產(chǎn)車間。盡量做到的高附加值。目前
3、傳統(tǒng)熱軋采用的特色技術有:1.連鑄坯熱裝和直接熱裝。該技術要求煉鋼和連鑄機穩(wěn)定生產(chǎn)無缺陷板坯, 熱軋車間最好和連鑄機直接連接,以縮短傳送時間,在輸送輥道上加設保溫罩及在板坯庫中設保溫坑,板坯庫中要具有相應的熱防護措施。2.厚度的自動。選用 WRB、PC、CVC 軋機等裝置,利用可靠地板形檢測裝置,獲得準確的檢測信號。最后在檢測裝置與執(zhí)行機構之間應裝備板形裝置。這時要根據(jù)的板形檢測結果確定實際的板形參數(shù),并將它與可獲得最佳板形的板形參數(shù)相比較,利用這兩者之差給出執(zhí)行機構的調(diào)整量,對板形進行。3.中間坯保溫技術和感應加熱技術。中間坯長度可達8090m,進精軋機軋制過程中為減少帶坯頭尾溫差,設置保溫
4、罩是簡單有效的技術。精軋機組前的帶坯電感應加熱器是軋制薄規(guī)格和硅鋼、不銹鋼、高碳鋼特殊品種設置的。從我國目前板帶市場需求情況和生產(chǎn)能力來看,熱軋板的生產(chǎn)能力大大高于1河北大學輕工學院冷軋能力。采用常規(guī)板坯連鑄、熱送熱裝和直接軋制工藝,可穩(wěn)定生產(chǎn)以汽車面板為代表的高檔板材品種,除生產(chǎn)工藝成熟、效率高、質(zhì)量高外,還可縮短工藝流程,降低生產(chǎn)成本。但由于連鑄和熱連軋生產(chǎn)線的投資比例一般約為連鑄 20%,軋機 80%,熱連軋機是決定規(guī)模和投資的主要因素。從生產(chǎn)規(guī)???, 要充分發(fā)揮熱連軋機的生產(chǎn)能力, 必須配備足夠生產(chǎn)能力的輔助設備和確保連鑄坯的質(zhì)量和供應量。采用連鑄、煉鋼、軋鋼生產(chǎn)計劃的計算機投資效益最
5、大化。管理系統(tǒng),以保證物流匹配,使本設計是年產(chǎn) 200 萬噸的熱軋板帶鋼車間工藝設計。主要內(nèi)容包括:原料的選擇、生產(chǎn)工藝的制定、典型工藝計算、主要設備和輔助設備的選擇,并且對主要設備(軋輥和電機)的能力進行了校核,對車間主要指標、生產(chǎn)車間布置和環(huán)境保護,進行了設計和。綜合考慮市場需求、年產(chǎn)量、生產(chǎn)條件等因素本設計生產(chǎn)的范圍為(2.010.0)×(7001600)mm。所用鋼種為:普碳鋼、合金結構鋼、不銹鋼(約含 25%)。選擇的坯料為 250×1050×12000 mm,24.88 噸。帶鋼熱連軋機精軋采用兩級和一級的軋制方法。此車間采用粗軋和精軋兩個階段軋制,即
6、采用綜合軋制方法,先在粗軋階段軋制六道次,達到在精軋機中連續(xù)軋制七道次。所需寬度后,再軋鋼機布置的基本形式有三種:橫列式布置、順列式布置和連續(xù)式布置。根據(jù)本車間生產(chǎn)情況及現(xiàn)場實際狀況,粗軋階段選用兩輥的四輥可逆式軋機。立輥軋機的作用是軋邊,限制寬展,同時破碎軋件表面的氧化鐵皮。四輥可逆式粗軋機既可滿足板坯精度高的要求,又可保證足夠的壓下量及較好的板形。七臺四輥精軋機機座之間以 6000mm 的間距串聯(lián)布置形成了一條七機架連軋精軋機組。本設計的目的和意義:本設計課題是年產(chǎn) 200 萬噸的板帶鋼生產(chǎn)車間。這是一個大型的軋鋼車間,其投資大,消耗大,生產(chǎn)量帶鋼是我國鋼鐵生產(chǎn)的主打,需求量很大。目前我國
