1、69/70高蓋山隧道級(jí)洞身開挖及支護(hù)施工技術(shù)交底編 制：復(fù) 核：審 核：日 期：高蓋山隧道級(jí)洞身開挖及支護(hù)施工技術(shù)交底1。工程及地質(zhì)概況新建向莆鐵路FA標(biāo)段的高蓋山隧道出口位于永泰縣富泉鄉(xiāng)七際村。本隧道為雙洞單線,左線：DK72+640D48+45,長度為0m，出口里程48345,內(nèi)軌頂面高31。048m；右線：YDK47260YD480+347，長度為77,出口里程YDK480+347，內(nèi)軌頂面高3。079m,隧道出口位于半徑5000m的緩和曲線上。高蓋山隧道出口洞口屬于淺埋段，埋深較淺.隧道左線DK480+34529，右線YK803+283段為級(jí)圍巖,巖性為白堊系寨下組上段（Kz2)肉紅色

2、石泡流紋巖，巖體較堅(jiān)硬，完整性較好，節(jié)理裂隙不發(fā)育，地下水較豐富.全強(qiáng)風(fēng)化厚約1m。2施工方案施工中以“管超前、短進(jìn)尺、弱爆破、嚴(yán)注漿、強(qiáng)支護(hù)、早封閉、勤量測”為原則,確保施工安全,保證工程質(zhì)量。開挖方式采用人工配合挖掘機(jī)開挖為主，弱爆破為輔進(jìn)行開挖；挖掘機(jī)配合小型裝載機(jī)裝碴，自卸汽車出碴.初期支護(hù)采用風(fēng)鉆打眼,人工配合開挖平臺(tái)安裝鋼拱架、錨桿及掛設(shè)鋼筋網(wǎng),濕噴機(jī)噴射砼施工.3.施工技術(shù)3。1正臺(tái)階法開挖3。1。正臺(tái)階開挖法施工工藝流程（1)正臺(tái)階開挖法可分為以下主要步驟:上部臺(tái)階開挖，施做拱部初期支護(hù)；下臺(tái)階左右錯(cuò)開開挖，施做邊墻部初期支護(hù);隧底開挖，施做隧底初期支護(hù)。每部開挖后均應(yīng)及時(shí)支護(hù)

7、誤差5cm。5、爆破工裝藥應(yīng)按鉆爆設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行,不得人為隨意增減藥量，準(zhǔn)確控制起爆順序及周邊眼裝藥量，周邊眼必須采用2卷，對(duì)于圍巖堅(jiān)硬地段可適當(dāng)增加一卷作為底藥,所有炮孔均應(yīng)用炮泥塞，以保證爆破效果.爆破工裝藥前應(yīng)檢查鉆眼質(zhì)量，對(duì)不合格孔眼有權(quán)要求開挖工重鉆，直至符合要求為止。、測量人員必須精確控制斷面中線、標(biāo)高,準(zhǔn)確描繪斷面輪廓線。3.正臺(tái)階法初期支護(hù)初期支護(hù)由C25網(wǎng)噴砼、錨桿、鋼筋網(wǎng)和鋼架等組成，各部分聯(lián)合受力。初期支護(hù)應(yīng)在開挖后立即施做，以保證圍巖的自然承載力，其施工工藝流程:開挖清理巖面初噴砼封閉巖面施做系統(tǒng)錨桿,掛鋼筋網(wǎng)安裝鋼拱架復(fù)噴砼至設(shè)計(jì)厚度量測數(shù)據(jù)分析、反饋初期支護(hù)施工工藝流程3

8、2。1初噴砼封閉巖面：初噴砼應(yīng)在開挖后立即進(jìn)行。用高壓風(fēng)自上而下吹凈巖面,埋設(shè)控制噴射砼厚度的標(biāo)志釘。工作面滴水或淋水時(shí)，宜采用鉆孔埋管做好引排水。大面積潮濕的巖面宜采用粘結(jié)性強(qiáng)的砼,通過添加外加劑,摻和劑改善砼性能,也可采用干噴形式快速封閉滲水巖面.噴射砼必須滿足設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度、厚度及其與巖面粘結(jié)力要求 。噴射作業(yè)應(yīng)分段分片依次進(jìn)行，噴射作業(yè)從拱腳或墻腳自下而上進(jìn)行,作業(yè)時(shí)應(yīng)避免上部噴射回彈料虛掩拱（墻）腳;先找平凹洼部分.后噴射凸出部分，各部平順連接。噴頭應(yīng)與受噴面垂直，噴嘴口至受噴面距離宜保持在。61。2m，沿水平方向以螺旋形畫圓移動(dòng)。3。2系統(tǒng)錨桿、鋼筋網(wǎng)施做應(yīng)符合下列要求：初噴砼后應(yīng)及時(shí)施

