厄貝沙坦聯(lián)合美托洛爾治療慢性充血性心衰的療效觀察

1、厄貝沙坦聯(lián)合美托洛爾治療慢性充血性心 衰的療效觀察摘要目的探討厄貝沙坦聯(lián)合美托洛爾治療慢性充血 性心衰的療效。方法 將 2014 年 1 月2016 年 10 月在我院老年醫(yī)學(xué)科治療的280 例慢性充血性心衰患者隨機(jī)分為兩組，對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)治療，觀察組在此基礎(chǔ)上給予厄貝沙坦 聯(lián)合美托洛爾治療，比較兩組患者的臨床療效、左心功能改 善情況、心率及血壓情況。結(jié)果觀察組臨床有效率為95.00% ,明顯高于對(duì)照組的 80.71%,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義； 觀察組治療后 LVEF、LVEDd、LVESd 明顯較對(duì)照組改善， 兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義；觀察組治療后HR、DBP、SBP 明顯低于對(duì)照組，兩組差異有統(tǒng)
