球磨機(jī)基礎(chǔ)預(yù)埋螺栓套筒與大體積砼施工

1、螺栓的安裝與固定預(yù)埋螺栓套筒與大體積硅施工球磨機(jī)基礎(chǔ)中有大量的預(yù)埋 螺栓套筒，采取簡(jiǎn)易直接埋設(shè)或 焊固定架固定的方法，固定架底 部要與在墊層上預(yù)埋的鐵件焊牢 固。鐵件埋設(shè)時(shí)要根據(jù)固定架立 桿的位置設(shè)置，固定架采用角鋼 制作，采用L63X6、L75X6的等邊角鋼對(duì)預(yù)埋螺栓套筒進(jìn)行加固，固定架立桿生根于基礎(chǔ)墊層預(yù)埋件或與施工縫處的預(yù)埋角鋼進(jìn)行焊接，各桿件之間的連接均采用焊接連接?，F(xiàn)以4個(gè)預(yù)埋螺栓套筒為一組為例，設(shè)計(jì)固定架，如下圖所示:ies, I距間筒套預(yù)埋螺栓套筒2螺栓套筒固定架示意圖預(yù)埋螺栓套筒/ r l、7x8套筒頂標(biāo)高2UC9用鋼5001h施工縫處標(biāo)高（墊層頂標(biāo)高）工連接處采 用焊接施工縫

10、完畢后，開口部分用塑料薄膜包裹嚴(yán)密，設(shè)專人管理， 硅澆筑后按成品保護(hù)程序，進(jìn)行保護(hù)直至專業(yè)交接。大體積硅施工厚大體積硅由于內(nèi)部水化熱較高，且不易散發(fā)，如果施工方法不 當(dāng)或措施不利，將使硅結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生有害裂縫，造成質(zhì)量事故，為此厚大 體積硅施工必須采用適當(dāng)?shù)念A(yù)防措施，確保工程質(zhì)量。我公司多年從事冶金工程建設(shè)，有著豐富的厚大體積硅施工經(jīng) 驗(yàn)，完全可保證施工質(zhì)量。(1)原材料1)選用低水化熱水泥，低含泥量級(jí)配砂石。結(jié)構(gòu)物產(chǎn)生裂縫的原因之一是由于變形變化引起的裂縫，即主要由溫度收縮，不均勻沉降或膨脹等變化，產(chǎn)生的應(yīng)力所引起的，大體 積硅的裂縫就屬于這一類，而硅的熱量產(chǎn)生的主要來源是水泥水化過 程中的水化熱

11、和原材料受氣溫影響產(chǎn)生的附加溫度，對(duì)于原材料的附加溫度，可根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)貧鉁?，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際情況，對(duì)原材料進(jìn)行遮擋、覆蓋, 隨時(shí)監(jiān)控材料含水率，調(diào)整配比。2)嚴(yán)格控制砂、石的規(guī)格和含泥量3)嚴(yán)格控制砂的含泥量不能大于3%,碎(卵)石含泥量不能大于1%,砂石中不得混有有機(jī)質(zhì)雜物。4)選用粒徑較大的石子，以減少用水量，降低水泥用量，降低 水泥的水化熱，同時(shí)，也可提高硅的極限抗拉強(qiáng)度，增強(qiáng)對(duì)裂縫開展 的抵抗能力。(2)控制溫度和收縮裂縫的技術(shù)措施：對(duì)于產(chǎn)生熱量主要因素的水泥，必須優(yōu)選低水化熱水泥，根據(jù)本ways a eaiigga-gk-.e.e-siflgas-一“susceextgilgudeslvea.

