25、。我們的各科老師都以十分的努力和優(yōu)秀的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)引導和幫助孩子愛學習會學習，我們的孩子也付出了很大的努力。相信經(jīng)過一學期在嘉祥的學習大家也都明顯感受到了孩子學習方面的變化：學習積極了，作業(yè)主動了，知識容量也越來越大，對知識的渴求也越來越迫切。就期末考試的情況來看，學生知識的學習和掌握都已過手，但也存在一些審題不清、馬虎大意，遷移能力弱等情況，具體等會兒各科老師都會與大家溝通，我就不在這里贅述。但我在這里有一點要提醒我們的家長朋友予以重視，部分孩子偏科現(xiàn)象嚴重，比如在本次期末考試中：小L同學語文和英語都高居第一，數(shù)學卻在年級 60%以后；小X同學數(shù)學位居年級第一，語文卻是年級倒數(shù)幾名。這在中小學基

35、.Impr oving rese arch,improvi ng research methods,butt hereare less grass-root sunit s,二、班級和學生現(xiàn)狀介紹。本班原有學生25 人，現(xiàn)有學生32 人，男生17 人，女生15 人。就上學期班級的情況來看，班風正、學風濃，班級榮譽感強，絕大部分學生有較強的獨立生活能力和良好的人際關系。尤其是我們的班委干部如曹辰希、李根、鄭敬天、郭珂妤、肖茹月、李欣雨、徐思然、羅旋等起到了很好的模范帶頭作用。當然， 我們班的每一個孩子都愿意服務同學，熱心相互幫助，每個同學在班上都承擔了一定的崗位和任務，而且有一些同學還非常負責認
