8、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的權(quán)利;2.Have rights to request Party B to ensure the implementation of security standards;3、 擁有對乙方重大保安管理措施的審定權(quán)；3.Have rights to approve Party Bs major security management measures;4、 擁有對乙方保安員辭退、調(diào)換、處分的建議權(quán)，乙方應(yīng)接受甲方建議。4.Have suggest rights for dismissal, exchanges and punishment recommended of Party Bs

9、security guards, Party B should be accepted the recommendation.二義務(wù)2Obligations1、 甲方有義務(wù)為乙方保安員提供必要的工作條件；1.Party a has the obligations to provide the necessary conditions of work for Party Bs security personnel;2、 提供必要的保安措施；2.Provide the necessary security measures;3、 向乙方按期支付保安費的義務(wù)。3.Obligations to pay

10、 Party B for security costs on time.第六條：乙方的權(quán)利和義務(wù): Rights and obligations of Party B（一） 權(quán)利1Rights1、 擁有依甲方委托管理其單位的治安的權(quán)利；1.Has the security management right entrusted by Party A on the site;2、 擁有取得報酬的權(quán)利；2.Have the right to get remuneration;3、 擁有要求甲方協(xié)助完成其保安管理的權(quán)利。3.Have a right to require that Party A to

11、 cooperate for its security management duty.二義務(wù)2Obligations1、 乙方指派 名保安員負責(zé)甲方的平安護衛(wèi)任務(wù)，其中必須有2名保安員具有消防控制室上崗資格，取得上崗證的培訓(xùn)費用由甲方承當(dāng)，但取得上崗證的保安人員必須在甲方工作滿一年，否那么，甲方有權(quán)從應(yīng)付的保安費用中扣回相應(yīng)的培訓(xùn)費支出；1.Party B shall assigned security guards in charge of Party A safe guarding task, which must have 2 security guards with fire-fig

12、hting control room qualification, the training costs of the certificate borne by the Party A, but the certificated security personnel must be work for Party a for full year, otherwise, Party A is entitled to deduct the training expenditure from the security costs;2、 乙方保安員應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按甲方委托事項完成規(guī)定的工作任務(wù)，確保甲方正常的工

13、作生活秩序。正確使用各種保安設(shè)施、設(shè)備。履行崗位職責(zé)要求，并遵守甲方符合法律規(guī)定和各項規(guī)章制度和保安職業(yè)道德守那么。2.The security guards of Party B should complete the work tasks according to Party As delegation strictly, ensure Party A normal working order. Correctly use all of security measures and equipment. Perform the duties requirements, and to abid

14、e Party As provisions, regulations and code of professional ethics for security in conformity with the laws.3、 發(fā)生在執(zhí)勤區(qū)域內(nèi)的刑事案件、治安案件和治安災(zāi)害事故，及時處理并報告甲方和當(dāng)?shù)毓矙C關(guān)，采取措施保護發(fā)案現(xiàn)場，協(xié)助公安機關(guān)偵查各類治安刑事案件，依法妥善處理責(zé)任范圍內(nèi)的其他突發(fā)事件。3.In cases of criminal cases, magistracy cases and security disasters occurred in the region while

15、on duty, Party B shall timely report to Party A and the local public police, to take measures to protect the incidence to assist police investigating for criminal or security cases, properly handled unexpected events according to law within the scope of duty.4、 落實防火、防盜、防破壞等平安防范措施，發(fā)現(xiàn)責(zé)任區(qū)域內(nèi)的平安隱患，及時報告甲方

16、并協(xié)助予以處理。4.Implementation of fire, theft, damage prevention and other security measures, found the risks in the responsible security region, timely report to Party A and assist for treatment.5、 乙方選派的保安員必須經(jīng)過正規(guī)的保安培訓(xùn)，無違法犯罪前科，并向甲方提供保安人員的人事檔案。5.Security guards send by Party B must get through official sec

17、urity training, no criminal record, and provide security officer's personnel file to the Party A.6、 乙方為保安人員配備制服及根本保安裝備，并負責(zé)保安員的工資。6.Party B shall equip with the basic security equipment and uniforms for security personnel, and is responsible for the security staff wages.7、 加強對保安員的在崗培訓(xùn)、監(jiān)督和管理，確保平安效

18、勞的優(yōu)質(zhì)高效。7.Strengthening job training, supervision and management on security guards, ensure high quality and efficiency of the security services.第七條 ：保安工作設(shè)施及服裝的配備: Security facility and uniforms一甲方在合同有效期內(nèi)為乙方提供辦公場所及更衣柜等；1Party A shall provide Party B with office space and dressing Cabinet within the c

19、ontract valid period;二保安員工作服裝由乙方統(tǒng)一配備；2security guards work uniforms shall unified equip by Party A;三保安員按甲方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)就餐。3Security guards shall repast at the Party A standard.第八條 ：合同的解除: Termination1、 雙方協(xié)商解除；1.Terminated by consensus of both Parties2、 合同期滿；2.Contract expired3、 一方嚴(yán)重違約，使合同無法履行；3.Serious breach

20、of a party, unable to fulfill the contract;4、 因不可抗力使合同無法繼續(xù)履行的。4.Cause by force majeure and could not continue to fulfill the contract.第九條：在合同有效期內(nèi)，經(jīng)甲乙雙方協(xié)商一致，可變更本合同。: Within the validity period of the contract, after both parties consensus may amend this contract.第十條：違約責(zé)任: Breaching一甲方應(yīng)嚴(yán)格履行合同的規(guī)定，不得擅自解

21、除合同，如因甲方擅自解除合同給乙方造成損失的，甲方應(yīng)予以賠償。1Party A shall strictly fulfill the contract conditions, shall not terminate the contract without Party Bs consensus, if the loss due to rescind the contract without consensus to Party B occurred, Party A shall be compensated. 二乙方應(yīng)嚴(yán)格履行合同的規(guī)定，不得擅自解除合同，如因乙方擅自解除合同給甲方造成損失的，
