In most cases any faults or failures which may occur are alarmed and the action in this event is to replace the faulty i

4、tem with a spare. The alarm reporting has been designed to be sufficiently extensive that the failed component can in most cases be readily identified.RoutineMaintenanceon TurbineControllerRoutine maintenance on the STC cubicle is limited to a few simple checks. These include such items as checking

5、the p r in the engineers printer and replacing when necessary, checking indicating lamps for continued operation and seeing that the ventilation fans are working smoothly and quietly. The cubicle lights should also be checked for correct operation.There is no requirement to replace any of the electr

7、dic tests in accordance with Testing Manual.Maintenance and repair of the I&C turbine/generator has to be performed according to maintenance manual.The turbine control system will be subject to extensive testing after manufacturing. The test procedure will demonstrate following aspects:Functionality

9、ithotherDemonstrationofoverallfunctionalityforallcontrolcircuitsandoperation In-Service tests and The in-service program given in the Testing Manual defines periodic inspections for all important turbine controller components.The following internal test functions are implemented in the turbine contr

10、ol systemtoensurepermanentlyreliableoperationoftheturbinecontrolAutomatic testing of signal exchange between turbine controller and instrumentation and control systemAnother control valve function monitoring feature is included in the position controllers of the turbine controller. In case of valve

11、sticking the valve position doesnot followthe position set-point and a warning signal is created. For testing of the HP stop and LP stop and control valves with active turbine trip signals the turbine trip logic can be switched off via two dedicated maintenance key switches. The two maintenance key

12、switches are installed inside the turbine protection cabinet (see System Design Manual GSE). As protection of the turbine against impermissible startup of the turbine with activated maintenance key switches, the locking of the protection systembythemaintenancekeyswitchesisautomaticallyoverriddenbyoneof the following signals:Main pressure upstream main stop valves is not below minimum valueTurbinespeedisnotbelowminimumTo verify the turbine protection functions after the de-activation (switch off) of the maintenance key switches a visible check of the maintenance key swi
