5、 iaton a 1工程概況白沙灘泵站樞紐3MW分布式光伏發(fā)電項目的全站電纜線路施工項目是由吉林省電力勘測 設(shè)計院設(shè)計。全站電纜敷設(shè)主要包括電力電纜、接地電纜、直流電纜及控制電纜四類，為了防 止電纜承受過大的拉力和過度的彎曲，避免機械損傷，便于排列整齊和固定，應(yīng)敷設(shè)在電纜支架上。站區(qū)配電間的開關(guān)柜、控制柜(臺)、保護屏、電纜溝及室外玻璃鋼電纜橋架、變壓器、 逆變室等地方做好防火封堵措施。由江蘇華能電氣工地負(fù)責(zé)施工光伏發(fā)電公用系統(tǒng)電氣橋架安 裝、電纜的敷設(shè)及防火封堵措施。2編制依據(jù)2.1 吉林省電力勘測設(shè)計院設(shè)計施工圖 NA01561S-D0105-022.2 «電氣裝置安裝工程電纜線

15、符合設(shè)計，安裝牢固。6.4 電纜溝等處的廢料清理干凈，蓋板齊全。電纜溝排水通暢。6.5 電纜敷設(shè)前必須由專工主持，由班組、相關(guān)專業(yè)技術(shù)人員參與進(jìn)行圖紙核對，確定敷設(shè)程序，擬定施工措施，組織人員，安排施工進(jìn)度，然后按圖施工。6.6 施工人員應(yīng)熟悉本作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書，并進(jìn)行技術(shù)交底和安全交底，電纜敷設(shè)清單及主要通道剖面圖應(yīng)齊全、準(zhǔn)確。所有電纜敷設(shè)必須按所開列電纜順序進(jìn)行敷設(shè)。6.7 敷設(shè)前應(yīng)按設(shè)計和實際路徑計算每根電纜的長度，合理安排每盤電纜，減少或避免電纜對 接頭。6.8 電纜敷設(shè)前，應(yīng)對電纜溝、橋架通道進(jìn)行全面清理，做到無雜物，無積水。夾層內(nèi)要保持 足夠的照明和良好的通風(fēng)。6.9 所需的施工工器具應(yīng)

16、備齊，電纜敷設(shè)施工方法事先擬定好，可采用人工或機械或兩者結(jié)合的方法。6.10 根據(jù)敷設(shè)電纜的需要，確定所需人員并合理安排，關(guān)鍵部位派專人負(fù)責(zé)。6.11 電纜型號、規(guī)格應(yīng)符合設(shè)計，電纜外觀應(yīng)無損傷，絕緣良好。6kv及以上動力電纜應(yīng)做預(yù)防性試驗并合格。6.12 所敷設(shè)電纜的電纜通道已暢通，嚴(yán)禁在線路不通的情況下敷設(shè)電纜。7作業(yè)的程序、操作方法7.1 橋架安裝程序：支吊架安裝-橫撐安裝-托架安裝-壓板安裝-接地-油漆7.1.1 安裝支吊架根據(jù)圖紙標(biāo)注的尺寸確定支吊架位置。首先應(yīng)確定所安裝橋架路線的首末端、 轉(zhuǎn)角處支吊架位 置。在首末端支吊架間彈墨線，確定中間各支吊架位置。支吊架間距應(yīng)符合設(shè)計、規(guī)范要

17、求。有預(yù)埋件的，將支吊架先點焊在預(yù)埋件上，用水平尺逐一校正支吊架的水平度及垂直度，然后 用電焊將支吊架焊牢，焊接面不少于3個棱邊。無預(yù)埋件處的支吊架用膨脹螺栓固定。用電錘 在事先確定的支吊架位置上用 力20的鉆頭打孔，孔應(yīng)垂直于固定面，在打孔處安裝 力16的膨 脹螺栓，將支吊架固定在膨脹螺栓上，用水平尺校正支吊架的垂直度，用扳手將螺母鎖緊。7.1.2 安裝橫撐按照施工圖的尺寸用卷尺精確量取各層間距及頂層至板頂?shù)木嚯x，調(diào)節(jié)固定橫撐的螺母，使各層間距、頂層至板頂?shù)某叽绶蠄D紙尺寸。用水平尺校正橫撐的水平度，用扳手鎖緊螺母。7.1.3 安裝托架安裝托架前應(yīng)檢查托架的平直度、線性度等技術(shù)指標(biāo)，合格后在