9、做錨桿,錨桿必須設(shè)置墊板。隧道拱部系統(tǒng)錨桿為中空注漿錨桿,邊墻采用砂漿錨桿。鋼筋網(wǎng)采用環(huán)縱向?yàn)?m鋼筋，網(wǎng)格尺寸20cm2m，搭接長度為1個(gè)網(wǎng)格或20cm,網(wǎng)片間采用焊接方式連接。鋼筋網(wǎng)隨受噴面起伏鋪設(shè)，其間隙不應(yīng)大于3c,鋼筋網(wǎng)應(yīng)與錨桿、鋼架連接牢固，且鋼筋保護(hù)層厚度不小于4cm。3.2.安裝鋼架應(yīng)符合下列要求：拱部單元安裝工序：放樣確定鋼架基腳位置施做定位錨桿架設(shè)鋼架布設(shè)縱向連接筋。墻部單元安裝工序：墻腳部位鋪設(shè)槽鋼墊板施做定位錨桿對(duì)應(yīng)拱部單元架設(shè)墻部鋼架單元布設(shè)縱向連接筋.拱、墻部鋼架單元宜采用栓接的方式連接。加強(qiáng)鋼架拱（墻）腳鎖腳錨桿(管)施工,各臺(tái)階每單元鋼架拱（墻）腳以上30cm高

10、度處，緊貼鋼架兩側(cè)邊沿按下傾角0打設(shè)4根鎖腳錨桿（管）,鎖腳錨桿（管）與鋼架牢固焊接，以控制基腳變形。鋼架拱(墻）腳應(yīng)架設(shè)在穩(wěn)定的基巖上或底部鋪墊槽鋼，以保證鋼架基礎(chǔ)穩(wěn)固；鋼架間距、橫向位置和高程與設(shè)計(jì)位置偏差不超過5，垂直度允許偏差;鋼架應(yīng)與縱向連接筋、鎖腳錨桿焊接牢固,鋼架與圍巖的間隙不應(yīng)大于5m.3。24噴射砼厚度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,二次復(fù)噴砼應(yīng)分層噴射，每層厚度宜為56m。噴射砼表面應(yīng)平順，無空鼓、裂縫、酥松,平整度宜采用2靠尺檢查，允許偏差為邊墻5cm、拱部7cm。3.3正臺(tái)階法仰拱施工1、隧底開挖應(yīng)采用全幅分段施工,上面鋪設(shè)仰拱棧橋，每循環(huán)開挖長度宜控制在m以內(nèi)。當(dāng)仰拱施工滯后下部臺(tái)階

11、開挖面04m時(shí)，應(yīng)停止前方工作面開挖或短距離跳槽進(jìn)行隧底開挖。短距離跳槽的次數(shù)不得多余次，每次跳槽間隔不得大于1。2、隧底開挖后，應(yīng)及時(shí)清除虛渣、雜物、泥漿、積水，立即初噴4c厚砼封閉巖面,按照設(shè)計(jì)要求安裝仰拱鋼架，復(fù)噴砼至設(shè)計(jì)厚度,使初期支護(hù)及時(shí)閉合成環(huán)。3、仰拱應(yīng)超前拱墻襯砌,仰拱砼應(yīng)分段全幅澆注,一次成型,不留縱向施工縫,仰拱環(huán)向施工縫和變形縫應(yīng)設(shè)置止水帶。仰拱表面應(yīng)平順，不積水。4、仰拱填充砼應(yīng)在仰拱砼終凝后澆筑,澆筑前應(yīng)清除仰拱表面的雜物和積水，連續(xù)澆筑，一次成型，不留縱向施工縫.填充砼強(qiáng)度達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度的100后允許車輛通行。仰拱填充表面坡度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，應(yīng)平順、排水通暢、不積水。

