1、精選優(yōu)質(zhì)文檔-傾情為你奉上法律專(zhuān)業(yè)外語(yǔ)教學(xué)大綱課程編號(hào)：課程名稱(chēng)：法律專(zhuān)業(yè)外語(yǔ)課程英文名稱(chēng)：Legal English授課對(duì)象：普通高校本科生學(xué)時(shí)數(shù)：32學(xué)分?jǐn)?shù)：2執(zhí)筆人：王建玲編寫(xiě)日期：2005年10月16日第一部分 大綱說(shuō)明 一、課程的對(duì)象與性質(zhì)法學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)英語(yǔ)一門(mén)法學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)與英語(yǔ)相結(jié)合的課程。通過(guò)這門(mén)課的教學(xué)，使學(xué)生在了解專(zhuān)業(yè)英語(yǔ)知識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)國(guó)際和中國(guó)的法律概念、法律規(guī)范和基本制度，對(duì)法學(xué)理論發(fā)展、現(xiàn)狀及其實(shí)踐的相關(guān)情況有了解和掌握。二、課程目標(biāo)設(shè)置本門(mén)課程的主要目的有三個(gè)：第一，使學(xué)生掌握法學(xué)英語(yǔ)專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)，能夠系統(tǒng)表達(dá)在專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)中掌握的法學(xué)知識(shí)；第二，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生閱讀法學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)資料的能力

2、和分析案例的能力；第三，使學(xué)生掌握基本專(zhuān)業(yè)詞匯和表達(dá)方法，能夠自如運(yùn)用，為將來(lái)的工作和學(xué)習(xí)打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。三、課程教學(xué)的基本要求、方法和考核方式 （一）使學(xué)生正確理解課程的性質(zhì)，全面了解課程的體系、結(jié)構(gòu)，對(duì)法學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)英語(yǔ)有一個(gè)整體的認(rèn)識(shí)；（二）使學(xué)生掌握基本詞匯和表達(dá)方式；（三）密切聯(lián)系實(shí)際，通過(guò)分析研究法學(xué)領(lǐng)域的國(guó)外案例和法學(xué)名家的文章節(jié)選，加深對(duì)法學(xué)知識(shí)的理解和掌握；能把英語(yǔ)的學(xué)習(xí)融入到對(duì)法學(xué)理論與實(shí)踐的認(rèn)識(shí)和研究中，以提高運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)的能力； （四）學(xué)生必須通過(guò)大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四級(jí)考試，方可選修該課程。學(xué)生課前要預(yù)習(xí)學(xué)習(xí)和討論的內(nèi)容，積極參加課堂討論和練習(xí)； （五）教師采用雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)和多媒體的教學(xué)方式，
