3、高壓除氧器與除氧水箱組成,用于電站鍋爐給水的除氧。在正常工作下,利用汽輪機抽汽或壓力得到控制且具有安全瀉放裝置的汽源作為加熱蒸汽,將進入除氧器的水加熱到與除氧器運行壓力相對應的飽和蒸汽溫度,根據(jù)道爾頓定律,將溶于水的氧與二氧化碳等非凝結(jié)氣體除去,達到標準規(guī)定的除氧水,儲存在除氧水箱中,隨時準備供給用水的需要。1). For the opening pressure of safety valve and number , please refer to the equipment drawing.5、在水箱筒體上設(shè)有2對就地磁翻板水位計,用于現(xiàn)場觀察,還根據(jù)需要設(shè)有3對平衡容器,用于遠方水位顯示及報警、控制水位,當水位高于預定值時,及時發(fā)出高水位溢流放水信號,自動開啟氣動調(diào)節(jié)閥進行排水,以維持水箱中的正常水位,保證設(shè)備穩(wěn)定運行。另設(shè)2對備用水位測量接口,便于用戶根據(jù)需要設(shè)置水位控制儀表。

13、andby.二、 結(jié)構(gòu)及原理2. Construction and Function1、高壓除氧器按水流方向,由上而下,分為排汽區(qū)段,空間區(qū)(除氧區(qū))和填料區(qū)段。主凝結(jié)水及補給水,以及各處合格的疏水進入除氧器水室內(nèi),在壓差的作用下,經(jīng)多只彈簧噴嘴,在壓差的作用下形成射流噴射,形成傘狀的水膜裙,加熱蒸汽由淋水盤填料層側(cè)面進入,在淋水盤間折流穿行,與入口水逐級相遇,進行熱質(zhì)交換。將入口水加熱到與除氧器運行壓力相對應的飽和蒸汽溫度,溶解于水中的氧氣及不凝結(jié)氣體,自水中逸出,經(jīng)除氧器(頭)上部的汽水分離裝置和排汽管匯集管,排入大氣,排氧門可以根據(jù)出水含氧量指標的變化,及時進行調(diào)整開度,以保證在出水含氧

14、量達標的情況下節(jié)能。入口水在空間區(qū)內(nèi)完成一次除氧,在淋水盤層完成二次除氧。除氧水由除氧器自流而下,經(jīng)下水管自由下落,匯集于除氧水箱內(nèi)。除氧器端部還設(shè)有高加疏水管,為減少高加疏水對除氧器內(nèi)件的沖擊,設(shè)有不銹鋼擋板,對進入的高加疏水進行汽水分離。這種除氧器的傳熱系數(shù)較高,可在較短的時間內(nèi)將水加熱到要求的狀態(tài),達到除氧效果。1). 19、tion in the packing. The deoxygenated water flows down in the deaerator, passing through the water distribution pipe of the storage tank, It is collected in the storage tank. 21、xygenation and heating effect.2、除氧水箱由臥式筒體和兩個封頭焊制而成,水箱兩端設(shè)有兩個供檢修和維護用的人孔。筒體內(nèi)設(shè)有多道T型加強圈,以保證水箱的強度和剛性。除氧水箱內(nèi)設(shè)不銹鋼再沸騰輔助加熱管,啟動時或需要時,加熱蒸汽通過沸騰管上的小孔,沸騰鼓泡,將水箱內(nèi)給水進行再加熱升溫。水箱底部設(shè)有3個除氧水(下水管)出口,下水管頂部設(shè)有特殊的防旋渦裝置,防止出水在給水泵處產(chǎn)生汽蝕。水箱側(cè)面設(shè)有高位排水(溢流)管,當水箱水位超過高水位時,由DCS發(fā)出信號,開啟氣動調(diào)節(jié)閥進行高水位放水,以保證設(shè)備正常運行。在水箱上部還設(shè)有設(shè)有給水再循環(huán)接管,該管深入水箱上部空間,給水由管上諸

