1、每日快樂閱讀:生活再苦也要笑一笑現(xiàn)在,有很多人活得很累,過得很不快樂。其實(shí),人只要生活在這個(gè)世界上,就會(huì)有很多煩惱。痛苦或是快樂,取決于你的內(nèi)心。人不是戰(zhàn)勝痛苦的強(qiáng)者,便是向痛苦屈服的弱者。再重的擔(dān)子,笑著也是,哭著也是挑。再不順的生活,微笑著撐過去了,就是勝利。有很多煩惱和痛苦是很容易解決的,有些事只要你肯換種角度、換個(gè)心態(tài),你就會(huì)有另外一番光景。所以,當(dāng)我們遇到苦難挫折時(shí),不妨把暫時(shí)的困難當(dāng)作*前的黑暗。只要以積極的心態(tài)去觀察、去思考,就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn),事實(shí)遠(yuǎn)沒有想像中的那樣糟糕。換個(gè)角度去觀察,世界會(huì)更美!生活的快樂與否,完全決定于個(gè)人對(duì)人、事、物的看法如何。你的態(tài)度決定了你一生的高度。你認(rèn)為自
2、己貧窮,并且無可救藥,那么你的一生將會(huì)在窮困潦倒中度過;你認(rèn)為貧窮是可以改變的,你將會(huì)積極、主動(dòng)地面對(duì)貧困。心態(tài)決定我們的生活,有什么樣的心態(tài),就有什么樣的人生。面對(duì)人生的煩惱與挫折,最重要的是擺正自己的心態(tài),積極面對(duì)一切。再苦再累,也要保持微笑。笑一笑,你的人生會(huì)更美好!若沒有苦難,我們會(huì)驕傲;沒有挫折,成功不再有喜悅;沒有滄桑,我們不會(huì)有同情心。因此,不要幻想生活總是那么圓滿,生活的四季不可能只有春天。每個(gè)人的一生都注定要經(jīng)歷溝溝坎坎,品嘗苦澀與無奈,經(jīng)歷挫折與失意。因此,在漫長的人生旅途中,生活如果都是兩點(diǎn)一線般的順利,就會(huì)如同白開水一樣平淡無味。只有酸甜苦辣咸五味俱全才是生活的全部,只
3、有悲喜哀痛*全部經(jīng)歷才算是完整的人生所以,你要從現(xiàn)在開始,微笑著面對(duì)生活,不要抱怨生活給了你太多的磨難,不要抱怨生活中有太多的曲折,不要抱怨生活中存在的不公。當(dāng)你走過世間的繁華*,閱盡世事,你會(huì)幡然明白:人生不會(huì)太圓滿,再苦也要笑一笑!對(duì)于一個(gè)人來說,快樂的活著就是成功的人生,所以誰都會(huì)渴望自己能夠更多的擁有快樂,然而快樂卻不是人人都能擁有的,于是有的人開始怨天憂人,怪上天不偏愛自己,怪命運(yùn)多桀,抱怨事業(yè)不順、同事不和其實(shí)這些都不是您不快樂的決定因素,真正決定您快樂與否的只是您自己!心懷感恩,選擇快樂,快樂其實(shí)是一種心境,一種精神狀態(tài)??鞓钒l(fā)自您內(nèi)心,您可以隨時(shí)創(chuàng)造一種“我很快樂”的心境,大多
4、數(shù)人要多快樂,就會(huì)有多快樂。如何才能使我們獲得快樂呢?微笑:如果您一直使自己的情緒處于低落的狀態(tài),例如您肩膀下垂、走起路來雙腿仿佛有千斤重似的,那么您就真會(huì)覺得情緒很差。您要是一臉哭相,沒有人愿意理睬您。那么要怎樣改變呢?很簡單,您只要深吸口氣,抬起頭來挺起胸,臉上露出微笑,并擺出生龍活虎的架勢就行了。微笑和打哈欠同樣會(huì)傳染的,如果您真誠地對(duì)一個(gè)人展顏而笑,他實(shí)在無法對(duì)你生氣。放松:快樂的人總是這樣對(duì)自己說:我覺得快樂,我會(huì)在各方面干得越來越好,我會(huì)越來越快樂。您反復(fù)地對(duì)自己說一些話,如“我很放松”、“我很平靜”等等,時(shí)間久了這些話就會(huì)進(jìn)入你潛意識(shí)中。憶趣:現(xiàn)在,我們一起來嘗試一下幻想愉快的心
5、理圖像。首先,放松您的下巴,抬起您的臉頰,張開您的嘴唇,向上翹起你的嘴角,對(duì)自己說“憶些趣事”。把快樂圖像化,像一部電視片一樣對(duì)自己播放,這就是愉快的心理圖像法。大聲講話:受壓抑的人說話聲音明顯地細(xì)小,表現(xiàn)得自信心不足,一點(diǎn)也不快樂。所以您要盡量提高你的音量,但不必對(duì)別人大聲喊叫。您只要有意識(shí)地使聲音比平時(shí)稍大就行。抬頭挺胸:您仔細(xì)觀察就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn),那些遭受打擊、被別人排斥的人走路都拖拉拉很懶散,顯得很邋遢,完全沒有自信。另一種人則表現(xiàn)出超凡的信心,他們走起路來比一般人快,像是在短跑。抬頭挺胸走快一點(diǎn),您會(huì)感到快樂滋長。利用自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn):假如有人告訴您:“你在電話里很會(huì)說話”。您認(rèn)為這沒什么了不起。
6、然而要知道,有許多人都覺得這么做非常困難,因此這的確是您值得驕傲的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。快樂的來源是發(fā)現(xiàn)并利用您的真正的優(yōu)點(diǎn),這使您的自我意識(shí)變得更加美好,您也就愈快樂。分享:一個(gè)人問上帝:“為什么天堂里的人快樂,而地獄里的人卻不呢?”于是上帝帶他來到地獄,他看到許多人圍坐在一口大鍋前,鍋里煮著美味的食物,可每個(gè)人都又餓又失望,因?yàn)樗麄兪掷锏纳鬃犹L,沒法把食物送到自己口中。接著,他們又來到天堂,這里的勺子也很長,可是人們用勺子把食物送到了別人的嘴里。與別人分享快樂可以使快樂永駐。感恩:您若能學(xué)會(huì)心懷感激,就會(huì)減少很多憤怒,您只有心懷感激,才會(huì)真正快樂起來;若一個(gè)人就只有怨懟,您的心情自然好不起來。一句話說得
