2、獨(dú)立分析問題、解決問題的能力;3、 使學(xué)生在機(jī)械的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)和動(dòng)力分析方面,初步建立一個(gè)完整的概念;4、 進(jìn)一步提高學(xué)生計(jì)算和制圖能力,以及運(yùn)用電子計(jì)算機(jī)的運(yùn)算能力。<二>、機(jī)械原理課程設(shè)計(jì)的任務(wù):1按給定條件綜合連桿機(jī)構(gòu),確定連桿機(jī)構(gòu)各構(gòu)件的尺寸,以滿足不同的實(shí)際工作的要求;2對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)分析;(圖解法及解析法兩種方法)3設(shè)計(jì)凸輪輪廓曲線,繪制凸輪從動(dòng)件位移曲線。 二、機(jī)械原理課程設(shè)計(jì)題目及其設(shè)計(jì)要求<一>課程設(shè)計(jì)題目:擺動(dòng)從動(dòng)件桿盤型凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)<二>設(shè)計(jì)要求1、采用圖解法設(shè)計(jì):凸輪中心到擺桿中心A的距離為160mm,凸輪以順時(shí)針方向等速回轉(zhuǎn),擺桿的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律如

4、構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)說明:凸輪運(yùn)動(dòng)分為四個(gè)階段:第一階段,推程階段:從動(dòng)件以等加等減規(guī)律運(yùn)動(dòng),凸輪轉(zhuǎn)過角度為1500,擺桿上擺過240;第二階段(即遠(yuǎn)休止)凸輪轉(zhuǎn)過角度為200,擺桿靜止;第三階段(即回程段)從動(dòng)件以簡諧規(guī)律運(yùn)動(dòng),凸輪轉(zhuǎn)過角度為1200,擺桿下擺過240;第四階段(即近休止)凸輪轉(zhuǎn)過角度為700,擺桿靜止。<二>機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)簡圖如下:四、機(jī)械原理課程設(shè)計(jì)方案以及原始數(shù)據(jù)<一>、設(shè)計(jì)方案:符號(hào)方案 01020304r0從動(dòng)桿運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律推程回程24º150º20º120º70º40等加等減簡諧<二>、原始數(shù)據(jù):凸輪

5、中心到擺桿中心的距離:a=160mm擺桿行程角:=24°凸輪推程運(yùn)動(dòng)角:01=150°凸輪遠(yuǎn)休止角:d02=20°凸輪回程運(yùn)動(dòng)角:03=120°凸輪近休止角:d04=70°基圓半徑:r0=40mm滾子半徑rr的選擇:凸輪工作廓線的曲率半徑表示為a ,用表示理論廓線的曲率半徑,即有a=±rr;為了避免發(fā)生失真現(xiàn)象,我們應(yīng)該使p的最小值大于0,即使rr ;另一方面,滾子的尺寸還受其強(qiáng)度和結(jié)構(gòu)的限制,不能太小,通常我們?nèi)L子半徑:rr=(0.1 0.5)*r0在此,可以取r1=0.25*r0=10mm。擺桿長度的選擇:擺動(dòng)推桿取許用壓力角a

6、= 35°45°因此桿長取150mm 五、圖解法設(shè)計(jì)擺桿的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律:(1) 第一個(gè)運(yùn)動(dòng)階段,推程段:擺桿推程運(yùn)動(dòng)是等加等減運(yùn)動(dòng),根據(jù)多項(xiàng)式運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律,推桿的多項(xiàng)式運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律的一般表達(dá)式為=C0+C1+C22 +Cnn 式中為凸輪轉(zhuǎn)角;為擺桿位移; C0、C1、C2、Cn為待定系數(shù),可利用邊界條件來確定。運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律是二項(xiàng)式運(yùn)功規(guī)律,其表達(dá)式為=C0+C1+C22 由式可見,為了保證凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)的平穩(wěn)性,通常應(yīng)使推桿先作加速運(yùn)動(dòng)。設(shè)在加速段和減速段凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)角及推桿的行程各占一半(即各為0/2及/2)。這時(shí),推程加速段的邊界條件為 在始點(diǎn)處=00,=00, 在終點(diǎn)處=750,=1

7、20, 將其代入,可求得C0 =0 ,C1 =0, C2 =2/ (01 )2,且=240,故擺桿等加速推程段的運(yùn)動(dòng)方程為=22/(01 )2式中,變化范圍為00750。推程減速段的邊界條件為在始點(diǎn)處=750, =120,在終點(diǎn)處 =1500, =240,故擺桿等減速推程段的運(yùn)動(dòng)方程為=-2(01-)2/(01)2 式中的變化范圍為7501500。(2)第三階段,回程段:簡諧運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律,其擺桿回程時(shí)的運(yùn)動(dòng)方程為=1+cos(/03)/2式中的變化范圍為17002900。(2) 第二、四階段分別是遠(yuǎn)休止和近休止,故擺桿運(yùn)動(dòng)方程都為=00 (3) 初始角:0=arccos(a2+l2-r0)/(2a

10、<一>計(jì)算擺桿的角位移并對(duì)凸輪轉(zhuǎn)角求導(dǎo):(1)在第一階段當(dāng)擺桿以等加等減運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律上擺240,設(shè)在加速段和減速段凸輪的運(yùn)動(dòng)角及擺桿的行程角各占一半,故擺桿等加速推程段的運(yùn)動(dòng)方程為: =2()2/(01)2 d/d=4/(01)2 變化范圍0750。擺桿推程減速段的運(yùn)動(dòng)方程為: =2(01)/(01)2 d/d=4(01-)/(01)2 =7501500。(2)第三階段擺桿按簡諧運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律下擺240,故可列回程時(shí)的運(yùn)動(dòng)方程為:=1+cos(3/03)/2d/d= -sin(3/03)/(203 )=001200,03=1200。<二>計(jì)算凸輪的理論廓線和工作廓線: 凸輪理論廓
