2、司平安工作方案要求，強(qiáng)化平安消費(fèi)責(zé)任意識(shí)和反違章管理，樹(shù)立全員參與意識(shí)，通過(guò)多樣培訓(xùn)和演練工作，進(jìn)步員工平安防范技能和意識(shí)，促進(jìn)公司平安開(kāi)展。二、活動(dòng)主題和時(shí)間安排活動(dòng)主題: 強(qiáng)化平安根底，推動(dòng)平安開(kāi)展?；顒?dòng)時(shí)間：6月30日。三、工作目的通過(guò)“平安消費(fèi)月”活動(dòng)的開(kāi)展，結(jié)實(shí)樹(shù)立以人為本、平安開(kāi)展的理念，把平安消費(fèi)擺到更加重要的位置，完善平安應(yīng)急預(yù)案體系，促進(jìn)平安消費(fèi)責(zé)任進(jìn)一步落實(shí)；員工平安意識(shí)明顯增強(qiáng)；平安管理明顯加強(qiáng)；隱患整治獲得明顯成效。四、組織機(jī)構(gòu)為了組織和開(kāi)展好“平安消費(fèi)月”活動(dòng)，實(shí)在搞好各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)，特成立“平安消費(fèi)月”活動(dòng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組。組 長(zhǎng)： 副組長(zhǎng)： 成 員：領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組下設(shè)辦公室，辦公室設(shè)

3、在平安監(jiān)察部，同志兼任辦公室主任，詳細(xì)負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)“平安消費(fèi)月”活動(dòng)期間開(kāi)展的各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)。五、活動(dòng)安排部署及相關(guān)要求1、5月31日舉行“平安消費(fèi)月”啟動(dòng)儀式，并組織簽名_活動(dòng)，由公司黨支部、平安監(jiān)察部、工會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)組織。2、6月1日張貼、懸掛活動(dòng)宣傳品，由平安監(jiān)察部組織張貼。3、6月6日至6月9日開(kāi)展警示教育活動(dòng)，組織全體員工觀看消費(fèi)平安事故典型案例盤(pán)點(diǎn)警示教育片，由平安監(jiān)察部組織。4、6月17日至23日為應(yīng)急演練周，由安委會(huì)辦公室適時(shí)組織，在油品罐區(qū)開(kāi)展一次全員性應(yīng)急救援預(yù)案演練。5、6月20日之前各部門(mén)、車(chē)間組織進(jìn)展一次平安消費(fèi)隱患自查、自糾活動(dòng)，平安監(jiān)察部于6月20日至30日適時(shí)組織檢查。6、6月

4、26日由公司黨支部、工會(huì)、團(tuán)支部等結(jié)合舉辦第八屆“安康杯”平安知識(shí)競(jìng)賽及平安消費(fèi)知識(shí)有獎(jiǎng)答題活動(dòng)。7、6月27日進(jìn)展佩戴空氣呼吸器、油槽滅火及兩人一盤(pán)水帶出水操作等消防應(yīng)急器材競(jìng)賽活動(dòng)。8、各單位在“平安消費(fèi)月” 期間組織本車(chē)間員工開(kāi)展以“強(qiáng)化平安宣傳教育、全面推進(jìn)平安。各部門(mén)、車(chē)間領(lǐng)導(dǎo)要高度重視，進(jìn)步認(rèn)識(shí)，從增強(qiáng)全員平安意識(shí)，提升平安管理程度作為工作的切入點(diǎn)和落腳點(diǎn)，認(rèn)真組織施行，確?！捌桨蚕M(fèi)月”的各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)順利開(kāi)展?！捌桨蚕M(fèi)月”期間全國(guó)3起化工企業(yè)事故6月2日14時(shí)30分許，大連石化公司位于甘井子區(qū)廠區(qū)內(nèi)一結(jié)合車(chē)間939號(hào)罐著火，該罐用于儲(chǔ)存焦油等雜料，目前正處于檢修期間。經(jīng)消防官兵及時(shí)

5、撲救，截至16時(shí)火已撲滅。火災(zāi)造成2人受傷，2人失蹤。?火情發(fā)生后，大連石化立即啟動(dòng)應(yīng)急預(yù)案，開(kāi)展現(xiàn)場(chǎng)搶險(xiǎn)救援。一是組織消防力量進(jìn)展現(xiàn)場(chǎng)滅火撲救；二是對(duì)大氣環(huán)境進(jìn)展實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)說(shuō)明，事故未造成環(huán)境的空氣和水質(zhì)污染。事故原因正在調(diào)查中。?據(jù)理解，事發(fā)時(shí)爆炸引發(fā)的兩聲巨響，在很遠(yuǎn)的地方就能聽(tīng)到，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)濃煙滾滾，天空彌漫著黑色灰塵，地上還有黑色的油點(diǎn)落下來(lái)。?這是自2022年以來(lái)，大連石化甘井子區(qū)廠區(qū)內(nèi)的第三起爆炸事故。國(guó)家安監(jiān)總局網(wǎng)站的通報(bào)顯示，2022年7月16日，該廠區(qū)一煉油裝置“三蒸餾轉(zhuǎn)換器”發(fā)生泄漏起火，大火燃燒6小時(shí)后才被撲滅；當(dāng)年8月29日，該廠區(qū)一臺(tái)2萬(wàn)立方米柴油儲(chǔ)罐爆炸起火

6、。二、吉林6.3寶豐20_年6月3日清晨，吉林寶豐禽業(yè)公司發(fā)生火災(zāi)，到上午10時(shí)火勢(shì)根本被控制住，但現(xiàn)場(chǎng)仍有大量濃煙冒出。從德惠市米沙子鎮(zhèn)寶豐禽業(yè)火災(zāi)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)救援指揮部得悉，截至6月10日，共造成121人遇難，77人受傷。事故發(fā)生后，企業(yè)法人代表已被控制。國(guó)務(wù)院已成立特別調(diào)查組。據(jù)吉林省消防部門(mén)介紹，本次事故系廠房氨氣爆炸引發(fā)火災(zāi)。國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于吉林德惠市“63火災(zāi)”事故調(diào)查組6月6日上午召開(kāi)第一次全體會(huì)議，調(diào)查組目前確定這是一起嚴(yán)重的責(zé)任事故，事故原因還未能確定。大連金州化工廠爆炸致5死 多事故敲響平安警鐘15日下午5：30左右，大連科諾爾化工廠發(fā)生爆炸，目睹者稱(chēng)：爆炸發(fā)生后，有物體被沖到幾十層樓的