18、地面進(jìn)行預(yù)對接，調(diào)正接頭尺寸及螺栓位置。預(yù)對接完成后將托架放在橫撐上正式安裝，用連接板、螺栓將各節(jié)托架連接固 定，校正具水平度及線性度后用扳手鎖緊螺栓。需非標(biāo)段長度時用切割機或鋼鋸根據(jù)所用長度 下料，切口應(yīng)做打磨處理。為避免現(xiàn)場切割，除采用2米長的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件外，還可采用長度為300、 600、900毫米等各種非標(biāo)段。阻燃段應(yīng)按設(shè)計進(jìn)行安裝，不應(yīng)隨意改變阻燃段的位置。7.1.4 安裝固定壓板及下壓板托架連接完成后，槽型托架需安裝固定壓板， 梯型托架需安裝下壓板，將固定壓板或下壓板放 在托架壓板螺栓孔處，壓板壓住托架，用固定螺栓固定壓板。7.1.5 橋架安裝完畢后，在沿橋架全長每隔10-20米處應(yīng)有一

19、可靠接地點，扁鋼與橋架或接地 網(wǎng)連接時至少3個棱邊焊接，其搭接長度為扁鋼寬度的兩倍。阻燃段處應(yīng)將兩端的鋼制橋架用扁鋼連通，搭接長度為扁鋼寬度的兩倍，至少 3個棱邊焊接。7.1.6 油漆立柱焊接處、橋架與接地扁鋼連接處及安裝埋件必須作防腐處理，涂以銀粉漆。7.2 電纜敷設(shè)程序，學(xué)習(xí)施工圖紙、電纜剖面圖、規(guī)程規(guī)范-寫好電纜清單-技術(shù)交底-用汽 車、吊車及叉車把電纜盤運至敷設(shè)地點-按照電纜敷設(shè)程序及方向?qū)㈦娎|盤架好-電纜敷設(shè)。7.2.1 根據(jù)剖面圖和設(shè)備位置來排列電纜，并寫好電纜敷設(shè)清單。7.2.2 按照電纜敷設(shè)清單上電纜的型號規(guī)格，用汽車、吊車、叉車或人力將電纜運送到敷設(shè)地 點。t - miing

30、盡量一次敷設(shè)完畢。敷設(shè)電纜的路徑 應(yīng)有電纜專業(yè)人員來領(lǐng)頭，每敷設(shè)一根電纜，應(yīng)立即從末端開始整理、檢查、固定和掛牌，留 好長度，每根除了留好備用長度外，電纜長度不能超過接線高度1m,并鋸斷開始敷設(shè)下一根電纜，在用扎帶固定電纜同時應(yīng)把多余的扎帶末梢剪去，并作出必要的敷設(shè)記錄。7.2.5 電力電纜與控制電纜在電纜通道的各層位置一般是從上到下按電力、照明、直流、控制、弱電電纜排列，并適當(dāng)留有空位，電力電纜又可按電壓等級排列， 同一安裝單位的控制電纜放 在同一橋架上。電力電纜與控制電纜敷設(shè)在同一橋架上時，中間要用分隔板隔開。7.2.6 電纜構(gòu)筑設(shè)施和電纜布置應(yīng)充分滿足電纜的允許彎曲半徑。在電纜引入引出開

31、關(guān)柜、配 電盤時，為使電纜不受損傷，保證電纜彎曲半徑，應(yīng)盡量空出一層至二層的上層支架，并留有 一定的檢修余地。7.2.7 電纜敷設(shè)要盡量減少交叉和重疊，為此，一般宜將同側(cè)的電纜一次敷設(shè)完畢，如不能一 次敷設(shè)完時，應(yīng)將其位置空出來。沿豎井敷設(shè)時，宜將交叉處安排在井底。7.2.8 電纜敷設(shè)應(yīng)做到橫看成片，縱看成片，它們的引出方向，彎度相互間距等都要一致，以 達(dá)到美觀整齊。7.2.9 電纜端部要穿管敷設(shè)時，應(yīng)預(yù)留出適當(dāng)長度，待支架上部分排列、檢查、固定完畢再穿 管，從橋架進(jìn)保護管的電纜在與棱邊相接觸處，必須用扎線將電纜外皮綁扎以保護電纜。7.2.10 不同電壓等級的電纜應(yīng)分別穿在不同的保護管中，三相

