No update has been provided by BPI since the last meeting on the hotel opening date, add

All invoices have been subm
21、itted to BPI FC week of 11 to 22 May 2015 by AHR Finance. As of 22 May 2015 we still have not received a reply on payment date nor if invoices need further clarification. On 12 May 2015 meeting BPI FC mentioned he did not receive invoices but all sendings have been sent to him via email monthly of w
22、hich emails were shown by General Manager to all concern in the meeting. The Villas operation budget was presented by BPI Finance team during the same meeting on 12 May 201

53、nd details listed under Property Improvement Plan. 物業(yè):有關(guān)中餐廳理念已經(jīng)在5月11日發(fā)送給周董和楊總,并且在5月12日已經(jīng)與楊總討論,一些變動(dòng)正在進(jìn)行中。Productivity analysis - possible outsourcing, retrenchment plan & cost impact 效率分析可能的外包方案及對(duì)成本影響PM 25-05-2015: Outsourcing was discussed in a meeting on 12 May 2015 with BPI CEO and it was mentione
54、d there will be no retrenchment. PA, Gardens will be outsource along with certain roles within Security. Timelines on commencement is pending BPI advise. In the interim Property Management has prepared a cost impact on retrenchment based on Chinese Labor Law. Per BPI CEO Property Management manning
55、will be separated into 3 areas Villas/Property Management/Hotel.
