Now I'm about to graduate from the School of Continuing Education at QinghuaUniversity with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering by distance learning. 如今我通過遠(yuǎn)程學(xué)習(xí)即將從清華大學(xué)的繼續(xù)教育學(xué)院畢業(yè),獲得計算機(jī)工程專業(yè)的學(xué)士學(xué)位。
2、183; 根本用法:1. be about to do.即將.;馬上.2. with短語在句中充當(dāng)伴隨狀語的成分。2. I think that getting laid off will prove to be the best thing that ever happened to me. 我覺得被辭退將證明是發(fā)生在我身上的最好的一件事。· 根本用法1. 此句為主從復(fù)合句,think后面的that從句是賓語從句,that是連詞,不作成分,可以省略掉;getting laid off是動名詞做主語,同時,get done 是一個系表構(gòu)造,表
3、示被動;the best thing 后面的that從句是定語從句,修飾先行詞thing,that是關(guān)系代詞,在從句中充當(dāng)主語。2. prove to be .證明是.prove 既可以用做行為動詞,又可以做系動詞。當(dāng)用作行為動詞時,含義是“證明.; 而當(dāng)用作系動詞時,含義是“被證明是。一般來說,聯(lián)絡(luò)動詞本身含有被動含義,所以不再用于被動語態(tài)。后面往往跟形容詞或to be 或名詞或分詞做表語。He proved the theory and it proved to be correct.他證明了那個理論,理論被證明是正確的。He proved to be unequal to th

8、引導(dǎo)詞that。Id done more work.也是賓語從句,省略了引導(dǎo)詞that。2. a bit 有點(diǎn),略微。如:He thinks the vegetable is a bit tasteless.他覺得蔬菜沒有什么味道。Your article is a bit long for our paper.你的文章對我們的報紙而言長了一點(diǎn)。注意:a bit和a bit of 以及a little 的區(qū)別。a bit 修飾動詞、形容詞、副詞和比較級,a bit of 修飾名詞!a bit和a little都作"一點(diǎn)兒"講,但用法不同。 1.
9、 a bit和a little在肯定句中修飾動詞、形容詞、副詞和比較級時可以互換,表示"一點(diǎn)兒"的意思。例如:The speaker spoke up a bit/a little so as to make himself heard more clearly.演講者把嗓門進(jìn)步了一點(diǎn)兒,以便使別人聽得更清楚。 2. a bit和a little在否認(rèn)句中的意思恰恰相反,not a bit相當(dāng)于"not at all"一點(diǎn)兒都不;not a little相當(dāng)于"verymuch"或"extremely"很
10、、非常。例如:She is not a bit tired.=She is not tired at all.她一點(diǎn)都不累。3. a little可以直接作定語修飾名詞,而a bit那么要在后面加of構(gòu)成短語才能作定語, 兩者都只能修飾不可數(shù)名詞。例如:There is a little/a bit of food left for lunch. 午飯只能吃剩下的一點(diǎn)食品了。4. a bit of的另一種形式是bits of,a little那么沒有這種變體。例如:Besides this, he used part of an old army wireless set,

14、hall learn much, and remember much. 勤于提問的人將學(xué)到更多,記住的也多。· 根本用法1. 此句為主從復(fù)合句,who引導(dǎo)的是主語從句,在從句中充當(dāng)主語。2. shall 的用法:與第一人稱連用,表示將來。如:We shall be landing in Pairs in sixteen minutes, exactly on time.與第一、三人稱連用,表示委婉地提出懇求或征求意見。Shall I telephone her and ask her to come here?與第二、三人稱連用,表示強(qiáng)迫、命令、威脅、警告、許諾