32、交流單芯電纜應(yīng)同穿一根保護 鋼管，嚴(yán)禁分相穿管。穿完電纜的保護管應(yīng)作封堵處理。7.2.11 不同機組、不同系統(tǒng)之間及互為備用的電源電纜或輔機電纜應(yīng)分通道敷設(shè)。7.2.12 電纜在支叉口經(jīng)過各側(cè)橋架時，應(yīng)盡量減少電纜的人為交叉，確保運行和檢修人員通 道的凈空高度。7.2.13 明敷電纜不宜平行敷設(shè)在熱力管道上面。當(dāng)電力電纜與熱（油）管道平行凈距應(yīng)不小于1000mm交叉凈距不小于500mm控制電纜與熱（油）管道平行凈距不小于 500mm交叉凈 距不小于250mm如受條件限制時，應(yīng)加隔熱耐火措施，廠房內(nèi)電纜支架離管道或其它設(shè)備頂 部的凈空不應(yīng)小于300mm否則也應(yīng)加耐火防護板。7.2.14 電纜與廠

35、皮至地面深度不得小于 700mm但也不宜過深，過深 會影響電纜散熱及檢修。沿直埋電纜的上下部應(yīng)鋪以不小于100mrff的細(xì)土或砂層，并蓋以保 護板。板寬超過電纜兩側(cè)各50mm保護板可采用混凝土蓋板或磚塊。7.2.16 10KV 及以下電纜間平行敷設(shè)的凈距宜為 100mm 10KV及以上電纜間或與其它電纜問 間距為避免250mmfe宜。不同部門間電纜間距為500mmfe宜。嚴(yán)禁將電纜平行敷設(shè)于管道的正 上方或下側(cè)。電纜與工業(yè)水管、溝并行或交叉處凈距宜大于 500mm電纜與熱力管溝平行敷設(shè) 宜大于200mm交叉凈距宜大于500mm直埋電纜在直線段每隔50-100m處，電纜接頭處、轉(zhuǎn) 彎處、進(jìn)入建筑

36、物等處，應(yīng)設(shè)置明顯的方位標(biāo)志或混凝土標(biāo)樁。7.2.17 裝有避雷針和避雷線的構(gòu)架上的照明燈的電源線，必須采用直埋于土壤中的帶金屬護 層的電纜或穿入金屬管的導(dǎo)線。電纜的金屬護層必須接地，埋入土壤中的長度應(yīng) 10m以上，方 可與配電裝置的接地網(wǎng)相連或與電源線、低壓配電裝置相連接。7.2.18 由電纜溝、電纜夾層、架空橋架引上至柜、屏、臺、盤的電纜應(yīng)在下部適當(dāng)部位加以 固定，避免上述設(shè)備內(nèi)端子承受較大的拉力，電纜在下列情況也需加以固定：(1)垂直敷設(shè)或超過45。傾斜敷設(shè)的電纜在每個支架上；橋架上每隔 2m處。(2)當(dāng)電纜間需保持一定空隙時，在每隔5-10m檔距處。(3)在電纜首末端和轉(zhuǎn)彎處，接頭兩端

37、。7.2.19電纜敷設(shè)完畢，經(jīng)檢查無遺漏后，應(yīng)按設(shè)計進(jìn)行防火封堵。7.3保護管敷設(shè)程序：彎管-配管-保護管敷設(shè)-接地-油漆。7.3.1 首先要對圖紙進(jìn)行審核，檢查圖紙中保護管是否有遺漏、錯誤，標(biāo)高是否合理，電纜管 施工前應(yīng)仔細(xì)核對電動機及各種電氣設(shè)備的電纜接線實際位置，根據(jù)現(xiàn)場情況進(jìn)行敷設(shè)以保證預(yù)埋管位置的準(zhǔn)確，電纜保護管的選用按施工圖進(jìn)行，保護管的長度、高度、轉(zhuǎn)角位置及其角 度等參數(shù)，必須由現(xiàn)場實測決定。7.3.2 電纜保護管的彎制：0m以上電纜保護管采用鍍鋅焊管，鋼管采用彎管機冷彎，硬塑料管 一般采用熱彎，硬塑料管可以用電熱、熱水、熱油等將待彎部位加熱，使其呈柔軟狀態(tài)時，放 在模具內(nèi)彎制成
