26、如下圖所示：1.2.3.4.4.1.4.1.1.4.1.2. 查看投訴建議 在網(wǎng)上辦事大廳系統(tǒng)首頁，有個投訴建議欄目，可查看部門已查閱發(fā)布的投訴建議。 點(diǎn)擊投訴建議欄目中標(biāo)題后，彈出該標(biāo)題的詳細(xì)信息頁面。4.2. 提交投訴建議 在系統(tǒng)首頁的投訴建議欄目右上角，有個“我要提建議”按鈕。 點(diǎn)擊按鈕，系統(tǒng)彈出空白投訴建議頁面，如下圖所示。4.3. 辦理進(jìn)度查詢 在系統(tǒng)首頁的左側(cè)有辦理進(jìn)度查詢，這個是針對已注冊且申請了業(yè)務(wù)辦理的用戶。 在辦理進(jìn)度查詢中輸入受理號和查詢密碼（受理號在受理回執(zhí)中可查看），點(diǎn)擊查詢即可查看該業(yè)務(wù)的辦理進(jìn)度。4.4. 事項(xiàng)辦事指南 在系統(tǒng)首頁的中下方有網(wǎng)上辦事各事項(xiàng)名稱，有四

27、種不同的業(yè)務(wù)類型：港口經(jīng)營、安全監(jiān)督、港口建設(shè)、航道管理；每個業(yè)務(wù)類型包含相應(yīng)的業(yè)務(wù)事項(xiàng)；如下圖： 點(diǎn)擊事項(xiàng)名稱，可跳轉(zhuǎn)至相關(guān)欄目地址，查看該事項(xiàng)的辦事指南。如點(diǎn)擊某“港口經(jīng)營”類的事項(xiàng)，將彈出新的窗口，如圖所示： 點(diǎn)擊“港口經(jīng)營許可辦事指南”可以查看指南的詳細(xì)內(nèi)容。如下圖所示：4.5. 注冊 初次登錄用戶，在用戶登錄欄中進(jìn)行注冊。如下圖所示，點(diǎn)擊注冊； 進(jìn)入注冊用戶頁面，如下圖所示，用戶根據(jù)提示填寫相關(guān)信息，點(diǎn)擊保存即可注冊成功，密碼默認(rèn)為：123。系統(tǒng)提示注冊成功后自動登錄。4.6. 登錄 注冊用戶登錄時只需在用戶登錄欄中輸入賬號、密碼、點(diǎn)擊登錄，即可進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)。 登錄成功后，進(jìn)入廣州港務(wù)局

28、港航行政業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)該用戶的登錄首頁，左側(cè)有支持人員的聯(lián)系方式和說明文檔下載，右側(cè)是用戶的待辦事項(xiàng)。 在首頁右上角有導(dǎo)航欄：點(diǎn)擊可以跳轉(zhuǎn)到上一個瀏覽的頁面；點(diǎn)擊可以跳轉(zhuǎn)到前一個瀏覽的頁面；點(diǎn)擊刷新當(dāng)前頁面；點(diǎn)擊直接返回系統(tǒng)首頁；點(diǎn)擊注銷用戶，退出系統(tǒng)。 點(diǎn)擊可以跳轉(zhuǎn)到子系統(tǒng)切換頁面。企業(yè)用戶只能登錄廣州港務(wù)局港航行政業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)。 將鼠標(biāo)移到系統(tǒng)標(biāo)題上，就會自動出現(xiàn)操作菜單，或者點(diǎn)擊系統(tǒng)標(biāo)題旁邊的按鈕。 將鼠標(biāo)移到其中一個菜單圖標(biāo)上，就會自動出現(xiàn)菜單項(xiàng)，點(diǎn)擊菜單項(xiàng)，就可以進(jìn)行對應(yīng)的功能操作5. 政企互動1.2.3.4.5.5.1. 快捷發(fā)信 在操作菜單中“政企互動”包括快捷發(fā)信、發(fā)件箱、收件箱

29、三個操作菜單項(xiàng)。 點(diǎn)擊“快捷發(fā)信”系統(tǒng)彈出信息收發(fā)詳細(xì)信息界面，輸入信息標(biāo)題和信息內(nèi)容，選擇管理部門。企業(yè)用戶跟企業(yè)用戶之間是不能互發(fā)信件的。點(diǎn)擊保存即可把該信件發(fā)送到選擇的部門負(fù)責(zé)人收件箱中。5.2. 發(fā)件箱 點(diǎn)擊“發(fā)件箱”系統(tǒng)彈出發(fā)件箱界面，可查看用戶發(fā)過的所有信件 ，也可新增、刪除、查詢，導(dǎo)出信件。 點(diǎn)擊列表中信件的信息標(biāo)題，可查看信件的詳細(xì)信息和信件在所在部門的閱讀狀態(tài)。5.3. 收件箱 點(diǎn)擊“收件箱”系統(tǒng)彈出收件箱界面，可查看用戶收到的所有信件 ，可查詢，導(dǎo)出信件。 點(diǎn)擊列表的閱讀狀態(tài)和查看可以查看信件的詳細(xì)信息和閱讀狀態(tài)，如下圖所示。6. 個人中心1.2.3.4.5.6.6.1.