7、帶鋼產(chǎn)能在 5500 萬噸左右,但今后幾年市場需求仍然會有較大增長。另外帶鋼的延伸還有一定市場空間,如裝潢用的五金材料,發(fā)展十分快,不少五金出口到東南亞、歐美等國際市場,拉動了國內(nèi)的帶鋼生產(chǎn)。由于市場對板帶鋼的需求仍然很大,而且在近幾年此該大型生產(chǎn)車間的建立是可行的。下降,因帶鋼生產(chǎn)技術發(fā)展至今已有 80 多年的歷史,現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)是第四代軋機,板形2摘 要技術目前也已經(jīng)發(fā)展得較為成熟。在相關技術比較完善的情況下,建立大型軋鋼廠可以節(jié)約很多在技術改進上的投資,可以在建成時就采用目前最先進的技術,還可以借鑒其他車間的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗,少走一些彎路,一步到位。連鑄坯熱送熱裝指的是把無缺陷的鑄坯在熱狀態(tài)下送到軋鋼
8、加熱爐加熱,然后再送到軋機進行軋制。連鑄與熱軋之間的連接方式有四種:(1)工藝(CHR)。(2)連鑄坯熱裝工藝(HCR)。(3)連鑄坯直接熱裝工藝(DHCR)。(4)連鑄坯直接軋制工藝(DR)。根據(jù)連鑄坯熱送熱裝的特點,設計中擬采用以下解決思路:(1)連鑄坯流轉(zhuǎn)方式,連鑄坯熱送均采用輥道輸送到熱軋車間加熱爐,輥道上采取了一定的隔熱保溫措施。熱裝溫度一般達 600700,有的高達 800以上。(2)連鑄坯批后,用長行程熱溫度。及加熱,當連鑄坯熱送到熱軋生產(chǎn)線時,經(jīng)驗收及組機或輥道將熱坯送入加熱爐,由計算機加熱爐的加(3)組織無缺陷連鑄坯生產(chǎn),加強各類事故的管理。例如:鑄坯表面縱裂是在結晶器內(nèi)產(chǎn)生
9、,并在二冷段進一步擴展形成的。為了減少表面縱裂的發(fā)生率, 在生產(chǎn)中應改進結晶器冷卻和二次冷卻工藝。(4)在板坯庫和加熱爐之間設有保溫坑,以滿足熱裝熱送工藝需要。熱軋板帶生產(chǎn)的一般工藝流程是:原料的備,坯料的加熱,軋制,軋后冷卻,精整和質(zhì)量檢查等工序,對于特殊要求的鋼種,在加熱后不需經(jīng)過熱處理等工序。國外熱軋寬帶鋼生產(chǎn)的技術進步表現(xiàn)在以下幾個方面:熱帶鋼無頭軋制技術。無頭軋制技術能穩(wěn)定生產(chǎn)寬薄帶鋼及超薄熱軋帶鋼,其寬厚比可由傳統(tǒng)熱連軋的 8001 提高到 1 0001,并能應用潤滑軋制及強制冷卻技術生產(chǎn)具有新材料性能的高新技術 。薄板坯連鑄連軋技術。它主要有緊湊式熱帶鋼生產(chǎn)工藝 CSP (Com
10、pact Strip Process) 、熱帶鋼生產(chǎn)工藝 ISP (In-Line StripProduction)、靈活式薄板坯軋制工藝 FTSR (Flexible Thin Slab Rolling)和連鑄直接軋制工藝 CONROLL 等 10 余種類型。鐵素體區(qū)軋制生產(chǎn)工藝。它又稱相變控制軋制,是由比利時冶金研究中心于 1994 年開發(fā)的一項軋制新技術,當初主要目的就是用薄規(guī)格的熱軋帶鋼取代 1.0mm2.0mm 厚度范圍的冷軋。鐵素體區(qū)軋制生產(chǎn)工藝的發(fā)展目標是生產(chǎn)薄(超薄)規(guī)格優(yōu)質(zhì)深沖板。LTV 公司的印地安3河北大學輕工學院那廠 40%的超低碳鋼采用鐵素體區(qū)軋制生產(chǎn), Arvedi
