《有機化學(xué)實驗》課程教學(xué)大綱適用對象：2016級藥學(xué)全英1班（學(xué)分：1.5 學(xué)時：36 ）課程屬性專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)課 開課單位華僑大學(xué)生物醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)先修課程無機化學(xué)實驗一、課程的性質(zhì)和任務(wù)：ExperimentalOrganicChemistryisapharmaceuticallyimportantprofessionalbasiccourse.Itisdesignedforthestudentstoacquireperceptualknowledgeoforganicchemistryexperiment,deepentheirunderstandingofthebasicconceptsoforganicchemistry,theunderstandingofthebasictheory,basicskillsandbasicknowledgeofOrganicChemistry.Thiscoursebeginswithanintroductiontoorganicchemistryexperimentsafetyandthenproceedstocoverrecrystallization,meltingpointstest,extraction,chromatography,isolationandidentificationmethods as well as organicsynthesis,through which to lay a good foundation for other courses inpharmaceuticals.二、教學(xué)內(nèi)容和要求：Experiment1.Introduction,LaboratorySafetyandRecordingKeepingLaboratoryRules掌握：Laboratorysafety,advancepreparationandlaboratoryrecords.熟悉：Preparationforthelaboratory,apparatusandtechniques.了解：Commonorganicsolvents.Experiment2.SimpleDistillation掌握：Toknowtheusageofdistillationflaskcondenser,etc.熟悉：Tobefamiliarwiththeprincipleofsimpledistillation.了解：Tolearnhowtosetupandusetheapparatusforsimpledistillation.Experiment3.MeltingPointDetermination掌握：Toknowtheidentificationoforganicsolidsandtheirpuritybydeterminingthemeltingpoints.熟悉：Topracticedeterminingmeltingpointoforganicsolidsbymicromelting-pointmethod.Experiment4.Recrystallization掌握：Tomastertheoperationofhotfiltrationandvacuumfiltration.熟悉：Tolearnhowtopurifythesolidorganiccompoundsbycrystallization.了解：Toknowthebasicprincipleofrecrystallization.Experiment5.PreparationofEthylAcetate(PartI)掌握：Tolearntheisolationandpurificationmethodsofsyntheticliquidproductsbyextraction,washing,dryinganddistillationprocedure.熟悉：Tounderstandtheprincipleofesterificationreactionsoforganicacidwithalcohol.Experiment6.PreparationofEthylAcetate(PartII)掌握：Tolearntheisolationandpurificationmethodsofsyntheticliquidproductsbyextraction,washing,dryinganddistillationprocedure(liquid-liquidextraction).熟悉：Tobefamiliarwiththeusageofseparatoryfunnel.Experiment7.IsolationofCaffeinefromTee(ParI)掌握：Thetechniquesofsolid-liquidextraction.熟悉：Todemonstratetheisolationofanatureproduct.了解：PropertiesofcaffeineExperiment8.IsolationofCaffeinefromTee(ParII)掌握：Tousesublimationasapurificationtechnique.熟悉：Todemonstratetheisolationofanatureproduct.Experiment9.Thin-LayerChromatography掌握：Toseparateandidentifytwocompomentsofadyemixturebythin-layerchromatography(TLC).了解：Tounderstandtheworkingprincipleofthin-layerchromatography(TLC)method.三、參考性教學(xué)時間安排：教學(xué)內(nèi)容授課學(xué)時實驗學(xué)時實