30、其它系統(tǒng)賬號綁定管理 在操作菜單中“個人中心”包括其它系統(tǒng)賬號綁定管理和修改密碼； 點(diǎn)擊“其它系統(tǒng)賬號綁定管理”系統(tǒng)跳轉(zhuǎn)到網(wǎng)辦集成登錄授權(quán)表列表界面。綁定一個其它系統(tǒng)的賬號，以后可以用該賬號登錄網(wǎng)上辦事大廳系統(tǒng)。 點(diǎn)擊“新增”按鈕系統(tǒng)跳轉(zhuǎn)到網(wǎng)辦集成登錄授權(quán)表，根據(jù)選擇提示，選擇授權(quán)系統(tǒng)標(biāo)示名稱，填寫相應(yīng)的登錄信息，點(diǎn)擊保存即可綁定其它系統(tǒng)的賬號。6.2. 修改密碼 點(diǎn)擊“修改密碼”系統(tǒng)跳轉(zhuǎn)到修改密碼界面。輸入舊密碼和新密碼保存即可修改密碼成功。7. 業(yè)務(wù)辦理7.1. 待辦事項(xiàng) 在操作菜單中“業(yè)務(wù)辦理”包括待辦事項(xiàng)、事項(xiàng)跟蹤、我要辦理新業(yè)務(wù)。 點(diǎn)擊“待辦事項(xiàng)”，或者點(diǎn)擊首頁的待辦事項(xiàng)欄目里面的等

31、待您處理的事項(xiàng)共有 項(xiàng)，可跳轉(zhuǎn)到待辦事項(xiàng)列表界面。 待辦事項(xiàng)列表，點(diǎn)擊列表中的申請事項(xiàng)列可以修改該待辦事項(xiàng)的信息和繼續(xù)辦理該待辦事項(xiàng)。7.2. 事項(xiàng)跟蹤 點(diǎn)擊“事項(xiàng)跟蹤”系統(tǒng)跳轉(zhuǎn)到流程跟蹤列表界面?？梢圆榭此袠I(yè)務(wù)的流程狀態(tài)。 點(diǎn)擊申請事項(xiàng)還可以查看事項(xiàng)的詳細(xì)信息。7.3. 辦理新業(yè)務(wù) 點(diǎn)擊“我要辦理新業(yè)務(wù)”，或者點(diǎn)擊首頁的待辦事項(xiàng)欄目中的申請新業(yè)務(wù)直接點(diǎn)這里，可跳轉(zhuǎn)到行政審批事項(xiàng)列表界面。 行政審批事項(xiàng)列表中包括航道管理處、港務(wù)監(jiān)督管理處、安全監(jiān)督保衛(wèi)處、規(guī)劃建設(shè)處。每個部門都包括不同的業(yè)務(wù)審批事項(xiàng)。 辦理新業(yè)務(wù)主要有四種流程，下面的四個練習(xí)主要介紹四種流程的操作。7.3.1. 練習(xí)1可選擇

32、受理分局 行政審批事項(xiàng)列表中點(diǎn)擊一個業(yè)務(wù)辦理申請，系統(tǒng)自動新增該業(yè)務(wù)申請，用戶不填寫任何信息，關(guān)閉頁面或返回，在待辦事項(xiàng)中都可以看到申請的業(yè)務(wù)。 系統(tǒng)跳轉(zhuǎn)到業(yè)務(wù)辦理事項(xiàng)信息頁面，自動產(chǎn)生事項(xiàng)編號，根據(jù)事項(xiàng)表的選項(xiàng)提示填寫相關(guān)信息，而事項(xiàng)名稱自動加載點(diǎn)擊的業(yè)務(wù)事項(xiàng)。不填寫任何信息，可保存成功；不填寫任何信息，不能提交審核，系統(tǒng)提示：帶紅色*號的為必填項(xiàng) 點(diǎn)擊“刪除”按鈕是刪除申請的該業(yè)務(wù)事項(xiàng)。 點(diǎn)擊事項(xiàng)信息選項(xiàng)卡旁邊的“附件材料”選項(xiàng)卡，根據(jù)不同的業(yè)務(wù)事項(xiàng)，有不同的附件列表。 根據(jù)不同的附件標(biāo)題，上傳相應(yīng)的附件材料，點(diǎn)擊不同的附件標(biāo)題進(jìn)入后，是上傳附件界面，填寫附件名稱，點(diǎn)擊瀏覽選擇相應(yīng)的附件，點(diǎn)擊保存即可上傳成功，在企業(yè)本次提交附件材料列表中新增該附件，你可以繼續(xù)瀏覽上傳附件。 如果你想使用過去已提交的附件材料，可以點(diǎn)擊保存按鈕下方的“這里”按鈕，系統(tǒng)會顯示用戶過去上傳的附件材料列表，選擇需要的附件，點(diǎn)擊“復(fù)用勾選的附件”按鈕，即可使用過去已提交的附件材料。 點(diǎn)擊附件材料選項(xiàng)卡旁
