1、Module8 Time off語法突破寫作指導語法突破寫作指導 在復合句中, 由一個句子作賓語, 則該句子叫賓語從句。賓語從句的語序是陳述語序。1. 引導詞that that引導的賓語從句由陳述句轉化而來, 用于陳述一件事, that無意義, 在口語或非正式文 體中常被省略。如: He wants to speak to the headmaster. He says. (合并為復合句) He says (that) he wants to speak to the headmaster. 他說他想和校長談話。2. 主句謂語動詞的使用 主句的謂語動詞是say, know, think, he

2、ar, hope, wish, believe, remember等時, 或主句的謂語是由形容詞afraid, glad, sure, sorry等構成的系表結構時, 后面 常接that引導的賓語從句。如: I think that we need to buy some meat for the party. 我認為我們需要為聚會買些肉。 Im sure (that) shell write to me. 我相信她會給我寫信。3. 賓語從句時態(tài)的選擇 賓語從句謂語動詞的時態(tài)由主句謂語動詞的時態(tài)決定:若主句為一般現(xiàn)在時或一 般將來時, 從句的謂語動詞可根據(jù)具體情況選用相應的任何時態(tài); 若主句為

3、一般過 去時, 從句要用相應的某種過去時態(tài)。如: We hope youll have a very happy year in our class. 我們希望你在我們班能度過無比快樂的一年。 He said that he was mending his bike at that time. 他說那時候他正在修他的自行車。溫馨提示:若從句表示的是客觀事實、普遍真理、自然現(xiàn)象等, 從句的謂語動詞不受主句時態(tài)的限制, 只能用一般現(xiàn)在時。如:The teacher told us yesterday that December 25 is Christmas Day. 老師昨天告訴我們十二月二十五

4、日是圣誕節(jié)。4. 賓語從句的否定轉移 當主句的謂語動詞是think, believe, suppose等詞, 且主句主語為第一人稱時, 若 后面的賓語從句要表示否定概念, 一般將否定詞not轉移到主句的謂語中, 這種現(xiàn) 象叫“否定轉移”。如: 我相信他們不會來這里。 【誤】 I believe they wont come here. 【正】 I dont believe they will come here. . 單項選擇( )1.
