1、人力資源管理原著選讀課程簡介課程編號1240122020課程名稱人力資源管理原著選讀課程性質(zhì)限選學 時34學 分2學時分配授課:34 實驗: 上機: 實踐: 實踐(周):考核方式閉卷考試,平時成績占30% ,期末成績占70% 。開課學院商學院更新時間適用專業(yè)人力資源管理先修課程人力資源管理、組織行為學課程內(nèi)容:人力資源管理原著選讀是一門旨在幫助人力資源管理專業(yè)學生用第二語言英語了解人力資源管理領域經(jīng)典著作及前沿研究成果的專業(yè)選修課。本門課程重在讓學生通讀原汁原味的專著或論文,用全新的視角看待人力資源管理領域的主要問題。人力資源管理原著選讀本著理論知識傳授與專業(yè)英語學習并重的原則,采用課堂講授、
2、學生展示等多種教學手段加強學生對專業(yè)英語的學習和掌握動。本課程教學體系分為十個專題,每個專題分別包括理論介紹、研究成果、經(jīng)典閱讀。理論介紹主要通過向?qū)W生傳授相關理論知識來督促學生掌握專業(yè)詞匯;研究成果部分主要通過讓學生研讀相關論文使學生基本熟悉專業(yè)研究的主要方式、結構和研究邏輯;經(jīng)典閱讀主要是推薦一些本專業(yè)和本領域做出過偉大貢獻的學者的專著。人力資源管理原著選讀是一門側(cè)重于雙語教學的課程,學生通過學習后能夠較好地運用專業(yè)英語進行畢業(yè)論文寫作,對外文文獻進行研讀,以及為學生進入外資企業(yè)工作奠定語言基礎。 Brief Introduction Code1240122020TitleSpecial

Being a limited optional subject, it is aimed at improving the students capabilities working in foreign corporate with special Englis
5、h. And at the same time, through studying the subject, the students can write their thesis easily. The subject consists of three parts. The first part is theories of HRM, students should learn the main viewpoints which is written by English, the second part is thesis produced by the authors who are
6、notable in research in HRM field. And the last part provides many classical works. The subject is one that play emphasis on both theoretical learning ability and practical capabilities.
