1、SPS內(nèi)部區(qū)域布局2430m2ENGINECHASSISDOORTRIMGASPS概述SPS介紹SPS(Set Parts Supply)通過看板、按燈等形式將生產(chǎn)零件拉動(dòng)至SPS配載操作區(qū)，操作人員根據(jù)系統(tǒng)輸出的配料信息，將一臺(tái)車份的零件配載到相應(yīng)的料車上，按需求時(shí)間送至生產(chǎn)線指定工位投入，料車在線隨對應(yīng)生產(chǎn)車輛同步行進(jìn)，配料車內(nèi)零件全部裝配完畢后，在指定工位撤出。Materials are pulled through Kanban, Andon or other systems to SPS area, where operators will load them on related

2、carts per set information generated from the system and supplied them to the designated area on line within demand window time. 7、AS)是安裝在貨架儲(chǔ)位上的電子設(shè)備，透過控制器與軟件的控制，即由燈號(hào)與數(shù)字顯示作為輔助工具，將正確的揀選信息反映在電子設(shè)備上，引領(lǐng)揀貨人員正確、快速、輕松地完成揀貨工作。如有任何錯(cuò)誤發(fā)生，錯(cuò)誤報(bào)警信息將及時(shí)的顯示在電子設(shè)備上以供揀選人員參考，解決故障。揀選人員在得到配載單后，用MAS系統(tǒng)每條配載線首工位的掃描設(shè)備掃描配載單上的條形碼，掃描后該配載單上所示物料，即該車所需物料對應(yīng)的BANNER燈將被點(diǎn)亮，引導(dǎo)揀選人員完成配料操作。Material Andon System (MAS) is the electronic device installed on the storage racks,

It uses light and digital displays as extensions to show the picking information on the device as instructions for pickers to pick up materials correctly and quickly. Error information will be displayed on the device promptly for the pickers as refe

9、rence for problem shooting when problems occur.The pickers use the scanner at the first station of each SPS Kitting line to scan the bar code on the SPS Kitting Manifest, and the Banner lights for all the materials on the manifest will be turned on, giving the pickers guidance where to pick the part

It is being designed for big part areas.Materiel Andon SystemSPSsystem surportSPS線路構(gòu)成內(nèi)飾線（Trim Line）門線(Door Line)底盤線(Chassis Line)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)線(Engine Line)內(nèi)飾線Trim LineSPS內(nèi)飾線主要負(fù)責(zé)給GA內(nèi)飾輸送線配載車輛的內(nèi)飾零件以及外飾零件。SPS內(nèi)飾線分為A、B兩條線路，共設(shè)8條分路徑，揀選零件分別配載到內(nèi)飾A、B料車，共揀選大小零件123余種。The main
