4、工程施工安全技術(shù)規(guī)程（JTJ 076-95 ）。.龍青十一標(biāo)段橋涵施工設(shè)計(jì)圖。.現(xiàn)有機(jī)械設(shè)備條件、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工條件及施工準(zhǔn)備情況。二、工程概況及地質(zhì)簡(jiǎn)介K142+367.5下開(kāi)河分離立交橋位于即墨市龍山鎮(zhèn)下開(kāi)河村，為跨縣鄉(xiāng)道的主線上跨 式分離式立交，凈高5ml交角85度，跨徑20+25+25+20m橋梁全長(zhǎng)97.06米。本橋上 部結(jié)構(gòu)采用一聯(lián)預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)箱梁；下部構(gòu)造為柱式墩、肋板臺(tái)，基礎(chǔ)均為鉆孔灌 注端承樁（沖擊鉆）基礎(chǔ)。本橋共42根樁，其中橋墩樁基18根，樁徑為1.5m,總樁長(zhǎng)432m橋臺(tái)樁基24根, 樁徑1.2m,總樁長(zhǎng)528m根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)S11-5I-2-02工程地質(zhì)縱斷面圖可知，本橋樁基

19、底內(nèi)容包括：施工工藝及方法、質(zhì)量控制要點(diǎn)、安全及環(huán)保等。物資準(zhǔn)備：原材料的取樣試驗(yàn)工作已經(jīng)按規(guī)范要求完成，駐地辦對(duì)材料進(jìn)行抽檢試 驗(yàn)并批準(zhǔn)使用，配合比已審批。備足施工用水、粘土等必備材料，確保樁基鉆孔施工正 常進(jìn)行。設(shè)備準(zhǔn)備：拌合站、沖擊鉆機(jī)、碎運(yùn)輸車(chē)、發(fā)電機(jī)等機(jī)械設(shè)備性能良好，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工 用電配備到位。護(hù)筒埋設(shè)護(hù)筒采用整體式鋼制護(hù)筒，壁厚4mm內(nèi)徑大于樁徑20cm護(hù)筒的埋設(shè)采用挖埋法， 埋置深度2m,坑挖好后，將坑底整平，然后放入護(hù)筒，經(jīng)檢查位置正確，筒身豎直后， 四周即用黏土回填，分層夯實(shí)，并隨填隨觀察護(hù)筒，防止填土?xí)r護(hù)筒位置偏移。護(hù)筒埋 設(shè)時(shí)，具頂面高出施工地面0.3m,護(hù)筒頂面中心與設(shè)計(jì)

20、樁位偏差不大于 5cm,傾斜度不 大于1%采用護(hù)筒頂拉十字線吊垂球與樁位對(duì)比進(jìn)行復(fù)核。在護(hù)筒埋設(shè)好后，在頂部焊加強(qiáng)筋和吊耳且開(kāi)出水口。泥漿制備泥漿采用高粘度粘土或膨潤(rùn)土制備，采用自然造漿方式進(jìn)行護(hù)壁，泥漿的配合比和 配制方法通過(guò)試驗(yàn)確定，制備泥漿的性能指標(biāo)為：相對(duì)密度1.11.2 ,粘度1824s,膠體率方95% 失水量0 20mL/30min,泥皮厚0 3mm/30min 靜切力 12.5Pa, PHO 811。 當(dāng)鉆孔過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)地質(zhì)與設(shè)計(jì)不符出現(xiàn)易坍地層時(shí)，除需及時(shí)與設(shè)計(jì)、監(jiān)理、業(yè)主報(bào)告 處理外，泥漿相對(duì)密度等需按規(guī)范相關(guān)規(guī)定進(jìn)行調(diào)整。泥漿池設(shè)置在兩個(gè)橋墩之間，同 時(shí)起泥漿池和沉淀池的作用

39、筋籠是否中心偏位，使之滿足規(guī)范要求，并用4根16鋼筋將其與鋼護(hù)筒焊接，以防止鋼筋籠在混凝土灌注過(guò)程中下沉 或上浮。安裝導(dǎo)管導(dǎo)管采用直徑6300mm壁厚6mm勺無(wú)縫鋼管。導(dǎo)管的連接采用法蘭盤(pán)連接。并在兩法蘭盤(pán)之間墊有45mmi的橡膠止水墊圈。 在下導(dǎo)管前，采用水密承壓和接頭抗拉試驗(yàn)，檢查其是否損壞，密封圈、 卡口是否完好，內(nèi)壁是否光滑圓順，接頭是否嚴(yán)密。進(jìn)行水密試驗(yàn)的水壓以不小于孔內(nèi)水深1.3 倍的壓力，且不小于導(dǎo)管壁和焊縫可能承受灌注砼時(shí)最大壓力的1.3 倍。 以實(shí)際孔底標(biāo)高和孔口架之間的距離來(lái)配置需要導(dǎo)管長(zhǎng)度，并預(yù)留40cm的懸空高度。拼裝時(shí)要嚴(yán)格檢查導(dǎo)管內(nèi)壁和法蘭盤(pán)表面，確保干凈無(wú)雜物，變

40、形和磨損嚴(yán)重的導(dǎo)管?chē)?yán)禁使用，導(dǎo)管的吊放用吊車(chē)，要確保其居于孔的中心位置，下放速度要慢，防止卡掛鋼筋籠骨架。第二次清孔在第一次清孔達(dá)到要求后，由于要安放鋼筋籠及導(dǎo)管，至澆注砼的時(shí)間間隙較長(zhǎng)，孔底又會(huì)產(chǎn)生沉碴，所以待安放鋼筋籠及導(dǎo)管就緒后，再利用導(dǎo)管進(jìn)行第二次清孔。清孔的方法是用泵將泥漿壓入導(dǎo)管內(nèi)，再?gòu)目椎籽刂鴮?dǎo)管外置換沉碴。清孔標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是泥漿相對(duì)密度控制在 1.031.10 ,黏度1720Pa-s,含砂率 2% 膠體率98%復(fù)測(cè)沉石S厚度在2cm以?xún)?nèi)，此時(shí)清孔完成，清孔完成后報(bào)監(jiān)理工 程師檢驗(yàn)完成后立即澆注水下砼?；炷恋墓嘧㈨殴嘧⑶埃紫雀鶕?jù)樁孔直徑、導(dǎo)管內(nèi)徑等要素計(jì)算首批砼的需要量，確保首批碎灌