15、強(qiáng)度，增強(qiáng)對(duì)裂縫開展 的抵抗能力。(3)澆筑前的檢查澆筑硅前，應(yīng)檢查和控制模板、鋼筋、保護(hù)層和預(yù)埋件等的尺寸、 規(guī)格、數(shù)量和位置，其偏差應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)工程質(zhì) 量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范的規(guī)定。此外，還應(yīng)檢查模板支撐的穩(wěn)定性以及接縫的密合情況。模板和隱蔽項(xiàng)目應(yīng)分別進(jìn)行預(yù)檢和隱檢驗(yàn)收，符合要求時(shí)，方可 進(jìn)行澆筑。(4)硅澆筑方式、方法及硅振搗要求硅采用分層澆搗，分層厚度為500mm,每一層每一泵管由兩邊到 中間呈S形路線澆筑并使硅表面形成一定的坡度， 每層的澆筑長度控 制在6m左右。硅泌水由模板邊緣自然排出，并通過排水泵及時(shí)排出 基礎(chǔ)。每個(gè)澆灌帶前后布置4-5臺(tái)插入式振動(dòng)器，成行列式全面振搗， 使用

19、撐在鋼筋支架上，視澆筑情況，水平在鋼筋上的泵管 也可直接放在木方等臺(tái)墊上。泵送混凝土的坍落度要保證在 160-160mm。水灰比宜為0.3-0.6, 砂率宜為36% -45%,最小水泥用量宜為 300kg/m3。混凝土運(yùn)送時(shí)準(zhǔn)備好循環(huán)車道滿足重車行使要求，出入口設(shè)置交通安全指揮人員 或硅澆筑總調(diào)度。夜間施工時(shí)，在交通出入 口和運(yùn)輸?shù)缆飞?，有良好照明。危險(xiǎn)區(qū)域， 應(yīng)設(shè)警戒標(biāo)志。泵送混凝土運(yùn)輸延續(xù)時(shí)間要按國家現(xiàn) 行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)預(yù)拌混凝土的有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行?；?凝土泵進(jìn)料斗上，設(shè)專人監(jiān)視喂料，以防粒徑過大骨料或異物入泵造 成堵塞。嚴(yán)禁將質(zhì)量不符合要求的混凝土入泵?；炷帘迷O(shè)置處，應(yīng)場(chǎng)地平整堅(jiān)實(shí)，道路暢通，供料方

20、便距離澆 筑地點(diǎn)近，便于配管，接近排水設(shè)施和供水、供電方便。在混凝土泵 的作業(yè)范圍內(nèi)，不得有高壓線等障礙物。泵送基礎(chǔ)混凝土?xí)r，布管時(shí)盡量少設(shè)彎頭，以減少泵送阻力。硅 泵送管的固定，不得直接支撐在鋼筋、模板及預(yù)埋件上，水平管宜每 隔一定距離用支架、臺(tái)墊、吊具等固定，以便于排除堵管、裝拆和清 洗管道。管道接頭卡箍處不得漏漿，應(yīng)定期檢查管道特別是彎管等部 位的磨損情況，以防爆管。混凝土的泵送，開始泵送時(shí)混凝土泵應(yīng)處于慢速、勻速并隨時(shí)可 反泵的狀態(tài)。泵送速度，應(yīng)先慢后快，逐步加速。同時(shí)，應(yīng)觀察混凝 土泵的壓力和各系統(tǒng)的工作情況，待各系統(tǒng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)順利后，方可以正常 速度進(jìn)行泵送。泵送混凝土?xí)r，如輸送管內(nèi)吸入

28、y stucture taisormain upggae of imporant iniatvstcaghtseeupadvaceindusryPake-ctvoptmi aink e nime nt管內(nèi)的混凝土散落在末澆筑的地方。使用混凝土泵輸送混凝土?xí)r，嚴(yán)禁將質(zhì)量不符合泵送要求的硅入 泵?；炷翑嚢柽\(yùn)輸車喂料完畢后，應(yīng)及時(shí)清洗拌筒并排盡積水。(6)硅測(cè)溫測(cè)溫方法：采用電子測(cè)溫儀，在硅的澆注前將測(cè)溫所用的探頭埋 置硅內(nèi)、按基礎(chǔ)厚度分上、中、下分層設(shè)置。測(cè)溫時(shí)間：在硅澆注完畢后，就開始測(cè)溫，時(shí)間間隔 4h測(cè)溫一 次，10天后可6h測(cè)溫一次，每次測(cè)溫的同時(shí)記下環(huán)境溫度，測(cè)孔的 編號(hào)的位置要繪制測(cè)

