21、,courtesy,correctnessandconsideration.2.1ConcisenessConcisenessmeanstowritethefewestpossiblewordswithoutsacrificingcompletenessandcourtesy.AconcisebusinessEnglishlettersavestimeandexpenseforbothsenderandreceiver.Concisenesscontributestoemphasis.Byeliminatingunnecessarywords,youhelpmakeimportantideas
22、standout.Toachieveconciseness,trytoobservethefollowingsuggestions:2.1.1ShortenorOmitWordsorExpressionsAsfewwordsaspossibleshouldbeusedtogivecompleteandclearmeanings.Theexpressionofthelong-windedplaysnoroleinthesentence.Forexampl,e“atthepresenttime”w,ecanusenowtoexpressthesamemeaning.Asisclearlythela
