16、ngthequalityofmaterialss.7、合同爭(zhēng)議DisputeResolution執(zhí)行本合同發(fā)生爭(zhēng)議，雙方首先應(yīng)本著友好協(xié)商的原則解決發(fā)生的合同爭(zhēng)議；如未能協(xié)商解決，將通過(guò)仲裁做出最終裁決，仲裁機(jī)構(gòu)由雙方共同確認(rèn)。IfthereisanydisputeintheimplementationoftheAgreement,bothPartiesshallnegotiatefriendlytosolvesuchdispute.Ifnegotiationisnotachieved,suchdisputeshallbefinallysettledbyarbitration,andthear