Design, manufacture, installation and inspection of d

29、eoxygenating equipment1、本設(shè)備的安裝,應符合固定式壓力容器安全技術(shù)監(jiān)察規(guī)程,GB150-1998鋼制壓力容器,電站壓力式除氧器安全技術(shù)規(guī)定,JB/T10325-2002鍋爐除氧器技術(shù)條件及電力建設(shè)施工及驗收技術(shù)規(guī)范(汽輪機機組篇)的規(guī)定。油漆,包裝,運輸按JB/T4711-2003壓力容器涂敷與運輸包裝執(zhí)行。1). Design, fabrication, inspection, test and acceptance criteria of this equipment shall comply with the requirements of GB150-1998

30、"Steel Pressure Vessels", "Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology For Stationary Pressure Vessel " and JB/T10325-2002 " Boiler in addition to oxygen machine technique condition ",and under supervision of "Supervision Specification For Technology And Safety of

31、Pressure Vessels"and The installation of the equipment shall be in accordance with DLJ53-81 "Construction And Acceptance Criteria of Power Plant Building (turbine)". Painting, packing and transportation of the equipment shall comply with the requirements of JB/T4711-2003 "Paintin

32、g, Packing And Transportation Of Pressure Vessels".2、現(xiàn)場組裝的焊縫應符合設(shè)計圖紙(設(shè)備系統(tǒng)圖)技術(shù)要求中的規(guī)定。2). The welding seam assembled at site shall comply with the regulations of the technical requirements in the design drawings.3、水箱安裝式就位找平,除氧器保持垂直。水箱的鞍座面及基礎(chǔ)臺板,在水箱就位前,必須清掃干凈平整?;瑒又ё臐L體,位置安裝應適當,滑動支座底板長圓孔在安裝時,應在水箱膨脹方向

33、留有足夠的膨脹間距?;瑒又ё牡啬_螺栓應采用兩個螺母,第一個擰緊后,倒退一圈。再用第二個螺母鎖緊。3). The storage tank shall be horizontal, and the deaerator shall be perpendicular to the base plate and seating support of the storage tank. 35、 it one turn, then use the second nut to tighten it up.4、設(shè)備組裝完畢后,保溫前按圖紙要求進行水壓試驗,若發(fā)現(xiàn)缺陷,及時采取措施處理,處理后再做水壓試驗,直至合格。 4). 43、 manual is only for reference.運行方式要點:The main points of its operation modes:1、啟動。1,start. 在初次啟動和經(jīng)過較長期停用后啟動,水箱內(nèi)空洞無水,應首先經(jīng)管道輸入化學除鹽水或凝結(jié)水。啟動時,必須以打循環(huán)的方式加熱存水。從水箱流出的水經(jīng)過管道流向?qū)S玫脑傺h(huán)泵,升壓后流向除氧器,打開備用汽源,在除氧器內(nèi)加熱再循環(huán)水,加熱后此水流入水箱,如此往復,水箱內(nèi)存水逐步加熱升溫,在除氧器內(nèi)壓力由大氣壓上升到0.147MPa.a時,可以做定壓運行。啟動時,適當開啟除氧器上部排汽門、水位計、及平衡容器操作閥門,其它閥門暫時關(guān)閉

58、und machine.6、運行中需注意事項6.Precautions in operation6.1 加熱蒸汽采用汽輪機低一級抽汽,不得采用高一級抽汽。當機組啟動或低負荷運行時,可根據(jù)加熱蒸汽參數(shù)(或另用輔助汽源)。 確定除氧器的運行壓力,如必須使用高一級抽汽時,應考慮十足的安全措施。本設(shè)備在任何情況下,嚴禁超設(shè)計壓力運行.6.1The heated steam shall adopt low-level extraction steam of turbine, not high-level extraction steam .
