全球環(huán)境研究所（GlobalEnvironmentalInstitute，簡(jiǎn)稱GEI）是一家中國(guó)本土的非政府、非營(yíng)利性組織，2004年3月在北京市朝陽區(qū)民政局注冊(cè)成立。GEI立足本土，著眼世界，探尋解決全球性環(huán)境問題的方法。GEI的特點(diǎn)及優(yōu)勢(shì)在于其創(chuàng)新性地將傳統(tǒng)的環(huán)境保護(hù)、生計(jì)改善、資源節(jié)約的手段，與商業(yè)模式相結(jié)合，使項(xiàng)目成果延續(xù)到項(xiàng)目期之外。在此基礎(chǔ)上，GEI大力推動(dòng)環(huán)境、能源等議題的國(guó)際合作，特別是南南合作。也因此，成為率先在海外成功實(shí)施項(xiàng)目的中國(guó)本土組織之一。宗旨GEI的宗旨是以市場(chǎng)為導(dǎo)向解決環(huán)境問題，力求社會(huì)、環(huán)境和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的多贏，實(shí)現(xiàn)全方位的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。愿景GEI期望構(gòu)建一個(gè)健康而多樣化的世界，在這個(gè)世界中，社會(huì)、環(huán)境和經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展。

名稱甘肅綠駝鈴地區(qū)蘭州簡(jiǎn)介綠駝鈴是2004年11月4日正式成立的甘肅地區(qū)第一家民間環(huán)保組織，致力于西部環(huán)境保護(hù)事業(yè)，為改善己經(jīng)惡化并仍在加重的西部生態(tài)環(huán)境做出應(yīng)有貢獻(xiàn)。綠駝鈴自成立以來依照其章程、宗旨和目標(biāo)，主要開展的工作包括：促進(jìn)甘肅的環(huán)境保護(hù)工作、采取行之有效措施解決甘肅環(huán)境問題、在公眾中開展環(huán)境保護(hù)教育、在典型區(qū)域生態(tài)環(huán)境問題推動(dòng)生態(tài)環(huán)境改善和社區(qū)發(fā)展、組織環(huán)保志愿者培訓(xùn)和能力建設(shè)項(xiàng)目等。為甘肅的生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)、農(nóng)村社區(qū)可持續(xù)發(fā)展、環(huán)保宣傳教育及本地環(huán)保組織的發(fā)展起到了積極的作用。綠駝鈴主要專注于環(huán)境宣教、志愿者發(fā)展、社區(qū)發(fā)展、災(zāi)后重建、草原保護(hù)、水資源保護(hù)領(lǐng)域工作。