12、4.施工控制要點(diǎn)1、正臺(tái)階法施工應(yīng)做好工序銜接。工序安排應(yīng)緊湊，盡量減少圍巖暴露時(shí)間，避免因長時(shí)間暴露引起圍巖失穩(wěn)。初期支護(hù)應(yīng)及時(shí)封閉成環(huán)，全斷面初期支護(hù)閉合時(shí)間宜控制在15d左右，有條件時(shí)應(yīng)盡量縮短閉合時(shí)間；仰拱應(yīng)超前施做，仰拱距上臺(tái)階開挖工作面宜控制在3040m，鋪設(shè)防水板、二次襯砌等后續(xù)工作應(yīng)及時(shí)進(jìn)行；二次襯砌距仰拱宜保持倍以上襯砌循環(huán)作業(yè)長度，但不得大于50m。2、在滿足作業(yè)空間和臺(tái)階穩(wěn)定的前提下,應(yīng)盡量縮短臺(tái)階長度,核心土長度應(yīng)控制在3，寬度宜為隧道開挖寬度的1/31/2。3、正臺(tái)階法開挖施工應(yīng)嚴(yán)格控制開挖長度,根據(jù)圍巖地質(zhì)情況,合理確定循環(huán)進(jìn)尺,每次開挖長度不得超過1.m；開挖后立

13、即初噴4m砼，以減少圍巖暴露時(shí)間。4、嚴(yán)格按設(shè)計(jì)要求施做超前支護(hù),控制好超前支護(hù)外插角,嚴(yán)格按注漿工藝加固地層，保證隧道開挖在超前支護(hù)的保護(hù)下施工.、隧道周邊部位應(yīng)預(yù)留3cm人工開挖，其余部位宜采用機(jī)械開挖,局部需要爆破時(shí)，必須采用弱爆破,不得超挖。施工時(shí)應(yīng)嚴(yán)格控制裝藥量，減少對(duì)圍巖的擾動(dòng)。、下臺(tái)階左右側(cè)開挖應(yīng)錯(cuò)開，嚴(yán)禁對(duì)開，左右側(cè)錯(cuò)開最小距離為5m.7、鋼架應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按設(shè)計(jì)及規(guī)范要求加工制作和架設(shè)。鋼架應(yīng)架設(shè)在堅(jiān)實(shí)基面上，嚴(yán)禁拱(墻)腳懸空或用虛渣回填。鋼架應(yīng)與鎖腳錨桿（管)焊接牢固。8、隧道超挖部位必須回填密實(shí)，嚴(yán)禁初期支護(hù)背后存在空洞.必要時(shí)初期支護(hù)背后應(yīng)進(jìn)行充填注漿,保證初期支護(hù)與圍巖密貼

14、.9、施工過程中可采用增加拱(墻）腳鎖腳錨桿（管)、增設(shè)鋼架拱（墻）腳部位縱向連接筋、擴(kuò)大拱(墻）腳初期支護(hù)基礎(chǔ)及增設(shè)拱（墻）腳槽鋼墊板等增強(qiáng)拱（墻)腳承載力等措施控制變形。10、應(yīng)加強(qiáng)監(jiān)控量測工作，根據(jù)量測結(jié)果，及時(shí)調(diào)整支護(hù)參數(shù),確定二次襯砌施做時(shí)間，進(jìn)行信息化施工管理.1、應(yīng)完善洞內(nèi)臨時(shí)防排水系統(tǒng)，嚴(yán)禁積水浸泡拱（墻）腳及在施工現(xiàn)場漫流，防止基底承載力降低。當(dāng)?shù)貙雍看髸r(shí)，上臺(tái)階開挖工作面附近宜開挖橫向水溝,將水引至隧道中部或兩側(cè)排水溝排出洞外.必要時(shí)應(yīng)配合井點(diǎn)降水等措施，降低地下水位至隧道仰拱以下,確保施工順利進(jìn)行。反坡施工時(shí)應(yīng)設(shè)置集水坑集中抽排。12、隧道施工應(yīng)加強(qiáng)洞內(nèi)通風(fēng)，作業(yè)環(huán)境