11、 公司采用鐵素體區(qū)軋制生產(chǎn)的超薄熱軋帶鋼已占其產(chǎn)量的 25%。鑄軋薄帶鋼的 CASTRIP 工藝。與常規(guī)連鑄和軋鋼技術相比,這種工藝具有投資省、運行費用低、節(jié)能環(huán)保、廢氣排放少等優(yōu)點。國內(nèi)熱軋帶鋼生產(chǎn)概況如下:傳統(tǒng)的熱帶軋機。寶鋼 2050mm 熱軋帶鋼軋機。2050mm 熱軋機組為 3/4 連續(xù)式軋機。全廠的主要設備有: 4 架粗軋機、7 架精軋機, 3 臺全卷取機,及 5 條精整作業(yè)線。設備總重 60915t。薄板坯連鑄連軋。寶鋼的 2050 和 1580 熱軋線是國內(nèi)工藝裝備及自動化水平較高的兩條生產(chǎn)線,能穩(wěn)定生產(chǎn)厚度1.5mm 的熱軋板卷,也能生產(chǎn)少量厚 1.0mm1.2mm 的超薄熱
12、軋帶鋼。鐵素體區(qū)軋制生產(chǎn)工藝。珠鋼 CSP 薄板坯連鑄連軋生產(chǎn)線投產(chǎn)后,計劃采用該工藝生產(chǎn) 2.0mm 以下超薄熱軋帶鋼,目前國內(nèi)本鋼等多條 CSP 薄板坯生產(chǎn)線均已具備鐵素體區(qū)軋制能力。、對 30 多家國外鋼鐵企業(yè)的表明:作為最終使用的厚度大于2mm 的熱軋帶鋼的需求量正在下降,1995 年為 48%,2005 年將下降至 42%,而厚度小于 2mm 的熱軋薄帶需求量日益增加,從正在進行和準備進行的深線和冷軋機組方面的投資也可看出這種趨勢。2005 年,厚 0.8mm1.2mm 熱軋薄帶需求量增加將大于1%,厚1.2mm2.0mm 熱軋薄帶需求量增加將大于7%。到2007年,全世界超薄熱軋帶
13、鋼的市場需求將超過 1.9×107t。就國內(nèi)市場而言,1998 年共消耗熱軋薄板 2.9×107t,為填補國內(nèi)板帶材的供需缺口,1998 年進口熱軋薄板約 7.8×106t,占當年鋼材進口總量的 64.1%。可見,國內(nèi)熱軋薄板的市場空間巨大,特別是對 2.0mm 以下超薄熱軋帶鋼的需求尤其旺盛。熱軋板寬帶鋼以深沖鋼板、耐腐蝕高強度熱軋鋼板、成型性優(yōu)異的高強及超高強鋼板、超寬幅汽車鋼板、熱鍍鋅鋼板、超細晶高強度鋼板為發(fā)展目標。由于將采用無頭軋制技術、薄板坯連鑄連軋工藝、冷卻技術等軋制工藝生產(chǎn)熱軋薄帶鋼,因此可以較好地熱軋帶鋼的組織和性能。在冷卻技術方面,以溫度模型為
14、基礎,采用細分的冷卻箱和緩慢冷卻裝置,開發(fā)高精度的冷卻系統(tǒng),對鋼材的組織和性能進行。從超薄熱軋帶鋼的市場需求和生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀可看出“以熱”的鋼鐵市場決定了超薄熱軋帶鋼生產(chǎn)總體趨勢是供不應求,同時也表明了超薄熱軋帶鋼將成為熱軋寬帶鋼的另一個發(fā)展方向??梢灶A見,采用無頭軋制和低溫軋制工藝將是薄板坯連鑄直接軋制生產(chǎn)超薄帶鋼的主要發(fā)展方向。4ABSTRACTABSTRACTThe strip steel plate is one of main variety products, widely used in industry,agriculture, transportation and construc