29、溫平面圖，測(cè)溫表格應(yīng)便于填寫。硅表面溫度與 大氣溫度接近，大氣溫度與硅中心溫度差按設(shè)計(jì)要求，如設(shè)計(jì)無要求 時(shí)不大于20度，可解除保溫停止測(cè)溫。(7)溫差控制硅閉合裂縫后，及時(shí)覆蓋塑料膜，以免硅失水，不必急于覆蓋保 溫層，如發(fā)現(xiàn)硅最大溫差大于等于15度時(shí)，馬上覆蓋保溫層，如最大溫差達(dá)25度時(shí)要蓋第二層保溫。規(guī)范要求硅最大溫差不能大于25度，從實(shí)踐認(rèn)為硅的極限溫差要盡量控制在20度以內(nèi)，以20度為警戒線。1)降溫速度控制降溫速度過快會(huì)導(dǎo)致硅抗拉強(qiáng)度未達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)值時(shí)，硅收縮應(yīng)力過大、產(chǎn)生溫度應(yīng)力裂縫，在施工當(dāng)中控制降溫速度原則上每天不大于 1度。2)養(yǎng)護(hù)措施降低體積硅內(nèi)外溫度差和減慢降溫速度來達(dá)到降低

38、制作試塊必須在澆注地點(diǎn)制作，試塊組數(shù)按以下規(guī)定：每拌制100盤且不超過100m3的同配合比的混凝土，其取樣不得 少于一次；每工作班拌制的同配合比的硅不足 100盤時(shí)，其取樣不得少于一 次；據(jù)施工要求，在澆筑地點(diǎn)做一組同條件養(yǎng)護(hù)試塊；認(rèn)真做好試塊的管理工作，從試模選擇、試件取樣、成型、編號(hào) 以至養(yǎng)護(hù)等，由專人負(fù)責(zé)，提高試件的代表性，正確地反映混凝土結(jié) 構(gòu)和構(gòu)件的強(qiáng)度。(8)厚大體積硅施工措施如下：硅采用斜面分層連續(xù)施工，即保證硅散熱，又保證硅澆筑時(shí)不出 現(xiàn)施工縫，還利于泌水排出，施工時(shí)綜合硅澆灌強(qiáng)度，控制硅初凝時(shí) 間在9 12h,硅入模溫度10c (冬季)-26C(夏季)。為及時(shí)了解和掌握硅澆筑

47、施工措施施工前對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行模擬預(yù)測(cè)分析，估算結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)部各點(diǎn)溫升，為施 工控制提供參考。選擇有代表性斷面預(yù)埋測(cè)溫傳感器，隨時(shí)掌握硅內(nèi)表溫差，為施 工控制提供依據(jù)?？刂乒铦补嗨俣?，采用多面推進(jìn)，分層澆搗，保證硅初凝前接茬， 分層澆搗，有利于硅散熱，分散硅水化熱峰值。根據(jù)預(yù)估和實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果對(duì)硅進(jìn)行養(yǎng)護(hù)，養(yǎng)護(hù)采用塑料、草簾、蓄水 等方法，具體方法和覆蓋厚度應(yīng)根據(jù)實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果確定，詳細(xì)措施應(yīng)按施 工圖制定，原則控制降溫速率在小于11 .5C/d,控制硅內(nèi)表溫差和表面溫度同氣溫的溫差小于 25 C。2)監(jiān)控手段采用專用半導(dǎo)體溫度傳感器，預(yù)埋于硅結(jié)構(gòu)中，該傳感器體積小， 強(qiáng)度高、反應(yīng)靈敏可靠，安裝時(shí)選擇有代表性截面，分
