3、NG should send notes to Rachel ZHU and copy to Mr. Stephane NITH to solve the push-lock issue.Steven FENG should go to local lawyer to solve the autowalk protection net issue.1.2 Loss Work Shop1.2.1 Top 200 High Risk Items Control Project Implementation StatusAll Stores in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Sh

4、enzhen have started Top 200 implementation.For Suzhou, Wuxi, Nanjing, Hefei and Zhejiang Fujian Region have launched with one trial store in each city.1.2.2 Garbage Room Chipboard Slot Stone XU will prepare a PPT presentation for garbage room chipboard slot standard as best practice and send to all

5、RPS for reference. 1.3 Large Scale Promotion Safety ManagementAll RPS must send official email to relative commercial divisions to make sure large scale promotion information will be easily notified.1.4 EPS Quality ImplementationAll RPS have finished checking EPS Quality except Jason TANG who still

6、has one more store to confirm.All RPS should stamp on store EPS manual after confirmation. Mr. Stephane NITH re-emphasized that EPS Quality of all store must be confirmed by RPS himself before July 10th.1.6 RPS Organizer BookMost RPS does not properly have the organizer book ready yet.Steven FENG wi

12、igh Risk Items Control Status3.1.1 Top 200 Tony MA will send again the final version of Top 200 standard and procedure to all RPS and Snow WANG.The Top 200 project should be officially started to implement in all regions by July.3.1.2 Cycle Count Follow-upAll RPS and RPM should collect the loss diff

13、erence between after/before Top 200 was implemented, especially the unknown loss through follow-up the cycle count.All RPM should strictly follow the cycle count of Top 200 high risk items to make sure all the security staff 100% respects the standard and procedure.All RPS and RPM will be responsibl

15、anagement LeakageSteven FENG has briefed loss example of RCY in Guangzhou.Steven FENG will summarize the practices and create PPT presentation to introduce the solution before July 15th.Clark HE will also create PPT presentation to introduce the receiving stamp management procedure.3.3 Anti-theft an

16、d Bonus ProcedureAll RPS should frequently check store theft reports by himself.Clark HE will send anti-theft bonus procedure to Stone XU.Stone XU should re-summarize the new anti-theft procedure before July 15th and implement it in Shenzhen & Kunming Region (especially in Kunming).3.4 New Fire Figh

17、ting Monthly Checking VersionDenise HE and Mr. Johnson MAO have revised the F-F monthly checking version. All RPS should give suggestion and feedback revised version to Jason and Mr. Stephane NITH.5.3 Log Book and Briefing BookDuring recent store visit paid by Mr. Patrick DUPART and Mr. Stephane NITHs, much low quality using situation of log book an

Steven FENG will standardize the log book and briefing book format and send to all RPS before June 23rd.5.4 Store Visit Report FormatAll RPS should standardize the format of their store visit report in order to follow the procedure sent by Mr. Stephane NITH on June 2nd.Su
